M&L for refixing Copper / Alluminium strip of any sizes as down conductor/roof conductor after soldering between earth strip and refixing the copper / aluminium strip by providing new porciline insulator or burried in ground or drawn in conduit including PVC conduit, fixing apprangements with wall/roof all as per clause SSR part I and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 ( 20mm graded aggregate ) Note :- PCC blocks of size 300mmx300mmx300mm to be provided for each termination rod Total 20 Nos PCC 0.027 CUM is required for Each block

Taking down old unserviceable fitting and S & F LED recessed ceiling panel Luminaries comprises of CRCA sheet metal body powder coated in white. The LEDD clusters are assembled in the body & special high translucent frosted diffuser is used for uniform glare-free light distribution suitable for 600 X 600 mm ceiling. Operating voltage range 140-270 volts ,36 watt, color temp 5700 K, color rendering index more than 80, including LED light driver and ceiling mounting accessories connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size. Crompton Cat part No.LCTLRP-36-FO-CDL or equivalent with approved list of makes.

M& L for GI pipe medium grade 40 mm dia with socket at one end in the length of 1.2 mtr for supporting of air termination rod complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with copper plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers up to 90 cm and with tibba sand up to top level and electrode connected to copper strip 20x3 mm dia as earthing lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to machinery/equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR-2010 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering, funnel, wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways for cover 50 mm thick and MS frame of suitable size made of angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm, complete all as specified. S&F in repair Flame proof LED BULK HEAD light fitting FLP-WP of 1x 18 w built in control gear box made of aluminium alloy LM6 , with all accessories, lamp holders, etc. internally prewired including taking down old fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Sudir, model BH/124 or equivalent with approved list of makes.

S & Fixing in repair Submain wiring with three single core(for phase and neutral +earth) 4 sq mm wire using multistranded copper conductor PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed PVC insulated wire drawn through concealed stove enamelled steel conduit ISI Marked and all accessories of dia not less than 20 mm with and including steel conduit and accessories complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Three runs of 4 sqmm wire and one run of steel concealed conduit shall be measured as one run only

S & F in repair Submain wiring with five single core(for three phase and neutral +earth) 6 sq mm wire using multistranded copper conductor PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed PVC insulated wire drawn through concealed stove enamelled steel conduit ISI Marked and all accessoriesof dia not less than 25 mm with and including steel conduit and accessories complete for 12 way DB complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Five runs of 6 sqmm wire and one run of steel concealed conduit shall be measured as one run only.

Taking down old UNSV light fittings any type and Supply & Fix LED street light 72 Watt operating temp range -20deg.C to +50 deg C SL light fitting 72 Watt fitting ingress protection IP 66 conforming to IS 16107 with photo biological saftey as per IS 16108 , type of LED luminarie as per IS and type B , Type of LED modules as per IS 16103 type 3 with luminarie system efficiencey 100lm/watt with adjust mounting brackets. Supply and fix LED 150 W flood light fitting on pole /wall with lense , high luminous rectangular LED flood light with innovative thermal management and available with multiple optics and equiped with IP 66 protection better distribution applicable for area lighting including suitable mounting brackets nuts and bolts and electrical connection complete all as directed. Make Crompton Cat part No. CFS-50I-150-60D-SL-GL-NSG or equivalent with approved list of make.

Taking out LT cable XLPE/PVC sheathed 1100 volts grade armoured with aluminum conductor carefully of any size from trenches, poles, under floor etc for further use/disposal all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable for soft/ loose soil and getting out all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm apart for soft/loose soil all as specified.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level.

M & L for dry Sand cushioning in trenches for protection of cable including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be considerd for measurment purpose

M&L for cover to underground cable with one layer of bricks using sub class B bricks (old size) laid flat across the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for making cross hole suitable for 50 mm dia bore pipe including passing GI pipe of size 50 mm dia, below the road with the help of pressure pipe/ boring tools for passing the cable and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 100 mtr from work site all as directed. Note : Gi pipe to be measured and paid seperately under relevant items,.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of 40 mm bore GI tubing (light grade) with new fittings, laying in floor/trenches for support UG cables as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F -in-repair for kiosk box of minimum size 300x200x100 mm for luminaries control swithes, weather proof made out of PVC/HDPE fire retardant, non fusing, shock & rust proof, single piece moulded/SMC housing and SMC cover with hinged door, pole mounting type comprising of aluminium busbar TPN of 60 Amps with 6 Amps MCB, SP with base channel , fixed on pole with MS, clamps 30x5 mm with necessary nuts, washer for Street light)

Taking down old UNSV two core cable and supply & fix twin core sheathed copper conductor FRLHS from DBs to street light include making hole to neary by on pole include flexible steel conduite on open portion and passing from one hole to other for making connection to street light, complete all as specfied and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated , screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specfied and directed by Engineer in charge.
