Material & labour for point wiring for one light/fan/bell/buzzer point controlled by one, one way switch with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) including 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) as continuous earth wire in green colour to common earth and connected to earth dolly laid/drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit (medium grade, ISI marked, not less than 20mm dia) with all fittings such as tee, bends, etc all as per IS, terminated in & including new sunk type pressed steel terminal boxes concealed in wall for mounting fittings like switches, sockets, regulators etc with and including 3mm thick phenolic laminated sheet top cover, complete all as specified and as directed. S&F LED tube light fitting, 1x20 Watt, 230 Volts, basic all purpose surface and wall mounted LED batten type with driver & polycarbonate housing including tube rod and all accessories, prewired and connecting up with & including 3 core sheathed flexible copper cable 1.5 sqmm of suitable length upto light point/ ceiling rose, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES FOR LED LIGHT FITTINGS : (i) All LED light/luminare shall meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (ii) Contractor shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM-79 and LM-80. (iii) Contractor has to furnish a on site replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of contract. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (a) Manufacturing defects. (b) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (c) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen (or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries.

Supply and fixing wall mounting bracket (suitable for fixing/holding street/security light fittings) made of 40mm bore GI pipe ‘light grade’ not less than 1.20m long, bent to shape at required angle, fixed to wall with & including mild steel clamps (02 Nos) made out of flat iron 50x6mm with nuts, bolts & washers, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure, double door type, suitable for fixing MCBs, VTPN with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar, 4 way, 415 Volts, flushed in wall, fixed, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of cutting/leaving forming chases for sinking for DB and making good in CM 1:4 shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

Supply and fixing MCB, 6 to 32 Amps, Single Pole & Neutral, 240 Volts, 16 kA, ‘C’ Curve, with over load and short circuit protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB, 6 to 32 Amps, Single Pole, 240 Volts, 10 kA, ‘C’ Curve, with over load and short circuit protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB, 4 Pole, 63 Amps, rupturing capacity 16 KA, 415 Volt grade, AC, 50 Hz, fixed Thermal - Magnetic, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of 6 sqmm (nominal area) size main cable & one run of 6 sqmm size earth continuity conductor, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH with multi-stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked cables, drawn through & including suitable size of heavy duty non-metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit ISI marked not less than 25mm dia & conduit fittings/accessories, fixed concealed in wall/ceiling complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) 02 runs of 6 sqmm size main cable, 01 run of 6 sqmm size earth continuity conductor cable & conduit with accessories shall be measured as one run length for payment purpose. (ii) Cost of cutting/leaving forming chases for conduits and making good in CM 1:4 shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

Supply, assembling, hanging, fixing & testing Ceiling Fan of size 1200 mm sweep, minimum air delivery 210 CMM with service value 6.00 BEE, 5 star rated, with brushless direct current (BLDC) motor, single phase, AC supply, 230 Volt, with & including down rod, canopies, three number blades, capacitor 2.5 mfd, hook, rubber reel, safety pins, nuts, bolts, washers, cable connector and making connection with PVC insulated & sheathed 1 Sqmm three core flexible copper multistranded conductor cable (ISI marked) from ceiling rose to connector of ceiling fan including marking of SM / MES number with thick synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The font, style & place of writing SM/ MES number with synthetic enamel paint on ceiling fan shall be as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply and fixing Exhaust Fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, 300mm sweep, 230V, 50 Hz, 1200 RPM, Copper winding and connecting with & including 1 Sqmm, three core, flexible multistranded copper conductor cable and connected from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI wire 4 mm dia (upto the test point / cross arms earth lead upto 7.5 meter length from top of earth plate) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 15 mm bore GI light grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, Pit cover & frame including necessary excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I. Notes :- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) The unit rate includes earth lead upto 7.5 meter length from top of earth plate.

Supply, installation & testing electric Geyser (water storage type) of capacity 25 litre, vertical mounting type, glass lined inner tank, rust proof outer body, 2 KW heating element, suitable for 230V Single Phase 50 Hz AC supply, BEE 5 Star rating, energy efficient, 8 Kg/sqcm pressure withstanding capacity, Class I, ISI marked, with & including Thermostat with Thermal Cutout, heating indicator, Multi functional valve (acts as pressure release valve, non-return valve, expansion valve and vacuum release valve), fixed all as per manufacturer’s instructions, fixed with & including ‘Anchor’ type /fastener type bolts & nuts (Set of 4 bolts of 12mm dia 200mm long with nuts & washers) into the wall grouted properly to hold the geyser complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning desert cooler (overall minimum size 26”x26”x39”) made out of 18 Gauge galvanised sheet, depth of water tank shall be 11” (Minimum), electric driven, 230 Volt, Single Phase, 50 Hz, AC supply having nominal Air existing platform/ stand including provision of PVC braided connection heavy duty 750mm long with brass union at both end for necessary water connection, Desert cooler comprising of the following:- (a) Float valve shall be deemed to be inclusive with cost of desert cooler. (b) Cooler fan motor, 145 watt, 1400 RPM, Single Phase, 450mm sweep, aluminium blades (Three number) Make : Crompton Greeeves Ltd/ Khaitan/ Cool home with standered clamps fixing to body of desert cooler. (c) ON/OFF switch for pump and motor along with three speed selector switch for fan. Material & labour for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Kerb stone blocks (factory casted) with plain fair faces, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle throating, with plain or interlocking joints and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Shape & size of Kerb blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

Material & labour for 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length laid under floors, through walls, path and as in weep holes and the like in staggered way complete all as specified & as directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new concrete surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' SECTION-VII (EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS)

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 50 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified. Note :- Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

Material & labour for sand cushioning using clean local Tibba fine sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified. Note :- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.

Boring holes under main road, pavements, hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine for accommodating upto 150mm bore pipe including all necessary returning filling & removal of surplus soil upto 50 m distance complete all as directed. Note : Pipe shall be measured & paid for separately under respective item of BoQ/Schedule 'A'.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm confirming to IS-5820 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Galvanized iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of electric cable complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

Material & labour for Galvanized iron tubing, 50mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of electric cable complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for Earthing to panels with & including galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to & including galvanized mild steel strip 32x6 mm as earth lead, including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted/ welded to earth plate at one end and other end of strip connected to Panel/test point with two Nos nuts bolts or welding with steel structure, GI earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25x3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc complete with earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4 type B1) cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed. Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of main LT Panel board cubical type of comprising size (Panel box size), with bus bar chamber having 4 wire 415 Volts, factory made dust proof vermin proof for out door use made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick powder coated, machine pressed, both side opening with double door (front & rear) in two shalves with provision of rubber beadings and locking system, danger Notice board infront and rear sides including insulated aluminium bus bar of 200 Amp capacity, 4 strip mounted on porcelain insulator, bus bar chamber shall be provided with inspection covers, each MCCB/ cubical switch shall have be independent opening , panel shall be mounted on angle iron frame and legs made from angle of size 50x50x6mm , frame and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, legs grouted in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete including all connections/ control wiring incoming/ out going with suitable size of copper conductor cable, Foundation is not less than 30 cm below ground level and not less than 45 cm above ground level, legs of panels will be grouted in centre of PCC foundation centre place will be open for connection of Under ground cables including provision of following :-
