S&F in replacement pin type insulator of size 100mm height, 65 mm dia porcelain, vitreous white, brown or green insulator suitable for 1100 volts grade including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two GI washer and one GI nut complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement cross arms, bracings, stiffeners, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, binding cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :Exposed steel surface shall be treated with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and unexposed surface of steel sections shall be applied one coat of red oxide primer.

S&F in replacement stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 using stay rod 20 mm dia x 1800mm long, stay bow 14mm dia and stay plate 30 cm x 30 cm x 6 mm including stay wire 8 SWG x 7 strands, loop type insulator with over all dimensions 90x140mm and clearence of hole 25.5mm, stay clamps and painting to exposed surfaces of mild steel work with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for painting on steel tubular poles 9 metre long including attachments (cross arms, clamps GI pipes etc) complete with one coat of aluminium paint after preparation of steel surfaces and black & white strips 30cm each upto 1.5 metre height from top of PCC foundation block or PCC coping including numbering of poles with synthetic enamel paint (white) in 80mm high letters over 150mmx230mm yellow base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of PCC pole and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in black and white or yellow colour in alternate strips of 30 cm each upto 1.50 metre height from top of PCC coping and applying two coat of aluminum paint over cross arms, brackets, bracings, clamps, hooks etc. and marking pole number with white synthetic enamel paint in 80mm high letters, over black synthetic enamel paint base of size 20cm x 20cm including applying two coats of white wash to coping of poles all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Pole number shall be marked with white enamel paint over a base of size 20cm x 20cm prepared with two coats of black enamel paint on pole surfaces.

S&F in replacement pre-stressed cement concrete pole, 9 metre long of cross section 102mm x 172mm at top and 102mm x 279mm at bottom, class 10, complying with requirements of IS-1678-1998 erecting truly in vertical position including painting of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer in alternate strip of 30cm each in black and yellow colour up to 1.5 metre height from top of PCC pedestal/coping of poles including numbering of poles with synthetic enamel paint white in 80mm high letters over 150mm x 230mm yellow base made from synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : PCC for foundation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

Disconnecting over head conductors and insulators any Nos on existing damaged steel tubular swaged LT poles, dismantling MS work such as cross arms /clamps/hooks etc, stay and street light (where exists), excavating and taking out damaged pole making good hole to receive new pole and S&F in same position new steel tubular swaged pole 09 meter long type 410 SP-31, re-fixing the MS work cross arms/clamps/hooks etc and insulators retrieved from dismantling and re-jointing the conductors with & including two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black and yellow strips 30 cm each upto 1.5 metre height from PCC coping and applying two coats of aluminium paint to remaining portion of pole, over cross arms, brackets, bracings, clamps, hooks etc and marking pole number complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting and re-stretching ACSR conductor of any size and re-fixing with and including new 2mm dia aluminum binding wire complete all as specified. Note :- (i) The rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for cutting / trimming of tree branches touching / approaching the LT over lines upto 3 metre width on each side with hacksaw / axe to clear the LT line including disposal of trimmed branches 100 metre away inside the cantonment area & cleaning site as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Length of each conductor shall be measured as one length.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, necessary form work and fair finishing all exposed faces of concrete without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) typeC-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for stays & mass concrete including necessary form work and fair finishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing in replacement XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, armoured, heavy duty underground electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 240 sq mm 3.5 core confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I-1988) laid in trenches, along poles through pipes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection and GI pipe shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of BOQ (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of the above provisions.

(iii) Cable required for laying shall be issued under Schedule 'B' free for fixing only.

Notes :- (a) Tenderer shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM - 79 and LM - 80 . (b) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of CA. Contractor shall obtain warranty from the manufacturer of product on their letter head and submit the same to deparment alonwith his letter head. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (i) Manfacturing defects (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact.
