SCH 'A' Pt - VI (MISCELLANEOUS PARTS)

S & F socket outlet 2 in 1, 5 pin, 6A flush type, 240V, AC, 50 Hz with complete all as specified and directed.

S & F socket outlet 2 in 1, 6 pin, 6/16A flush type, 240V, AC, 50 Hz with complete all as specified and directed.

S & F stepped type electronic fan regulator, 100 W, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, AC, 50 Hz, single phase, 230 V, 300 mm sweep, 4 pole, heavy duty, metal body, 4 nos blades, insulation class A, ISI marked including capacitor to ensure power factor more than 0.9 including louvers complete all as specified and directed.

S & F double door MCB distribution board of sheet metal enclosure, single pole and neutral, 8 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar, 240 Volts, IP42 protection grade and fixed with PVC plug and scews and grouted in wall with M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and other end of earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 15mm bore and water pipe 20 mm bore GI med grade with funnel and wire mesh PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover with handle all as specified and shown in elect plate No 3 of SSR Part-I of 2009 incl dismantling of old unsv existing earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Earth continuity conductor including protection pipe up to 7.5 mtrs from earth electrode shall be included in quoted unit rate. (ii) Earth work in any type of soil i.e. excavation, returing filling and removal is also included in quoted unit rate. (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself
