M&L for submain wiring with approved colour code/as per IS (RYB, black & green for three phase) circuit with four single core PVC insulated cable with multistranded copper coductor of nominal cross sectional area of 6.0 Sq mm (FRLS) in and including PVC casing & capping non metallic including one run of PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor nominal cross section area of 6.0 Sq mm (FRLS) of continuous earth wire green in colour including taking down old u/s sub-main wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : four runs of 6.0 sqmm cable & One run of 6.0 sqmm cable and One run of PVC casing & capping shall be paid as one unit length.

S&F in repair for MCCB DB VTPN 4 way 415 V double door, made out of 1.5 mm thick sheet metal enclosure of IP 43 with provision for FP MCCB/Isolator/RCCB etc as incommer and SP/TP MCBs as out going complete prewired including Bus Bar etc suitable for operation on 415 volt 50 Hz AC supply complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- MCCB will be measured separately under relevant ite.

M&L for bore earthing not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom & provided 12 mm holes (staggered) at 75 mm centre to centre up to 2.5 meter of length from bottom , burried directly in ground filled with 45 cm alternate layer of chemical magnisium sulphate, charcoal & salt up to ground level connected to galvanized iron wire 4.0 mm dia as earthing lead up to 7.5 mtr by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing work and 40mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection connected to electrical equipment and earthing test point , earth dolly and earth chamber as shown in elect plate No 2 of SSR Pt-I including all necessary earth work, excavation, earth chamber with PCC 1:3:6, Type C1 and RCC chamber cover of PCC 1:2:4 with handle and 20 mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh etc and testing on including taking down old u/s earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Testing of earthing of any type, after disconnecting from test point and other loops by using ISI marked digital/Analog earth tester of reputed make and test result shall be entered in a Earth Testing register and put up to the Engr-in-Charge after testing complete all as specified and directed. Test result for item No. 6 and all earthing in schedule to be provided to Engr-in-Charge before completion of work. Earth tester to be provided by the contractor himself.

M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in pipe or fixed to DBs or any other indicated situation for loop earthing with GI wire of 4.0 mm dia and including suitable size porcelain insulator complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair building security light fittings Wall mounted LED light 35 Watt including bracket made out of GI pipe (medium grade) 40mm, 1.20 metre long made to shape and fixed outside of the building by means of 2 No FI 40x6 mm clamps with suitable size of nuts, bolts, washers and connecting with three core copper flexible cable of size 1.50 Sq mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks old size straigh or curved on plan exc 6 mean radius, built in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on wall mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instrution, finished plastered surface even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC wil be measured and paid separately under relevant Items.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
