M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified & as directed.

Notes : (i) Cost of cutting/leaving forming chases for conduits, sinking for modular metal flush boxes and making good in CM 1:4 shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item. (ii) The quoted rates of this item shall deemed to include for modular metal flush boxes of requisite module and modular cover plates with frame of requisite module of colour as approved by GE.

NOTES FOR LED LIGHT FITTINGS : (i) All LED light/luminare shall meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (ii) Contractor shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM-79 and LM-80. (iii) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of contract. The product will be replaced on site free of cost in the following case :- (a) Manufacturing defects. (b) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (c) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen (or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries.

Note :- The font, style & place of writing SM/ MES number with synthetic enamel paint on ceiling fan shall be as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply & fixing air circulator heavy duty wall mounting fan 750mm sweep, 230 Volts, Single Phase, oscillating type, multi speed, with built in selector switch & pull cord control including making connection complete including marking of MES number with synthetic enamel paint all as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground level and connected to and including galvanized iron earth wire 4mm dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers thimbles, etc as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connection to main switch board/Test point/panel/equipment and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, and removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc 50 metre, charcoal and salt in alternate layer 15 cm thick all around the earth plate electrode, MS funnel with wire mesh, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm bore for watering and 15 mm bore 7.50 metre long GI pipe light grade for earth wire protection fixed with poles with two clamps, made from MS flat 25 mmx3mm, bolts, nuts and washers, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C1, 40 mm thick RCC pit cover, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 16 sqmm 2 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

M&L for dry sand (Local Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :-(i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm confirming to IS -5820 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.
