Locker Bed side steel (FD-1029) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 760mm long, 600mm wide and 1100mm high. All CRCA steel sheets shall be of 20 gauge thick. All steel surfaces ext/int shall be provided with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer with spray machine after preparation of surfaces with putty. Hammer tone finish or colour shade as approved by GE shall be applied on body and shutters. Painting work shall be done at BSO Yard.Rest all as shown on drg and as directed by EIC.

Charpoy IP Hard top (FD/MAP-II/01) All as shown on drawing. The complete frame work shall be made of CRCA box section with 16 guage . Charpoy top shall be 12 mm thick BWP Marine grade IS-710 plywood and fitted with suitable shunken type nuts & bolts with washer. Head rest and foot rest shall be detachable. All metal work shall be powder coated (black). Std quality rubber shoe shall be provided to each legs. Rest all as shown on drg and as directed by EIC.

Trestle store room steel (FD-1043) All as shown on drawing.Overall size shall be 2440mm long, 600mm wide and 300mm high.Two long angle iron 40mmX40mmX6mm of mild steel 1980mm long shall be provided 520mm apart at bottom connected with 50mmX3mm flat iron bracing , four in numbers , and equally spaced with 50mmx50mmx6mm T- iron . Two flat iron mild steel bracing 50mmx3mm shall be provided as a 'cross bracing ' joining vertical T - iron provided at four equally spaced members of T-iron . Two long mild steel angle iron 40mmx40mmx6mm of 2440mm long shall be provided at top . Two short mild steel angle iron 40mmx40mmx6mm of 600mm length shall be provided at both the ends of trestle . Two numbers 50mmx50mmx6mm T-iron 600mm long shall be provided equally spaced joining two long angle iron. Four cross bracings at top shall be provided with 50mmx3mm mild steel falt iron bracing . Four mild steel flat iron struts shall be provided to each side of the trestle . All jointing, welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship . All steel and iron work surfaces shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with spray machine after preparation of steel surfaces.Painting work with spray machine shall be done at BSO Yard. Rest all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Table 3' x 2' with dr Steel (FD-1008) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 900 mm x 600 mm x 760 mm. Steel frame shall be of 800 mm x 500 mm x 742 mm. Frame shall be made of 25 mm square CRCA tube with 16 guage wall thickness. A drawer on left side of table near top stiffener shall be provided of size 350mm x 130 mm and 500mm deep with locking arrangement. Brass lever locks shall be provided to drawer. Std quality PVC Inner shoe shall be provided to each legs. Heavy quality telescopic channel (Ebco/Hettich) shall be provided to drawer. S/S handles shall be provided to drawer as sample kept at BSO yard. Table top shall be made of 18 mm thick Prelaminated particle Board exterior grade with 0.8 mm thick PVC edge-banding with auto-lipped through-feed. All steel surfaces shall be powder coated finish. Colour shall be approved by GE/EIC. Rest all as shown on drg and as directed by EIC.

Table 3' x 2' without dr Steel (FD-1007) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 900 mm x 600 mm x 760 mm. Steel frame shall be of 800 mm x 500 mm x 742 mm. Frame shall be made of 25 mm square CRCA tube with 16 guage wall thickness. Std quality PVC Inner shoe shall be provided to each legs. Table top shall be made of 18 mm thick Prelaminated particle Board exterior grade with 0.8 mm thick PVC edge-banding with auto-lipped through-feed. All steel surfaces shall be powder coated finish. Table 3'x 3' steel (FD-1009) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 900mm long, 900mm wide and 760mm high. Steel frame shall be of 800mmx800mmx742mm. Four legs shall be of 25mm square mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm. Legs shall be joined together with top rails of 25mm square mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm. Table top shall be made of 18 mm thick Prelaminated particle Board exterior grade with 0.8 mm thick PVC edge-banding with auto-lipped through-feed. Hard rubber/ PVC toes shall be provided to bottom of legs. All steel surfaces shall be powder coated finish. Colour shall be approved by GE/EIC. Rest all as shown on drg and as directed by EIC.

Table bed side MAP (FD/E6/MAP/15 R) The complete frame work shall be made of CRCA box section with 18 guage . Side top/Bottom rail of size 18 mm x 18 mm x 18 G shall be provided to frame. Sides/top/back/complete drawers except bottom shall be made with 18 mm thick Prelaminated particle Board BSL Exterior grade and bottom of drawer shall be made with 9 mm thick Prelaminated particle Board Exterior grade. Steel frame shall be two coats spray painting over a coat of primer . Table top shall be made of 18 mm thick Prelaminated particle Board exterior grade with 0.8 mm thick PVC edge-banding with auto-lipped through-feed. std quality Telescopic channel(Hettich/Ebco) shall be provided to drawers for smooth functiong in lieu of TW runner. 75 mm long SS handle shall be provided to each drawer as per sample kept withy BSO yard. Inner hard rubber shoe shall be provided to each legs. Rest all as per drg and as directed by EIC.

Table Center (FD-375) Over all size shall be 1200mm long x 600mm wide and 400mm high. 4 Nos legs shall be 40mm dia 1.6mm thick stainless steel pipe in one pieces. Legs shall be joined in long and short side with 02 Nos 25mm dia stainless steel pipe of wall thickness 1.6mm. Top pipe shall be fixed at 150mm from the top and lower pipe shall be 100mm from the bottom of top pipe. The stainless steel frame shall be 900mm long and 450mm wide. The bottom of legs shall be covered with 1.6mm thick stainless steel sheet and shall have PVC shoes. Top of the table shall be made of 10mm thick smoke grey colour full round edges tinted glass rounded in corners.Rest all as per drg and as directed by EIC.

Chair writing MAP (FD/E6/MAP/12) The frame shall be MS 25mm x 10mm tubular section. Seat & back shall be made of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood unholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping alround. Back foam shall be design with contoured lumber support for extra comfort as specified and shown on drawing. The polyurethane foam shall be 50mm thick .Arm rest made of polyurethane reinforeced with MS insert . Both hand rest section to have slope towards front as specified and shown on drawing. Cantilever type powder coated MS tubular frame made out of 25mmx10mm section. Rubber stopper of Ist quality shall be provided at bottom. All mild steel surface exposed to view shall be powder coated finish. Over all size & dimension shall be as specified and shown on drawing.
