M&L for applying tack coat of hot paving bituminous of grade VG -10 at 5.00 kg per 10 sqm with the help of mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for 75mm thick Moorum/Red bajri, spread, rolled, consolidated & gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete articles and other similar works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for marking 2.50 mm thick, exc 10cm wide centre line, stop line, dashes, arrows, brackets & similar work on road surfaces as per IRC pattern with thermo plastic paint of approved quality & make with 8% glass beads laid at temperature 160o C with a special applicator machine complete all as per manufacturer's instructions & traffic diversion arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to IP 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono crystalline solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs cat eye both side reflective type of aluminium metal body alloy of size 110mm x 120mm x 20mm with PMMA strip lens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with specified epoxy adhesive material as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair 800mm dia Convex Mirror the body of convex mirror made out of finest quality ABS/ Polycarbonate material. Convex mirror allow 130 Degree + actual viewing angle, Convex mirror should be installed with help of clamp with pole 2 mtr long and 75mm dia post in post hole of size 60x60x75cm and including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 including required excavation, horizantal and vertical angle adjustable complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for identification sign/cautionary mandatory and information sign board area exc 1.0 Sqm and n exc 1.50 Sqm with thickness not less than 2.0mm aluminium composite panel covered by encapsulated lens type retro reflective sheet (grade 3M type II diamond grade of make 3M/dark eye/SNI ) on both side with green base, including writing of necessary letter/symbols of reflective type fixed on and including stainless steel frame of size 25mmx25mm and hang on 50mm dia stainless steel pipe(fabrication work from SS-304 material) of height 2.0 mtr from ground level to top and post embeded in ground with PCC 1:3:6 TYPE C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate of size 45x45x45cm including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Shape and design of sign board as approved by AGE(I) Pokaran. (ii)The letters and symbols etc on both side shall be as per site requirement of user and as approved by AGE(I) Pokaran. The size and font of wording/ arrow/ symbols as per direction of Engineer In-Charge.
