M&L for 10mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer as specified and directed. (Note :- No additional amount to be paid for overlap).

M&L for pavement quality concrete (PQC) of flexural strength 45 Kg/Sqcm in field as per design mix (with using 400 Kg/Cum and not exceeding 450 Kg/Cum of cement including triangular/non circular synthetic polyster fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% by weight of cemet) including form work for nosing, rounding off edges, curing, spread and compacted by using slip form paver complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The cost of admixture required as per design mix shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate (the constant shall be applied based on design mix). (ii) Polyester triangular/non circular synthetic fibers as secondary reinforcement mixed in concrete shall be measured and paid for separtely under respective item of this schedule however, mixing shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate (the constant shall be applied based on design mix) (iii) Construction joints, dummy (contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (iv) No Deduction shall be made in PQC for quantity for expansion joints. (v) For the purpose of pricing this item, the cement content shall be considered as 400 Kg/Cum. Minus price adjustment shall be made @ Rs 6 per Kg for item No.05 in case of quantity of cement used is less than 400 Kg/Cum. However no plus price adjustment shall be made to the quoted rate if excess quantity of cement is used beyond 400 Kg/Cum. (vi) The quoted rate shall deemed to be include the cost of curing compound spread as per manufacture instruction and cement mortar bund and no extra amount will be payable on this account.

Supply only polyster triangular fibre @ 0.25 % by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for finishing surface of concrete pavement by brooming of concrete pavemet complete while concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming 25 mm width expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of PQC by early entry saw and susequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with applicatuon of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegitation and other debris. The joint then filled with pre-moulded 25mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified, thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30mm dia, over filler board and filled with polyurethane based sealent complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of + 30% having minimum 10 year performance gurantee, applying masked tape after filling of sealent as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of construction joint 25mm deep and 10mm wide by early entry saw cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with applicatuon of compressed air, Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegitation and other debris. Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded & pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rough dressed sand stone slab 40mm thick flooring, laid dry but pointed and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for raking out joints to stone sett paving, in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for flush pointing to stone sett paving in cement mortat 1:3 of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab as in skirting/dado etc laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including 10mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in mass filling and foundation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2 , 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for walling of squared rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster work any description from brick or stone wall/ ceiling etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1: 4 on block masonry or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC Type B1 1:2:4 ( 20mm graded aggregate) in floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel frame work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 & welded complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel flats for holdfasts, wall ties and brackets cut to length & welded complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel plates confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary or countersunk) forming holes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated steel & iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coat of exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint (white or tinted) as per approved shade/coloured on walls in camouflage pattern complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated PVC FRLS, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, of size 2 core 10 Sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth for foundation, laying of cables, etc. and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

M&L for 40 to 50 mm thick rough dressed jodhpur stone cover 25 to 30 cm wide and not less than 50 cm in length laid dry and abuting each other with gap between adjecent slab not exceeding 10mm over UG cable for protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 16 M High Mast shaft in two section suitable for 50 m/sec wind speed, with head frame winch mounting bracket, luminaries carriage suitable to install 8 nos luminaries in symmetrical arrangement, Supply of raising lowering system comprising double drum winch, 5 mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial, 3 mm section thickness, top dia 150 mm, bottom dia 360mm including providing flood light 200 Watt luminaries - 08 Nos, single dome aviation light with electrical connections, 32 Amps standard feeder pillar panel & necessary fittings and RCC foundation work complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Supply and install LED bollard light 10 Watts IP 65 step profile placed on top ideal for architectural outdoor lighting, typically giving off light from the sides suitable to illuminate walkways, steps or pathways all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 200 Watt made up of pressure die cast aluminum housing with high efficient LED as lighting source with toughened glass having IP-66 protection 230Volt with all connected accessories required for fixing of flood lights as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for sub main wiring with 2 run of 2.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated cable multistranded copper conductors 1100 volt grade IS- 694 marked drawn through and including steel conduit dia not less than 20 mm alongwith fittings and accessories on wall and surface on ceiling and also including one run of 2.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated cable for earth wire of specified size earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note:- 2 runs of main cable one run of earth wire and one run of steel conduit will be measured and paid as an one run.)

Supply and fix flame proof switch rotary type with termnination box in LM6, 16 A, 230V, single pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F flame proof weather proof MCB DB SPN 8 way including MCB SPN 40 Amps- 01, MCB SP 6-32 Amps- 6 Nos complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Sudhir or Equivalent of Shyam/Bliga as approved by GE. (Note : MCB shall be 10 KA repturing capacity and of C series.)

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to and including GI wire 4mm dia, by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc, made of GI and connected to test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part-I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 in chamber, precast RCC 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4.00 Kg/Square metre) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 40 mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- The rate of above Item includes the cost of earth lead and GI protection pipe up to 7.5 Metres. GI strip beyond 7.5 Metre shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material & labour for sub main wiring with 4 run of 6.0 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated cable multistranded copper conductors 1100 volt grade IS- 694 marked drawn through and including steel conduit dia not less than 20 mm alongwith fittings and accessories on wall and surface on ceiling and also including one run of 6.0 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated cable for earth wire of specified size earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note:- 4 runs of main cable one run of earth wire and one run of steel conduit will be measured and paid as an one run.)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of servo voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type, copper wound & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 V with accuracy ± 1% and speed of correction 50 Volts per second and of capacity 75 kVA complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 sqmm multistranded flexible copper conductor heavy duty single core with suitable mounting accessories complete all as specified and directed. The mounting clamp should be Non conductive metarial used in earthing all as directed by EIC.

M&L for core cutting of brick/stone masonry wall suitable for fixing of 450 mm dia exhaust fan alongwith louvers complete, including necessary PCC (1:2:4), plastering and making good the disturbed surface with putty and paint/distemper work complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Supply & fix industrial type exhaust fan alongwith louvers/shutter, metal body AC single phase 230/ 240 V of size 450 mm sweep with blade, frame and louvers complete all as specified and as directed.
