M & L for Broken stone or bolders Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all specified and directed.hg

M&L for Laying and compacting Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) 225 mm thick (compacted thuickness) in three layers of 75mm each as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required grdient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified & directed.

S/F Mild steel (TMT Bars) bars 10mm dia & over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spiarlly for hooping for columns , hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less then 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to TMT Bars

S/F Mild steel (TMT Bars) bars 06mm to 8mm dia , cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spiarlly for hooping for columns , hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less then 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to TMT Bars

M & L for form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter for rough surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 Design mix for Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 Design mix for Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 Design mix for Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fixing of 25mm Black DURA board HD-100 as per IS-10566 (Brand Supreme or equivalent) of ISI marked in crumple complete all as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete Type C-1(1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks exc 10 cm in width (with plain or inter locking joints as directed) setting in CM 1:6 complete in wall or pillars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering of 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 over brick or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified & directed by Engr-in-chrg.

M&L for prepartion of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-chrg.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in two layer on external surfaces :- 1 layer 10mm thick in CM (1:4) & 2nd layer 5mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of concrete or masonary surfaces with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on concrete or masonary surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately as supply only under respective item. No extra cost will be pay for all jams, chajjas, projection, etc

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to relevant IS complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing on newly plastered wall surfaces and finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint in one or more tints and pattern (camouflage) as approved of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick using excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exc 250m but n.exc 500m and depositing where directed.

S & F Rolled mild steel in Framed work as in doors orgates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides),hanging & similar work conforming to Fe 290 Grade E-165; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed

S & F Mild steel 1.25mm thick, plain, black sheet in hearths; covering to door shut ters; covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/ riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required

M&L for preparation of newly or untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and Taking out of old LT armored PVC cables from trenches of any size/core/any voltage grade from trenches/wall for replacement complete

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, elecric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4.0 core complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Cable may be laid in trenches, under road, across the Nallah, along poles/walls and ducts etc. (ii) Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning, cable cover, pipe for cable protection to be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation & getting out in for laying of cable complete as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms thick in soils complete all as specified

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete.

Material and labour for dry tibba sand in trenches cushioning to under ground cable spreading, levelling hand punning complete all as specified and directed.Note- Punned down thickness will be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and lay un reinforced precast concrete cable covers Class LV,Type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mmx 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L GI pipe 32mm dia light grade with all fittings, MS clamps fixed on poles/walls or laid in floors/roads for protection of cable all as directed.

M&L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4 sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH 1100 volts grade cable drawn through and including PVC conduit ISI marked 20mm dia (external) with wall thickness not less than 1.8mm with conduit accessories fixed on wall/roof and one run of 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH 1100 volts grade cable as earth conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note : Two runs of 4 Sqmm cable, one run of 4 Sqmm earth conductor and one run of PVC conduit of 20mm dia shall be measured and paid as one unit length.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600 mmx600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth plate not less than 3m deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to and including galvanized GI earth lead wire 4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and steel including PCC pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC frame with 40mm thick RCC cover reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bars handle. including excavation and earth work in any type of soil medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel and wire mesh and light grade GI protection pipe 15 mm bore main board complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to main control board all as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Rate of excavation, earthwork, charcoal, PCC pit is covered under this item. (ii) The unit rate includes for protection pipe and GI lead wire 4mm 32 x 6mm from top of earth plate up to 7.5 meter above ground level. (iii) On testing after completion if the work resistance below 1Ohms is not obtain earthing rejuvenated at no extra cost till the desired earth resistance is obtained.

Earthing complete with Galvanised Steel earth plate of size 60x60cmx6.0mm thick electrode and 32x6mm GI strip as earth lead, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to 32x6mm earth strip(drawn through 40mm dia light grade GI pipe in ground) by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of GI all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I duly connected to Panel / DB / main switch all as specified or as indicated including testing on completion (Rates inclusive of neccessary excavation, earth work, PCC pit, CI cover, funnel with watering pipe, suitable size of light grade GI Protection pipe for earth strip in ground etc. all as required at site for complete earthing).
