Supply and fixing in replacement electronic expansion valve card (EXV) with display and manual / auto operation function installed in 80 TR chiller unit having screw compressor of make Carrier Model 30HXY100A as per installed on site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement electronic expansion valve card (EXV) with display and manual / auto operation function installed in 80 TR chiller unit having supportable with electronic expansion valve type ETS250 as per installed on site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Electronic type Expansion valve installed in 80 TR chiller unit having screw compressor of make Carrier model 30HXY100A as per installed on site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Electronic Expansion valve type ETS250 having actuator installed in 80 TR chiller unit of make Voltas model EGWFXR1001ML as per installed on site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for overhauling and rewinding of 80 TR screw compressor motor with super quality copper conductor of suitable size, replacing all type of bearings, seals, bushes shafts from authorised service station complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for following works :- (a) Disconnection of defective compressor from base including removing the suction valve, discharge valve / liquid injection line, oil valve, refrigerant piping. (b) Defective compressor - loading / unloading from base to ground and lifting/ shifting/ loading of compressor in vehicle and transportation from site to authorised workshop for repair. (c) After repairing of compressor - collection of compressor, transport to original installed on site. (d) Fixing of compressor on base, fixing of suction valve, discharge valve, NRV, liquid line injection valve, vapor injection valve oil & refrigerant piping connection installation & testing complete all as specified and as directed. (e) Pressure testing, leakage testing in all system and rectification of leakage, if any. (f) Dismantling and removing of chiller, both side end, and MS pipe line and again taking the leak test of the chillers tubes after fixing the cork and repairing of leak tube through dead plug. (g) Taking the hydraulic test of the chiller and taking the leak test after replacing Copper tube all as directed and specified by Engineer-in-Charge. (h) Cleaning / flushing the chillers shell with CTC chemical, cleaning/flushing the condenser shell with CTC chemical, flushing the system of suction, discharge, liquid line, oil separator tank, NRV by using nitrogen and CTC chemical. (j) Vaccumising / dehydration of the system upto 10 days with cold trap/ice/salt complete.

Description of serial item No. 9.00 contd… (k) Pressure testing in the system, taking/ rectifying the leaks and holding the pressure including of nitrogen gas cylinder, vaccumising the system and holding of 24 Hrs, break the vaccum with R-134 and revaccum the system. (l) Servicing of electrical panel, compressor, contactor, checked and set right, control wiring/inter locking, safety controls complete. (m) Filling the refrigerant gas with R134a upto suitable pressure and testing the chiller to the entire satisfaction of AGE. Note :- Refrigerant gas R134a shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of Sch 'A'.

Supply and fixing in replacement of very efficient copper tubing of length 10.5 feet,16mm dia having pressure bearing capacity 80 Kg/sqcm, ASTM B280 standard or AS1571 standard complete of 80 TR cooling capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement three way solenoid valve along with operating coil 220 Volt as per installed in 80 TR chiller unit as per existing installed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement two way solenoid valve along with operating coil 220 Volt as per installed in 80 TR chiller unit as per existing installed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement water pressure gauge meter stainless steel body 63 mm dia, including syphon its fitting having upto 7 bar range to be fix in 80mm/ 100mm /125mm bore MS pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Baumer or equivalent as approved by AGE. Note :- Welding / drilling / threading work for fixing of meter is included in he unit quoted rate of this item.

Supply and fixing in replacement water temp gauge meter stainless steel body 63 mm dia, including syphon its fitting having upto 7 bar range to be fix in 80mm/ 100mm/ 125mm bore MS pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Baumer or equivalent as approved by GE. Note :- Welding / drilling / threading work for fixing of meter is included in he unit quoted rate of this item.

Supply and fixing in replacement water temperature sensor immersion & thermoelectric type compatible with electronic control motherboard of central AC plant as per existing installed on site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement High Pressure and Low Pressure transducer with thermoelectric sensor and operating switch as per installed in 80TR chiller unit as per existing installed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement water flow switch with brass body 1 inch BSP suitable for more than 1000 LPM flow rate along with 220 Volt AC 10 Amp sensor (water/ liquid flow switch) for 80 TR AC plant complete as per existing installed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Differential Pressure Switch for fan complete as per existing installed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and charging of refrigerant R134a including transportation of accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling screw type compressor oil (refrigerant lubricant) for top up purpose including transportation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement CT card along with CTs set of three of 250 / 5 Amp type BPL as per installed in 80 TR control panel as per existing installed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement liquid line filter and core drier filter as per installed in 80 TR chiller unit as per existing installed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for De-scaling of condenser (Heat exchanger) of capacity 80 TR installed in central AC plant by cleaning choked pipe, water circulating lines including service valves, condenser (heat exchanger to cooling tower) circulating concentrated de-scaling solution (concentrated hydrochloric acid or any other suitable descaling chemical) mixed with water in suitable proportion till the complete deposited scale is removed or 24 hours whichever is later & ordered, circulating through pump, servicing of valve, cooling tower, water spray assembly, cleaning with suitable size of drill rod, wire brush including dismantling and connection all dismantled components in proper position after servicing / overhauling etc. replacement of packing gasket 3mm thick, necessary welding / filling and lathe work, nuts, bolts, with washers, testing of water lines for leakage. The condenser unit including civil work in both side of AC plant room wall and cutting of water pipe line and fixing valve / flange with dummy plate, cleaning of condenser pipe line for smooth functioning of other two unit complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down / disconnecting of motor of capacity 2 HP to 3 HP by removing all electrical connection from panel/ starter/ foundation and cooling tower fan, transport from site to workshop and back after repairing including all required material such as bearings, terminals, rewinding with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge, varnishing etc, re-installing the same and testing including painting and writing of MES /SM No complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down / disconnecting of motor of capacity 7.5 HP by removing all electrical connection from panel/ starter/ foundation and coupling, transport from site to workshop and back after repairing including all required material such as bearings, terminals, rewinding with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge, varnishing etc, re-installing the same and testing including painting and writing of MES /SM No complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down / disconnecting of motor of capacity 10 HP by removing all electrical connection from panel/ starter/ foundation and coupling, transport from site to workshop and back after repairing including all required material such as bearings, terminals, rewinding with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge, varnishing etc, re-installing the same and testing including painting and writing of MES /SM No complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down / disconnecting of motor of capacity 20 HP by removing all electrical connection from panel/ starter/ foundation and AHU Fan, transport from site to workshop and back after repairing including all required material such as bearings, terminals, rewinding with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge, varnishing etc, re-installing the same and testing including painting and writing of MES /SM No complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling of 20 HP motor electric from AHU and opening the same for only servicing of motor by cleaning internally and externally, varnishing of stator, greasing of bearing, fittings alignment, connecting electrically, re-fixing the same position and testing etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The job shall be done at plant only.

M&L for dismantling of 7.5 HP/10 HP motor electric from foundation and pump opening the same and only servicing of motor by cleaning internally and externally, varnishing of stator, greasing of bearing, fittings alignment, connecting electrically, re-fixing with pump after greasing & refilling gland packing of pump and testing etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The job shall be done at plant only.

M&L for dismantling of 2 HP to 3 HP motor electric from Cooling tower and opening the same and only servicing of motor by cleaning internally and externally, varnishing of stator, greasing of bearing, fittings alignment, connecting electrically, re-fixing the same position and testing etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :The job shall be done at plant only.

Dismantling and strip opening of unserviceable centrifugal pump set of capacity 7.5 HP to 10 HP, segregating of serviceable/ unserviceable parts, cleaning of serviceable parts, making necessary modification/ lathe work for converting seal packing into gland packing, replacing old seal cap by new Cast Iron gland cap, assembling of pump carefully including replacement of worn-out parts grinding and polishing of shaft for fixing of bushes necking bushes nut and bolts etc. Making proper size of keys for fixing of impeller etc, getting coupled to the pump with motor, testing for rated discharge of water including transportation to the site for installing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only” under relevant items of this Schedule. (ii) The rate quoted shall include the minor extras. In case of any dispute between contractor & GE regarding this aspect, the decision of Accepting Officer shall be final & binding. (iii) Spare parts for repair shall be procured from manufacturer’s authorised dealer only. (iv) All tools, testing instruments shall be arranged by the contractor including necessary transport. (v) The fixing/labour element for spare parts catered here-in-after as “Supply only” shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.

Supply and fixing in replacement 3 Pole contactor, AC3 rating, 415 Volts, NO/NC type of capacity 200 Amps, Model No. MCX33 of Make : L&T or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix ‘B’ here-in-after as per existing specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 3 Pole contactor, AC3 rating, 415 Volts, NO/NC type of capacity 110 Amps or 75 HP, Model No A110-30 of Make : ABB or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix ‘B’ here-in-after as per existing specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 3 Pole contactor, AC3 rating, 415 Volts, NO/NC type of capacity 65 Amps or 50 HP, Model No A63-30 of Make ABB or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix ‘B’ here-in-after as per existing specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of single phase preventor 380-440 Volt +/-20% with trip setting and trip time delay model VSP-02 suitable for motor/pump set protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of electronic timer suitable for star delta starter with opertaing range 3 to 30 sec complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Ammeter selector switch showing line currents with OFF with CT complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Voltmeter selector switch showing voltage between phase & individual phase to neutral with OFF complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement break control switch (TNC) 25 Amps with 1 Trip + 1 Close complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces by removing dust, rust, oil and applying synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour on Pipe of size 100mm bore and including sluice valves in W/S installations with colour code as complete all as specified & directed.
