M&L for painting the external exposed surfaces of 2 pole structures of steel tubular swaged poles of 11 metres long alongwith cross arms, bracket and connected accessories with one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of old painted surfaces and writing the details of the pole in white letters on black back ground and pasting radium red strickers/paint with 3 strips of width min 10 cm around the pole complete all as directed.

M&L for painting the external exposed surfaces of 4 pole structures of steel tubular swaged poles of 11 metres long alongwith cross arms, bracket and connected accessories with one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of old painted surfaces and writing the details of the pole in white letters on black back ground and pasting radium red strickers/paint with 3 strips of width min 10 cm around the pole complete all as directed.

Restretching of existing aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) straining properly on insulators and binding with aluminium tape/binding wire connectors, PG clamps, jumpers etc, complete all as specified and directed for any size of ACSR conductor. Note:- Length of three conductors shall be treated as one unit. no extra payment shall be given to contractor on this account.

Supply and fixing in renewal of HT cable/route indicator cast iron of suitable size along HT cable trench including planting in ground with proper PCC complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of pcc shall be included in the rate quoted.

Supply and fixing in renewal of danger notice plate of 1.5 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enanelled white of size 20 x25 cm with figures letters and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steeel clamps made of flat iron nuts bolts and washers etc for HT poles with voltage and danger indicated in hindi and english and local vernacular complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for horizental drilling under road/pavement hard standing with trenchless technology using machine 0.4 mpa working pressure for laying pipe line of size 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Note: Drill hole (trenchless) shall be done without disturbing top surfaces of road by appropriate machine.

M & L for disconnecting all HT/LT connection of transformer, lifting it from its foundation/ structure using fork lift/crane carefully, refixing it to plateform making all HT/LT connetions and charging the transformer to restore electric supply complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Any damage during shifting or lifting of transfarmer will be responsibility of contractor and contractor will be liable to repair the same at his own cost. (ii) Lowering and lifting of transformer shall be treated as single job.

M & L for Servicing of HT 11 KV VCBs including raking out of Breaker, lubrication /greasing of the mechanical parts including healthy check, cleanign of CT, caliberation after servicing reconnection in all respect along with replacement of unserviceable relays, levers, LED indicators, control wiring, insulators etc (if required), all as per existing arrangement and restore the supply complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Cost of unsv materials replaced shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. No extra claim shall be accepted by dept on this account. Bidders may quote accordingly.

M & L for hiring of cable fault locator machine for HT cables working voltage 11 KV to find out the fault in underground trench at different location up to 500 RM after locate fault filling the straight through joint and charging the cable and jointing the cable on both side in RMU/VCB/HT bus bar chamber or over head line all as directed. Note :- (i) Complaint shall be intimated to contractor on phone between 8 am to 10 pm and will be attended by contractor within 12 hrs, failing which a penalty of Rs. 1500 per day shall be imposed on contractor. (ii) Cost of joints shall be measured and paid in respective item of Schedule. (iii) Machine hiring count shall be measured and paid as per number of arrivals of machine not as per no. of faults located in a single arrival.

M & L for Servicing of 11 KV 3 phase 50Hz 3 wire 630 Amp breaking capacity SF6 Ring Main Unit by cleaning and lubricating mechanical parts and checking functioning of springs levers on/off position after proper shut down of electric supply along with replacement of unserviceable relays, levers, LED indicators, control wiring, insulator etc (if required) and restore the supply after complete servicing complete all as specified and as directed. Disconnection of power supply from existing LT Panel of any type, disconnection of earth strips, cutting of the foundation angles/channels, removing of the panel from the site, including MS iron form work for raising the height of the panel upto the height as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including painting of LT panel complete with inner & outer with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint using spray painting machine, re-installation of panel, including repair to foundation of panel, restoration of power supply, including necessary excavation & earth work required for taking out & re-fixing the incoming and out going cables etc, complete all specified and directed. Note :- The MS form work deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for repair to existing LT Panel of any type/ size, with cutting necessary worn out portion of MS sheet, angle iron and providing MS sheet of 2mm thick for renewal of rusted/broken LT panel door, MS angle iron of existing size and hinges to broken door, fixed with electric arc welding, providing external locking arrangement after taking proper electric shutdown, including rewiring by copper conductor control cables of suitable size, renewal of burnt out aluminium lugs and fixing with new lugs, nuts bolts etc, including painting of LT panel complete with inner & outer with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint using spray painting machine complete all specified and directed. Note :- Material such as MS sheet, angle iron, hinges deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Disconnection of electric connection from existing LT Panel/LT feeder pillars panel of any size, dressing of cable ends including repair of body of LT panel, repair/welding work of gates, hinges of the door including rewiring by copper conductor control cables of suitable size, renewal of burnt out aluminium lugs and fixing with new lugs, nuts bolts etc, including painting of LT panel complete with inner & outer with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint using spray painting machine & necessary welding work if required & including necessary excavation & earth work required for taking out & re-fixing the incoming and out going cables etc, complete all specified and directed.
