M&L for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on brick or concrete surface of ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rough cast finish plaster with a mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 over & including 12mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of cement base primer and filling cement based putty in cracks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated, plastered or pointed surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing,scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent, salts and treating oil & greasy spots, filling cracks with wall care putty etc and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated, plastered or pointed surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing,scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent, salts and treating oil & greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered and unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100% premium Acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre / 10 sqm over and including one coat of primer applied @ 0.9 litre / 10sqm as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge . Note: Application of paint shall be strictly done as per manufacturers instructions including sealing of cracks and applying primer of approved make using smart application technique as directed Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old plastered surfaces of wall, using mechanical means/grinding machine and washing of old surface with water of wall, preparation of surfaces including filling of cracks and two coats of 100% premium Acrylic emulsion paint by using roller having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre / 10 sqm over and including one coat of primer applied @ 0.9 litre / 10 sqm as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Application of paint shall be strictly done as per manufacturers instructions including sealing of cracks and applying primer of approved make using smart application technique as directed Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length jointed with adhesive fixed to walls fixed with complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius jointed with adhesive complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair stack clamps out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof for 100mm pvc pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note :- Old unserviceable material retrieved from above mentioned all items shall be deposited in store yard of subdivision by the contractor at his own arrangement. Noting extra shall be paid on this account.
