M&L for rendering 10mm thick in two layer (5+5)mm using premixed polymer modified cement plaster of approved make - Mix the powder with clean, potable water in the ratio 5-7 liters of water to 20 kg of powder. Allow the mixture to stand for 10 minutes then mix again before applying. Best results are obtained with mechanical mixing, i.e. mixing drill and 20 liter bucket. When applying to non-porous surfaces and when extra durabillity an hardness is required add 1 liter of Acrybond chemical per 20 kg Polymer modified cement mortar. on Internal/External surface of brick work, reinforced cement concrete finished fair & even as manufacturer’s application instructions Including taking down cement plaster of any description etc including racking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(1) Before applying to concrete, cement render, brick and block surfaces,surface must be clean and firm, free from dust, release agents, grease, wax, paint and other contaminants. Wet the substrate prior to the application of the mixture. (2) When applying more than one layer the preceeding layer must be completely dry before applying the next

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of Wall & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls or un plastered surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over & including a coat of alkali resistant priming paint with hand roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Two coats of Apex Weather Proof Exterior emulsion (Water Based 100% Acrylic ) or approved equivalent grade paint using hand roller over & including one coat exterior grade wall primer on cement plaster,concrete ,exterior ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings,dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks bricks straight or cured on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 CM thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and as directed ..

M & L for Endura Designer Collection Series of Jhonson Tiles ,Kajaria or somani tile of size 300x300x10 mm having with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in for outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc., laid on 15mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone Jali & Stone Pillar of any description , any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 30 mm thick Sikandra stone jali decorative design of approved pattern by Eng-in-charge including all carving and moulding of corners fixed in cement mortar 1:4 to grooves of stone pillars application with colouring to match with colour of jali including fixing of stone jali for all corners & lift complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stone pillars(post) of size 100x100 mm including engraving decorative design of approved pattern on two face and dome shape approved by Eng-In-charge , height of each post as per sikandra stone jali, ,making groove on two face of size 43x5 mm for fixing of sikandra Jali in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in Sub base /Sub floor Complete all as specified

M&L for 80mm thick & M-35 factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould/rubber molded, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) embedded in natural ground any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground post complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS work as in angle iron fencing post, fixed independently for fixing chain link fence, including all necessary cutting, drilling holes, bolting etc for screwing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing 4mm dia galvanized steel 50 mm x50mm mesh fixed to angle iron fencing post or angle frame complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type of standards rails straining bars etc incl perovision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one head and rounded the other or screwed both end each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 05 cm nexc 10 cm long dia of shank 05 to 10 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS work as in angle iron swan neck fencing post, fixed independently for fixing barbed wires fence, including all necessary cutting, drilling holes, bolting etc for screwing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins , etc. (each line wire to be measured ) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for broken glass coping on top of wall in CM ( 1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling corrugated or semi corrugated Asbestos cement sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings unframed 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 CM width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices , pilasters by brooming down or steel wire brushing , scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy/spots and applying one coat of Cement Base Paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 60mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with no grey cement & pigment complete all as specified and directed.
