Disconnecting and taking out pump with motor of capacity 03 HP. of any make and model from the foundation & dismantling for overhauling and repair by replacing rewinding ,the pump bearing, bush, gland bush, coupling and impeller,pumpshaft etc re-assembling after replacement of unserviceable parts, connecting with the suction/discharge line with correct alignment and making the electric connection including testing complete and all as directed by Engineer-in-Chrage. Note:The cost of rewinding, Pump bearing, bush, gland bush, coupling and impeller are included in this item.No seprate payement shall be made for supplying these items.

M & L for renewal of earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground level, connected to Galvanised earth lead wire of 4mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in the electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR part –I connected to all earth test point all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 15 mm bore light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation, earth work in any type of starta, PCC pit with RCC pit with M 25 (Design mix) cover,char coal,salt,funnel etccomplete. Note:-Rate quoted by the tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions:-(i) Excavation & eart work in any type of starta including removing of surplus material upto 100M (ii)PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggergate in pit& 40 mm thick precast RCC,M-25 design mix concrete cover 50x50 cm with 8mm round bar@15 cm C/C both ways.(iii) Main earth wire 4mm dia from earth eletrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr.(iv)Funnel with watering pipe(GI pipe) 20mm bore(ISI marked)medium grade & copper lugs and charcoal & salt as reqd.(v) GI protection pipe of size 15 mm bore light grade upto 7.5m. .

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of centrifugal pump set of 60 HP capacity by scraping ,rubbing and removing of dirt/dust oil spot and making surface smooth ready for painting and applying one coat synthetic enameled paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Removal / Taking up of submersible pump of any capacity by disconnecting electric cable and delivery pipes etc and lowering pump along with pipe and cable on completion of repair complete including connecting and testing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Repair of submerssible pump/motor 03 HP, 230/415 volts by transporting to civil work shop, opening, taking out old burnt out winding, preparing for re -winding with PVC insulated copper winding of suitable gauge including all materials as required, re-assembling, testing at work shop, transporting back to site and connecting with pipe & electric supply after the pump is lowered and testing the pump for smooth functioning etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for Cleaning of underground /semi underground RCC reservoir of capacity 1,00,000 gallon at main pump house by draining out storage water completely with mud pump or throwing out manually with buckets and cleaning of inner surface of bottom and walls of tank by removing complete accumulated sludge/mud, dirt etc including removing of roots, bushes etc with wire brush and finally washing with fresh water and disinfecting the reservoir with 2% solution of Potassium permanganate including writing date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint and removing sludge, scale, mud etc to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

All as per item No. 48 above but overhead reservoir of capacity 40,000 gallon at 18 meter staging at main pump house complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in -Charge.

All as per item No. 48 above but capacity 25,000 gallon at main pump house and fire fighting pump house complete all asspecified and directed by the Engineer-in -Charge

Taking up or down old unservicable oblique type gun metal landing valve and Supply and Fixing oblique type gun metal landing valve single headed of size 63mm, inlet 3' NB flanded, outlet- female instantaneous with grey cast iron handle wheel with fixing arrangement viz- GI flange 100 mm/GI flange 80mm, GI bend 80/100 mm, GI nipple 100 mm/GI nipple 80 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing in replacement Aqua Dura Reinforced rubber lined hose with Elastomeric coating conforming to IS : 636/19088 Type-A with gun metal end connection on both ends of 30 mtr length including taking down old unsv hose complete all as directed by the Engineer-in -Charge

Supply , installation and testing complete of Digital water level indicator with sensors ,Aux supply 230 Volts ,Type DDS-2 ,capacity 7 meters operating on single phase supply direct display in 19 mm size digit system in meter of water Overhead tank 18 mtr staging ensuring alarm while water fall or rise over predetrmined limit with the following description. make:- Seco type DDS-2 . (a) The entire unit must operate through compact electronic circuit, which must ensure reliable opration at 230 V +/ - 10% at 50 Hz + / - 5% with reliable in digit display and alarm at low and high level of semi UG sump. (b) One circuit must be housed in high impact polystrene molded box with nylon molded connection strips. The level system must resistance transducer, while unaffected by corrosion and other contamination available in water. The product must be controlled by micro switch. Supply and Fixing for digital type ammeter suitable for 10 HP to 60 HP pumpset panel ,flush type with appropriate CTs, AC, 50Hz in existing panel boards after disconnecting of cables and testing including removing unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge

Note : Replacement cost of unsv parts/spare of meter included in quoted rate.
