Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M10 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 75 mm thick in sub base for laying tiles, pavings, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor 40 mm thick finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles, cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, general purpose, double layer, size 30 cm X 30 cm X 25 mm thick, with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportions and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor including laying over 20 mm thick bedding of cement mortar(1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 conforming to IS 15658: 2021 grade with approved colour, design and pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness, size and shape, made by table vibratory method using polyurethane mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 30 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand having gradation as per IRC SP 63: 2018 and 2 to 4 mm wide joints filled with fine sand having gradation as per IRC SP 63: 2018, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying cement concrete paver block using paver block obtained in dismantling, laid in and including 30 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand having gradation as per IRC SP 63: 2018 and 2 to 4 mm wide joints filled with fine sand having gradation as per IRC SP 63: 2018, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of any size, top bullnosed shape, made of M-25 (Design Mix) grade cement concrete, in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old existing stone edging, concrete edging, kerb stone and keeping aside for schedule of credit and making good to disturbed portions complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated plaster surface of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer of the same manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old concrete surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks, filling of pressed steel door frame, fixing of hold fasts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes of size 150 mm jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced concrete pipes with collars, 150 mm internal diameter, class NP2, laid and jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar (1:2) complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T & P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs solar road studs of size not less than 125 mm X 125 mm X 25 mm made of weather resistance aluminium alloy and poly carbonate material electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by the Engineer in charge. The cats eye shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35⁰ ± 5⁰ to base. The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM E: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The solar panel shall be high efficiency mono crystalline 2.5 V/60 m A and the battery shall be one Ni-mh type (1.2 V/1200 m Ah) high temp for backup of 36 hours full charging. The flash frequency shall be 60 ± 5 times per minute.

Providing and fixing in repairs Glow studs (cat's eye) of size 80 to 100 mm X 80 to 100 mm X 15 to 20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The cat’s eye shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35⁰ ± 5⁰ to base. The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 Part 4: 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs solar delineators (road way indicators) of dimension (100 mm ± 15 mm) X 150 mm (minimum), made of poly carbonate at top and cast aluminium at bottom , UV resistant, LED flashing in red, blue, yellow, white, and green colours with 4 Nos LED, flash frequency 74 ± 5 times per minute, warning distance greater than 200 metre, enclosed in cage made of galvanised iron steel wire of size 2.80 mm including mono crystalline / polycrystalline : 4 Volts / 50mAh solar panel, including 1 x 1.2 Volts, Ni mh – 800 mAh of battery for backup of 36 hours full charging including mounting on 1100 mm length mild steel tube of nominal bore 50 mm painted with anticorrosive paint including embedding 200 mm below ground level in PCC M15(Nominal Mix) with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of size 250 mm X 250 mm X 250 mm, necessary excavation and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of signboard or information board of any description, shape and size including post and frame complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out in soft/ loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for stainless steel tube, channel, plates etc. made out of stainless steel sheet of grade X 02Cr19Ni1O (304 S2), surface finish No. 4 as per IS 6911: 2017 as in framed work to support signboard, poster, etc., welded suitably as per IS 5206: 1983 including necessary nuts, bolts etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F retro reflective overhead informatory overhead signboard (class of direction and Place Identification signs) as per IRC:67-2012 made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity Micro-Prismatic Grade Sheeting (Type IV), the messages (legends, letters, numerals, etc.) and borders be of cut-out from high intensity Micro-Prismatic Grade Sheeting (Type IV), pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural framework from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position complete all as specified and as directed. (Structural framework shall be measured and paid for separately)

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs road convex mirrors outdoor type made of one piece polycarbonate of size 1000 mm, viewing angle 130⁰ including steel tube of nominal bore 80 mm and thickness of 4.0 mm as per IS 1161: 2012 and 1.5 metre length for mounting of mirror including painting on steel tube with synthetic enamel paint on red oxide zinc chrome primer in approved shade including embedding 300 mm below ground level including excavation and PCC M15(Nominal Mix) with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of size 400 mm X 400 mm X 400 mm and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs rubber speed bump of size 50 mm (height) X 380 mm (width) X 500 mm (length), ABS block black and yellow & reflectors on both sides including necessary fixing arrangements with epoxy/thermoplastic adhesive all as per manufacturers instructions and complying to guidelines issued by Min of Road Transport. etc. complete.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc., cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal), rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mandatory and regulatory signboard (octagonal in shape of 750 mm height for “STOP” sign, 60 cm equilateral triangle for “GIVE WAY” sign, circle of 60 cm diameter for other signs), made of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, welded to the frame of 25 mm X 25 mm X 3 through aluminium rivets and subsequently attached to the signpost through steel bolts, painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome prime in approved colour and shade, the messages (legends, letters, numerals, etc.) and borders be of cut-out from high intensity Micro-Prismatic Grade Sheeting (Type IV) in approved colour and shade as per IRC 67: 2022 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M7.5 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 75 mm thick in sub base for laying tiles, pavings, floorings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor 75 mm thick laid in alternate panel, finished even and fair including necessary formworks including filling in joints with 85/25 industrial grade bitumen mix filler of proportion 80 kg of hot bitumen, 1 kg of cement and 0.25 cubic metre of coarse sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for ceramic, unglazed, vitreous, acid resisting tiles as per IS 4457: 2007, 12 mm thick, area exceeding 0.06 sqm not exceeding 0.11 sqm, textured finish including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar(1:4) set and jointed and pointed in neat white cement slurry with colour pigment to match (equivalent to endura industrial paving tiles of M/s Johnson or equivalent of Kajaria/RAK) complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 conforming to IS 15658: 2021 grade with approved colour, design and pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness, size and shape, made by table vibratory method using polyurethane mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 30 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand having gradation as per IRC SP 63: 2018 and 2 to 4 mm wide joints filled with fine sand having gradation as per IRC SP 63: 2018, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old existing stone edging, concrete edging, kerb stone and refixing at the same or other locations in proper slope and alignment and making good to disturbed portions complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in surface channels and drains in M15(Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs metal tubular delineator 900 mm long X 50 mm dia MS pipe (medium grade) powder coated with top cover with jali 400 mm long from top and pasted with twin colour reflective tape strips embedded 200 mm below ground level including excavation and PCC M15(Nominal Mix) with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of size 200 mm X 200 mm X 200 mm and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Aluminium Composite Materials (ACM) signboard, 4 mm overall thickness, sandwiched construction with a thermoplastic core of 'Low Density Polyethylene' (LDPE), aluminium skin thickness of 0.4 - 0.5 mm and 0.25 - 0.3 mm respectively on both sides, a fluorocarbon coating applied over the exposed surface of aluminium, Type-IV high intensity retro-reflective sheeting made of micro-prismatic retro-reflective element material coated with pressure sensitive adhesive on top surface with aluminium surface, digitally colour printed indicating necessary sign, all as mentioned in IRC 67-2022 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F stainless steel letters (Roman/ Indic Script), 300 mm height, 3 mm thick, mirror finish, made of 304 grade of stainless steel including fixing arrangements complete all as specified and as directed.
