Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide, and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for laying of cables, pipes in soft/loose soil etc and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out including trimming of sides all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning filling in, including spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing surplus spoil to distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply and laying un-reinforce precast concrete cable cover, class LV type-1 size 250 mm X150 mmx 40mm for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Local tibba dry sand cushioning and cover (8 cm thick layer of sand before laying of cable and 15 cm thick layer of sand after laying of cable) for protection of cable, material and labour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dis connecting the main LT panel at OTM and MD accn of any size and Cap and repair of complete panel by taking out the cable ,Bus -bar , Voltmtr , Amp mtr ,including wiring and other minor parts, cleaning the complete accessories carefully. Minor repairs shall be rectified Parts/accessories shall be cleaned properly and refixing the parts at its original locations, checking and repair of the internal panel wiring with suitable size of wire and remove the carbon deposited inside the contact, cleaning all other spare parts all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and reassembled after repair/replacement of following parts.

Material & Labour in replacement Cross linked poly-ethylene (XLPE) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts LT grade of cross-sectional area 10 Sqmm 02 core laid in trenches/through pipe in road crossings/ paths /drains /ducts /floors /along poles/walls/ceilings/ equipments etc supplied, fixed/ laid in repair including commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note: :- (i) Necessary excavation and earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and cover and GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately.(ii) Road manually cutting/floor cutting/cutting holes etc in wall required for laying /fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing site condition. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account and quoted rate for this item shall be deemed to include for the same) Make : /Havells/Finolex/Polycab

Material & Labour in replacement GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ road crossings/ fixed to poles/ceiling / along walls/ path /drain/floors with and including all necessary clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc and all fittings as required, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Necessary excavation, earth work and same work shall be measured and paid for separately.)

Boring of holes under road 100 mm dia, pavement, hard standing by trench less technology(manually) with out disturbing the top surface of roads for laying of cables/GI pipes complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old LT underground cable from trench depth upto 1.5 mtrs and laying after removing of defects any type/size laid in trenches including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of LT panel board complete and spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint with appoved paint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair of manual operated PF control panel / micro processor based automatic power factor control panel capacity of 21 KVAR to 500 KVAR fixed on various locations including testing, checking and repair and after removing deposited dust/seals/sludge and including taking out burnt/defective items and after fixing required necessary new items ie capacitor, MCBs, circuit wiring etc all as directed by Engr-in-Chaerge.

Material & Labour MPP type heavy duty power factor improvement capacitor (H/D ) with connector suitable for indoor/out door operation and provided with discharge resistors of rated voltage 440 v 50 HZ 3 phase with delta connection of rating 1 KVAR to 50 KVAR all as specified.

M/L for Maintenance and servicing of DG Set of capacity 160 KVA complete including following :- (a) Draining out engine oil from the chamber cleaning the chamber thoroughly and refilling the sump with new engine oil to it’s required level, (b) Draining out of diesel from tank , cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel (c) Material & Labour of fuel filter set (d) Material & Labour of lubricating oil filter set (e) Material & Labour By pass filter set (f) Checking & cleaning air cleaner (g) Check and topping up coolant level (h) Checking the starting batteries and filling with electrolyte/Distilled water to maintain the required specific gravity. Cleaning of Battery terminals & applying petroleum jelly to battery terminal posts & brass connectors (j) Checking and clearning exhaust system including removing of deposited carbon in exhuast pipe. (k) Adjustment /setting of V Belt and fan belts to the desired tension, tightening all the bolts and nuts to the required torque etc, cleaning the DG Set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer (l) Checking, cleaning and servicing of self stater, Alternator, sensors etc. (l) Testing of DG set at connected load all as directed by the Engr in charge. Note:- (a) Engine oil, Fuel filter, Coolent, Fuel Pipe, oil filter, bypass filter, water filter, Hose pipe, circulation pipe, return pipe, oil pressure pipe, petroleum jelly, waste cloth, seal, gaskets etc are to be provided by the contractor and the cost is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (b) Engine oil /Spares/filters of make reccomended by OEM will only be used for servicing of DG set

All as per item No. 22 here in before but for 125 KVA DG Set.

M & L for draining existing radiator, cleaning thoroughly the radiator fins by air blower recharging the chemically treated coolant including replacement of all water hose pipe suitable for DG sets 125 KVA DG Sets

All as per item No 24 here in before but for 160 KVA DG Sets.

M & L for dismantling the self starter 12 / 24 Volts DC of DG sets and transporting to work shop for carrying out overhauling by replacing all unserviceable spares including pinion, carbon brush etc reassembling and refixing the same to DG sets including testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for recharging of battery Cap 180 AH 12 Volts including replacement for electrolyte and distilled water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for dismantling the dynamo 12 volt DC of DG sets and transporting to work shop for carrying out overhauling by replacing all unserviceable spares including complete re-winding, reassembling and refixing the same to DG sets including testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rubber coupling nut bolt & washers of DG set complete and alignment of DG set engine with alternator including complete all as directed. Note : Cost T&P required for dismantaling of alternator and engine for replacement of rubber coupling will deemed to be included in quoted rate (a) 125 KVA to 160 KVA DG Sets

Cleaning of radiator Assy, by cleaning fins and descaling complete including checking for leakage and repairing the leakage, soldering/brazing the broken tubes complete all as directed

Repair to alternator of DG set 125 KVA to 160 KVA, servicing, greasing of alternator, cleaning the dust including replacement of defective rectifier of suitable capacity, testing complete of alternator for out put voltage and load etc all as directed

M & L fan hub belt suitable for 125 KVA to 160 KVA Cummins DG set complete all as specified and as dorected by Engr - in- Charge.

M & L fan belt of existing size DG set complete (a 125KVA to 160 KVA DG Sets

M & L for programming and repairing of AMF panel including wiring, programming of Microproccesor AMF relay, replacement of minor parts are connectors, copper wire for wiring, timing relays, indicators etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge. Note : Spares like AMF relay MCB, MCCB and power contactors are measured and paid separatly. (a) 125 KVA DG Sets

(b) All as per item No 34 here in before but for 160 KVA DG Sets.

M & L 3 pole power contactors - Type MNX AC3 18 Amps to 40 Amps rating with Aux. comtact Amps, 415 volt (1NO+1NC), coil voltage 240V complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to alternator of DG set 250 KVA to 625 KVA, servicing, greasing of alternator, cleaning the dust including replacement of defective rectifier of suitable capacity, testing complete of alternator for out put voltage and load etc all as directed

M & L relay card 12v (2+2) 5A to 70 Amp suitable for DG set complete as per specified.

M & L relay card 24v (2+1) 5A to 70 Amp suitable for DG set complete as per specified.

M & L Low liquid oil pressure sensor suitable for DG set all as per specified.

M & L Engine safety unit suitable for DG set complete as per specified.

S&F in replacement of old rusted/corroded/leaked MS pipe heavy grade of following sizes dia including jointing and welding complete flanged etc (ISI marked) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) 50 mm bore Note : Rate includes cost of Earthwork & cutting of brick wall including insertion of pipe.

Material & Labour for pouring in replacement of Compressor oil 20W40 for Air blowers complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for disconnecting three phase electric connections from TEFC motor and taking up of twin rotary air blowers/compressor of capacity 200 cum/hr,2700 RPM,6.5-13.5 m from foundation including blower units carefully etc of make : Everest or any other make & capacity for repairs/overhauling and thorough inspection including assembling the same after overhauling and testing complete. Material & Labour in replacement of submersible flat copper cable multistranded 3 core of size 10 sqmm complete including connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE:- 1. It is submitted that items catered under Fixing only shall be issued by the department to contractor and collection of items & transporation shall be arranged by contractor. 2. During entire cotract period any defective compenents/or any other materials which is not specified in Sch 'A' but required repair/replacement to make plant/machinery fully functional, the cost of same shall be deemed included in quoted rates and nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor on this account. 3. Old Unsv material retrived from site shall be transport and deposited to AGE E/M store yard as per direction of Engr-in-Charge rates are deemed to be included in quoted rates. 4. The transfortation and other necessary equipments include in quoted rates and arranged/brought by the contractor, hence the bidder is advised to visit the site and assess the quantum of the work to be carried out in the contract and quote their rate accordingly.
