Razing off/ taking down old existing unserviceable cement plaster, loose / unsound weaken cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing external / internal surfaces of RCC roof / slab / beams / columns / RCC facias, or any surface average depth 25mm (Approx height 15.0 m from natural ground level) with power driven of pneumatic chisel and and removal up to the approval municipal dumping grounds specified by the local bodies outside MOD land including cutting of all edges, making square shoulders of the cavities, roughening the smooth surfaces, scrapping out / removing corrosion all loose / scale / rust etc from the visible unplastered surface and applying one coat of styrene butadiene polymerized cement mortar Modifier TM-BOND® SBR or AR. Make of -Thermax/chemco system/webac chemicals. for B/P the surface before application of rheoplastic cementious based repair conforming to BS 6319. Ensuring no porosity in new surface Complete all as specified . Note—this item shall be undertaken by the authorized rep of manufacturer.

M&L for providing 25 mm thick one COMPONENT BS 5F chloride free thixotropic fibre reinforced polymer modified repair mortar 5F complies with ASTM C 109 with flexural strength ASTM C 348 @ 7 days meeting 7N/mm2 and tensile strength @ 7 days (ASTM C 307) 3 N/mm2 at the outer or inner Brick or stone walls in cement mortar in the ratio 1:4 mixed with styrene butydiene polymerized cement mortar Modifier TM-BOND® SBR or AR for bonding with cementious mortar specially adhered to BS 6319 having specific gravity of 1.025 to 1.04, minimum 43% solid contents) not less than 2% by weight of cement and as per manufacturer,s instructions. for external or internal surface of RCC /slab /beam /columns/facias/any brick or stone wall surface etc. Make of -Thermax/chemco system/webac chemicals top surfaces of the plaster shall be finished even and smooth with using extra cement Note —this item shall be undertaken by the authorized rep of manufacturer.

M &L for curing of the surface using Maxcure CC 75 curing efficiency; Make of -Thermax/chemco system/webac chemicals. Maxcure CC 75 complies with the internationally recognized ASTM C309-90 standards incuding all tools and tackles.Complete all as specified and .Note—this item shall be undertaken by the authorized rep of manufacturer.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoin jambs pillars etc.complete all as specified.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 Complete all as specified .

S&F Mild steel bars TMT 10 mm dia and over, cut to length,bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for coh, .nns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, 75mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement Complete all as specified .

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring 40mm thick finished even and smooth with using extra cement Complete all as specified .

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate sub basefilling and mass concreate complete all as specified.

M&L for 80mm thick & M-40 factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould/rubber molded, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as specified.

M&L for factory made kerb stone of plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) , of size depth 450mm , thickness 150 mm and length n.exc. 500 mm set and jointed in cement mortar (1:4) incl painting work complete all as specified .

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ), removing serviceable tiling to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match laid over and including 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specfied .

M&L for coloured Non Skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm , over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to Complete all as specified.

M&L for Vitrified Light Shade ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm , over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match Complete all as specified.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, etc laid beded and pointed in any mortar Complete all as specified.

M&L for Granite (of any type) tiles/slab in skirting/dados 20 mm thick over baking coat 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified.

M & L for Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified.

S &F in repair of triple layered (White Colour) rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 Ltr (cylinderical vertical with closed top) with 20mm dia ball brass valves,high pressure , with polythene float and flynut including dismantling of existing water tank of capacity exc 250 Ltr & n exc 500 Ltr, complete all as specified.

S & F in repairs for single piece-WC with UF soft close slim seat cover, fixing accessories, accessories set and cistern fitting, size 365x 655x 760mm strap 220mm complete all as specified . Make - Jaguar or equivalent specified in Appx 'B'

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation, boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and frame work complete all as specified.

S&F PVC wall panelling with panel of 300 mm x 6 mm Hollow section of Sintex pattern SPUF- 146 or equivalent , fixed with PVC plug and screw and inserted to next panel groove, edges and corners of all door/ window/openings etc to be covered with PVC angle fixed with solvent cement complete all as specified.

M&L for providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12 mm thick in ceiling fixed with screws instructions Complete all as specified.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605x605mm for false ceiling Complete all as specified.

S&F hangers 6mm dia. G.i. (up to 1200 mm length ) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long and hold fasterners 12.5mm dia 40mm long.complete all as specified .

Dismantling of Stone Jali & Stone Pillar of any description , any thickness complete all as specified.

M&L for 40 mm thick Sikandra stone jali decorative design of approved pattern by GE including all carving and moulding of corners fixed in cement mortar 1:4 to grooves of stone pillars application with colouring to match with colour of jali including fixing of stone jali for all corners & lift complete all as specified.

S&F stone pillars(post) of size 100x100 mm including engraving decorative design of approved pattern on two face and dome shape approved by GE , height of each post as per sikandra jali, ,making groove on two face of size 43x5 mm for fixing of sikandra Jali in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.
