M&L rendering 5 mm in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick /concrete surface of ceilling and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (white or tinted) over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceilling / chajja or similar suspended work and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls including all cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint in camouflage pattern(Sigma Pattern) of approved tint / shade(s) over a coat of water based primer complete all as specified and directed.(Note- Letter of Sigma pattern approval by HQ WAC is attached)

M&L complete removal of existing treatement on wall surfaces with sand paper, iron patti or grinder, incl pillasters and cornices etc. incl washing, rubbing down and stopping the connected previously treated surfaces and and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper (tint as approved by GE) over 1mm thick Putty (JK/Birla) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall, incl pillasters and cornices etc. incl washing, rubbing down and stopping the connected previously treated surfaces and and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper (tint as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of ceiling incl brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots; washing etc. and applying two coat of white lime wash complete all as specified.

M&L complete removal of existing treatement on wall surfaces with sand paper, iron patti or grinder, incl pillasters and cornices etc. incl washing, rubbing down and stopping the connected previously treated surfaces and applyimg 1 mm thick JK/Birla wall care putty and applying two coat of Plastic emulsion paint (tint as approved by GE) over putty complete all as specified and directed.(Note- To be applied only in meses)

M & L complete removal of existing treatment on wall surface etc and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint of approved colour/ shade as in camouflage Sigma pattern over and including a coat of primer of exterior grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment and applying one coat of 1 mm thick JK/Birla wall putty to achieve a uniform & smooth surface (including filling in of all the cracks / fissures in cement plaster) and painting of different pictures of Animal designs (viz camel, rabbit, deer, antecope, peacock, elephant etc) in a different tint with water proof paints using specific painting brushes complete all as specified and directed as per sample kept in the office of AGE B/R (AF) Bikaner.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment and applying one coat of 1 mm thick JK/Birla wall putty to a uniform surface (including filling in of all the cracks / fissures in cement plaster)to prepare suitable base and application of special texture painting over a coat of base paint by using required tools such as brushes, sponges, spatulas, textured rollers etc including cost of all paints and specific painting tools complete all as specified & directed as per sample kept in the office of AGE B/R (AF) Bikaner.

Writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc 30 cm height per 10 nos (per Centimetre of height) with paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls / kerb stone / concrete (plastered or unplastered ) by brooming down etc applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade/tint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old painted wood or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) complete all as specified & directed. Note: Contractor shall procure 50% of Synthetic enamel paint required for entire work of this item within 15 days of Date of Commencement of Work and shall keep in safe custody as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for incorporation in the works. The tenderer shall keep this aspect in mind while quoting the rates. Nothing extra on this account shall be entertained..

M&L preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) complete all as specified & directed. Note: Contractor shall procure 50% of oil emulsion distemper required for entire work of this item within 15 days of Date of Commencement of Work and shall keep in safe custody as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for incorporation in the works. The tenderer shall keep this aspect in mind while quoting the rates. Nothing extra on this account shall be entertained.

M&L preparation of old decorated surfaces of over head resevoier 50000 Gln capacity at 21 metre staging height, and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint in camouflage pattern complete all as specified. Note:- (a) Contractor shall take precaution for safety measures as per MES safety code. Contractor shall quote his rates keeping this aspect in mind and nothing extra on this account shall be payable to the contractor. (b) Unit rate of this item includes the following aspect:- (i) To provide complete scaffolding including safety belt to the workers as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge/GE. (ii) Nothing extra shall be paid on account of increase in height, hence work shall be carried out for complete surfaces varied at height and no claim on account of more height shall be entertained. Tenderer is hereby advised to see this factor before quoting his rate.

Note:- (a) Contractor shall take precaution for safety measures as per MES safety code. Contractor shall quote his rates keeping this aspect in mind and nothing extra on this account shall be payable to the contractor.
