Removing excavated material in any type of soil exc 250 M but not exceeding 500 M and depositing where as directed by engineer-in-charge at a level not exceeding 1.50 metres above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Surface channels and drains etc all as directed complete all as specified. (Note -Quited rates shall be including forming fair and finished shall be )

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles etc. including ue & waste of necessary form work.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm as in bed concrete for pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for key pointing in CM 1:4 to squared rubble walling Jodhpur type uncoursed or brought up to course all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc all as specified & directed

Extra over Squarred rubble stone walling Jodhpur type for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed.

M & L laying 150mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) laid in two layer of 75mm each confirming to grading given in table 400-13 of morth specification for road and bridge work 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean crushed graded aggrigate and grainular materials premixed with water to dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required and directed. The finished surface tollerence to be as per table 900-1MORT&H specification for road and bridge work 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L laying 100mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) laid in two layer of 75mm each confirming to grading given in table 400-13 of morth specification for road and bridge work 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean crushed graded aggrigate and grainular materials premixed with water to dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required and directed. The finished surface tollerence to be as per table 900-1MORT&H specification for road and bridge work 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing un-surfaced WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose complete alll as specified and directed.

M & L for applying applying evenly a priming/tack coat of VG-10 grade paving bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre with machanical spray complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50mm thick premix bituminous macadam (BM) for grading 2 as given in Table 500-10 on page No 177 of MORTH with 4.5% binder content (VG-40) by weight of total mix with rock dust filler 2% as per design mix using mechanical paver with string sensor with Marshal stability 9.0 KN at 60 degree C, laid to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed

M & L Preparing of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cake mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to removed all loose dirty etc.applying evenly a tack coat of VG-10 grade paving bitumen @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm with mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 40mm consolidated / compacted bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, thickness using Hot Mix plant and machanical paver with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted using 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE- In case there is variation in qty of binder content as specified above in plus side due to job mix formula , no price adjustment for using more qty of bitumen and if the same is in minus side then Rs 33 per kg of binder shall be adjusted in above quoated rate.

M & L Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick moorum/red bajri, spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required in berms of roads complete all as specified and directed. directed.

M & L for burnt clay bricks of sub class B old size bricks for contineous brick edging, with width equal to the depth of the brick, laid dry on edge.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like not exc 15cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with 20% glass beads (intermixed) spread and laid by automatic mechanical machine engine at approx temprature of 160 degree celcius with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing Retro reflective regulatory sign board of size 900mm dia meter made out of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro-reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge . Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 4mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50 x 50mm square post made of M.S. angle 50 x 50 x 4mm, 4 Mtr long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement . Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 15 for preparation of newely plasteres surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer on newely plastered surface all as specified and as directed.
