M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faced or on other than fair face surface of brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on brick or concrete surface of ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rough cast finish plaster with a mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 over & including 12mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint and filling cement based putty in cracks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated, plastered or pointed surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing,scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent, salts and treating oil & greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated, plastered or pointed surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing,scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent, salts and treating oil & greasy spots, washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered surface etc and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered and unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including chalk whitening preparatory to distempering complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old plastered surfaces like lime, distemper, plastic paint, cement base paint including scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorscent salts, trading oil, greasy spots using mechanical grinding machine and washing of old surface with water of wall, preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) over a coat of appropirate primer over and including 3mm thick layer of wall putty (Make J K or Birla) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall like lime, distemper, cement base paint etc including scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots using mechanical grinding machine and washing of old surface with water preparation of surfaces and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of exterior primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Asian Paints (Brand - ACE) / Berger Paint (Brand - Shingar) / Nerolac Paint (Brand - Total) or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'A' here-in-after. Note :- After complete removal of existing treatment surfaces shall be inspected by the Engineer-in-Charge and further each coat of exterior paint and primer shall be applied only after passed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old plastered surfaces like lime, distemper, plastic paint, cement base paint including scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorscent salts, trading oil, greasy spots using mechanical grinding machine and washing of old surface with water including filling of cracks and applying two coats of cement base paint shade/tint over a coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing,scrapping down smoke soot mulds, moss and efflorescent, salts, filling of cracks etc and applying a coat of cement based paint complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceding 30 cm high complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Hacking out old broken glass any thickness, size, quality or description from wooden / metal frame and punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length jointed with adhesive fixed to walls fixed with and including requisite Number of clamps made out of flat iron 25x4mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius jointed with adhesive with oval access door complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for removing loose ceiling plaster completely, cleaning and dripping mortars and curing of effected surface area, cleaning well expossed reinforcement and applying two coats of anti-corrosive paint to it, supply and fixing mild steel XPM mesh of size 25mm x 25mm (wire dia min. 2mm) to the effected ceiling surface either by welding with exposed reinforcement or by stapling nails or screw or tie with reinforcement, applying cement slury and 25mm thick microphone of 1:1:1 using 6mm graded aggregate and cuting it for 3 days and then making well finish the surface using cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note :- A sum of Rs. 3000/- will be deducted on account of credit for dismantled/ demolished / taken down material.
