S&F in replacement DS024-12 Q53A/07 card installed in solar plant string combiner box including replacement of faulty wiring, IGBT, DC capacitor, rectifier, microcontroller, data exchange devices, transceiver, minor saftey, cooling & supporting components complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of crystalline silicon solar PV modules of not less than 320 Wp each having efficiency more than 16% at standard test condition, fill factor more than 0.80 plant performance ratio more than or equivalent to 80% in accordance with IEC:61724 & made of high transmittivity glass and glass front surface shall give high encapsulation gain. (transmittance above 90% and bending less than 0.3%) Electrical parameters of 320 Wp solar PV module under STC of irradiance 1000 W/m2 , AM 1.5 Spectrum & temperature 25⁰ C will be as under- Max Peak power Pmax : 320 Wp Current at Pmax Ipm : 5.86 A Voltage at Pmax Vpm : 54.7 Volt Short circuit current Isc : 6.24 A Open circuit voltage Voc : 64.8 Volts

M&L for repair/maintenance of Module cleaning arrangement - includes pipeline pumps, water storage tanks, valves, etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for carrying out servicing/calibration of HT VCB panel including VCB 630/400 Amps, , after taking proper shut down and disconnecting the cables from panel and VCB Breakers, calibration of over fault relay, earth fault relay, checking of alignment of VCB isolating contacts, rewiring of burnt out/unsv VCB panel wiring complete, servicing of operating mechanism including tripping and closing system of the breakers, dehydrating, decorbonising of panel, bus section & circuit section including incoming/outgoing cable and necessary HT insulation at joints. Removing perished monoplus compound cleaning and re-insulating with HT taps wherever necessary with and including replacement of burnt out/defective spares like tension springs, tortion springs, nut bolts, washers of suitable size, lingers etc., under the supervision of authorised dealer/ representative and refixing the panel in its original position with complete painting of VCB Panel and testing entire satisfaction of Engineer -in- Charge. Note : (i) The unit quoted rate shall be deemed to included all minor spares etc.

M&L for repair / servicing of 5KVA UPS for weather monitoring station complete with power backup of VRLA tubular wet batteries of appropriate rating, battery backup duration minimum of 2 hours complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Minor item / spares parts shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate & not to be paid separtely .

S&F in replacement UPS battery of plant SCADA system complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement solar PV 15A-10 F Feuz Bussmann fuse complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement DC to DC convertor card complete all as specified and directed.
