Annual maintenance contract for Roof Top Solar Solution 10 KW situated at the roof of HQ CEJZ office for one year on monthly basis which includes repair / servicing and the following features are to be carried out by the Company :- (a) Checking of turbo battery system 12 volts 200 AH 10 Nos with filling distilled water if required (Per Month) (b) Checking of 10 KW solar plates efficency also cleaning the plates with proper chemical for 100 % performance servicing / cleaning will done minimum twice in month. (c) Checking of DC/AC supply cables for insulation test & perfomance life, results sholud be recorded and maintained properlly duly signed by contractor rep , JE and Engr-in-Charge Testing will be done once in a month (e) Checking UPS system means cleaning by blower/ CTC PCB circuit all jacks supply system all connection of screws/ lugs etc Air cooling system will be reset as per winter/ summer/rainy seasons for functioing of UPS system upto the satisfaction of Engr-in- Charge. Note Servicing will carry out by Rep of OEMs only.
