Taking out old cable of any size, any shape any position removing from the site.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part I connected to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earh work in any type of soil, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete. Note : Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions;- [i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 100M [ii]. PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm round bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways. [iii]. Main earthing strip from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr. [iv]. Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore [ISI marked] medium grade & copper lugs and charcoal & salt as reqd. [v]. GI protection pipe of size 40 mm bore light grade 7.5m

Earth continuity GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for earthing etc. as required

Supply and fixing outdoor type, weather proof IP65 rating junction box of size 50 x 50 x 20 cm and 3mm thick CRCA sheet with locking arrangement , duly powder coated & mounted on angle iron frame including copper busbar of size 3.2 x 30 cm and 4mm thick - 03 Nos all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old rusted Lt panel and disconnection of all electric connection/wiring etc incl removal from site complete all as directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing/HDPE pipes alongwith fittings such as tee, bends etc and connections incl removal from site for size 50mm bore.

All as per ser item no 19 above but of size 80mm bore.

Supply and fixing of galvanised iron pipe medium grade (ISI marked) with and including fittings medium grade (ISI Marked) laid in trenches jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed forsize 50mm bore.

All as per ser item no 20 above but of size 80mm bore.

Taking out Air cooled twin lobe type UR-1150H V- belt driven air compressors complete with electric motor of capacity 28 HP from the foundation, opening of suction filter , suction silencer, V-pulley for machine, V-pulley for electric motor, V- belts, V- belts guard, safety valve (spring loaded type), NRV and pressure gauge etc and carrying out servicing to the blowers, pump with motor .

Cutting and taking out existing burnt out/unserviceable copper winding from the stator unit of air compressors motor cleaning of slots and complete stator unit with using carbon tetra chloride (CTC Solution). Material and labour for rewinding the motor with 'F' class super enamelled copper wire of existing size/gauge including providing bi-metallic thermal overload protection and all necessary insulating materials such as varnish, insulating paper, sleev etc for the following capacity of 28 HP motor.

Dismentling of stone massonary valve chamber of any size and pattern and at any position and construction of valve chamber of size1050 x 1200 x 1000mm with PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate PCC block 20 cm thick wall massonary built in cement mortar 1:6 with plastering of 10mm thickness internally and 15mm thickness externally above and below ground level with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate incl frame made of angles iron of size matches with the internal size of the valve chamber and chamber cover made of MS sheet of 3.0mm thickness incl MS hinge and painting the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl necessary earth work, excavation etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing automatic star delta submersible pump controller 3 phase, 12.5 HP having IP 54 protection, SPP with automanual switch, combined V/A meter, coltmeter switch, ON OFF indication, star delta timer, conforms to IS/IEC 60947-4-1 complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 100 watt 230 VAC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, laying of cable/pipe etc or soft/dis integrated rock for shaft, walls, cesspts, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified & directed by Engr- in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick soft/disintegrated rock all as specified & directed by Engr- in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed by Engr- in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning with layer of sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable, in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Unreinforced cable cover LV class of size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm thick laid above the cable in protection complete all as directed by Engr- in-Charge.
