M&L for repair of mechanism of highmast and rewinding of three phase high mast tower motor 440 volt AC 1HP 1425 RPM if burnt and incl dismantling form highmast transportation to workshop for rewinding with existing size of super enamlled copper wire replacing of gear,bearing bush ,greashing varnishing etc for running of rope at satisfactory level and reinstalation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB in replacement of 160Amps, 3/4 pole, 415 volts, 50 HZ, rupturing capacity 36KA, connection with proper size of thimbles complete including taking out defective/ unserviceable MCCB all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair GI Bracket for mounting street light fittings made out of light grade 32mm GI pipe and have angle of 120 degree incl fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix single core PVC insulated FR cable with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm cross sectional area 3 core ,1100 volts grade all as specified and as directed.

M/L for Repairs to out door LT panel including taking down for repair as follows :-( a ) Supply and fixing of MS sheet 16 SWG( 1.6 mm ) and fabrication of back side cover of LT panel including cutting to required size and shape fixing in position by bending, welding all as required for proper functioning of LT panel shutters including two coats of coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide.(b ) Supply and fixing of hinges , tee type stove enamelled black medium weight , cold rolled and mild steel 30 mm size and fixed door shutters .( c ) Supply and fixing of locking arrangement with MS sliding door bolts hasp and suitable for use with pad lock of size 200 mm.( d ) Mild steel work conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 as in angle iron frame work , cut to size including bending and welding angles as necessary and re -fixing of MS sheet of panel including a shop coat of red oxide primer.

M & L GI tubing Light grade 50 mm incl all accessories for protection cable complete all as specified and directed in engr-in-chage

S & F in repairs Mild steel work in framed work such as grills, Gates, Framed guard bars, gratings, ladders, Cable trays, Fencing etc., with ends of bars soldered/welded and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, and similar work confirming to Fe 410 - O or Fe 310 - O incl two coats of mettallic paint over a coat of mettallc primer incl taking down old rusted steel work as directed.

Supply & jointing cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material & accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95Sqmm including taking out old unserviceable jointing kit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & jointing cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material & accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95Sqmm including taking out old unserviceable jointing kit complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for detecting of fault in 11KV (E) HT Cable 3 core of any size laid in trenches/ducts with the help of elecronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse, echo fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc, exposing the cable fault, removal of deteriorated portion of cable, treating the cable including making it ready for jointing work complete all as specified and as directed by Eng- in Charge. Note: (i) The quoted rate shall deemed to include for the cost of excavation, earthwork as required. (ii) Cable & jointing kit if replaced shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items in the Schedule.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground, vertically to a dpeth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth not lss than 1.5 mtr below ground level earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick and packed layers of charcoal, dust and common salt, earth lead GI strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts and wahsers of galvanised iron and thimbles and of earth wire protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm bore and water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh complete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in lieu of CI cover and frame etc all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR- 2009 (Part-1)

Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing in replacement 100 mm bore centrifugally cast (Spun) ductile iron pressure pipe with spigot and socketed ends class K-7, confirming to IS : 8329/2000 blast furnace slag cement with portland cement properties suitable for rubber gasket jointing / tyton joints with inside cement mortar lining and black bitumen external coating, duly (ISI marked) laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Cast Iron foot valve for 80 mm bore pipe, lift flanged type as per IS-4038 complete all as specified and directed by Engrineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing DI fittings confirming to IS-9523-2000 suitable for spigot & socketed pipes such as bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc),tee pieces, single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross collar, caps and plugs etc. suitable for spigot and socketed pipes upto 150 mm bore, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of 'D' Joint suitable for DI /CI pipe sizes 100 mm dia bore including excavation work and other fittings as required including testing at site complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair flanged GI pipe medium grade 80mm bore (as suction line of pump) including cutting threading welding of flange etc with GI fitting such as bend, flange, reducers etc including taking out old existing suction line.

M/L for cement concrete in foundations surfaces filling and mass concrete type C2,1:3:6(40 mm graded aggregate .

S/F in replacement gate valves gun metal with iron wheel high pressure screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union and fixed or following sizes:- (a) 40 mm dia
