Supply, laying, jointing testing and commissioning in replacement, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade of cross-sectional area 120 Sqmm, 3 core, conforming to IS 7098, suitable for HT 11 KV(UE) system , laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : PCC cable marker will be reqired to be provided at a gap of not more than 50 Mtrs interval. (Rates shall be inclusive in the quoted rate of respective item and no extra payment shall be admissable on this account)

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 Metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 Metre in depth for pipe line, cable trenches or for poles, stays etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 Metre in depth and getting out in solft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The excavation shall be carried out manually due to various types of cable laid in the route

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for sand cushioning with river washed and screened dry fine sand to underground cable with a layer of 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15cm thick after laying of cable to the full width of trenches and punning down to 18cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Thickness after punning down shall be measured for payment.

Supplying and laying for unreinforced Precast Concrete Cable cover class HV type 1 flat size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Boring of holes under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by manual mean and including passing GI pipe 100mm bore and making good both the ends complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Pipe and cable will be measured and paid separately

Supply and laying for GI tubing light grade 100mm dia for passing of cable laid in trenches / fixed on poles / walls / laid under floors / roads etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : All ends termination joint shall be on existing two poles / single pole structure to the route of HT cable.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through , heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : All ends termination joint shall be on existing two poles / single pole structure to the route of HT cable.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI strip 32mm x 6mm (upto the body of equipment) by means of GI bolts / nuts / washers, protected by 40mm bore GI light grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15cm thick all around bottom and top. 20mm bore GI light grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover and frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 20mm graded crushed store aggregate) as in earthing pit incuding necessary excavation and earth work, all as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part - I complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : the unit rate includes earthing lead and protection pipe upto 7.5 Metre from top of earth plate.

Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15cm thick all around bottom and top. 20mm bore GI light grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wiere mesh, RCC M-25 (Design Mix) cover and frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation and earth work, all as specified and shown in electrical Page No. 03 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (a) The unit rate include earthing lead and protection pipe upto 7.5 Metre from top of earth plate. (b) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 Metre away from the electric electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

Dismantling of Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers etc any structural items complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of RCC poles of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of insulator any type or any size of HT OH line complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stay assembly including PCC /RCC and excavation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of ACSR /AAC conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note : A sum of Rs. 89,150.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantled/ demolished / taken down material.
