Taking down old unsv FTL 2 X 2 panel light fitting of capacity 80 watt incl connecting accesorries complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCBs Distribution board tripple pole and neutral (VTPN) 4 ways, powder coated, CRCA steel sheet, suitable for MCCB incomer upto 160amp, degree of protection IP-43, IK09 with reversible double door, 415V, recess mounted having insulated 250 amp tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnection, earthing connection, blanking plate in unused spaces as required, ISI marked including required wiring connections with copper lugs of suitable size provided in MCB DBs and making good the disturbed porton as per existing complete all as specified and directed. Note : MCCB, MCBs and MCB DB shall be of the same make.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning 1100 volts heavy duty LT XLPE cable (ISI marked) with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheating of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire and overall PVC sheated cable of size 16 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area 4 core, laid in trenches, ducts, pipes or fixed on poles, including all necessary clamps, nut, bolt washers complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50 m and deposited where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Sand cushioning to under ground cable with screened and washed sand (non cohessive), 8 cm before laying cable and 15cm after laying and punned to 18cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.

M & L bricks for protection cover to UG cable (with old size sub class B bricks) with width equal to length of brick, laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjecent bricks not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 40 to 50 mm bore galvanised steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

S & F 40 mm bore GI tubing light grade with all fitting (ISI marked), fixed to wall/ pole / laid in road crossing etc as reqd complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6.0mm buried directly in ground, vertically to depth not less than 2.5mtr below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level surrounded from all sides with alternate layers of charcoal and common salt and connected with GI lead wire 4.0mm dia means of GI bolts, nuts washers & check nuts electrode connected to main switch board or main control board or on poles or on transformer and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering, 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade for protection of GI wire upto test point including providing funnel and wire mesh GI frame and 10cm thick suitably reinforced RCC pit cover, PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates complete including excavation and earth work in any type of strata, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, all as specified ans shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1, PCC pit shall be provided at least 50 cm away from the earth pit and not just on earth pit including testing on completion complete. (Note - GI lead wire of size 4.0mm upto 7.5 m included in the item).

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of hi-wall split Air Condition (AC) of capacity 2.0 Ton, Inverter Model, 5 Star Rating, adhering to specified BEE & EER above 3.1, Refrigerant R 410 A Environmental Friendly Gas- indoor/outdoor complete with and incl cordless remote control unit and with in-built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality, low noise level for indoor and outdoor unit, Evaporator & Condenser Coils with high power rating and efficiency fixed in stone wall, service wire incl outdoor mounting stand of MS iron complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed input variation between 170 V to 250 V with ouput stabilized at 230 V with accuracy +2.5% and of capacity 5.0 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F copper Tubing suitable for the item Nos 42 in extended lengths (beyond proviided by the manufacturer with AC) as requird from indoor to outdoor and Suitable insulation of Nitrile Rubber insulation fixing arrangement commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : One meter run of sunction line of size 1/2" or 3/8" and liquid line of size 1/4" alongwith nitrile rubber insulation is counted as one RM for measurement purpose

M&L for cutting of stone walls for making hole and placing of 4" dia PVC pipe of required length for split AC pipe lines power lines and drain pipe to pass through and making the surface good for further installation process complete all as specified and directed.
