(b) MCCB 40 amps, 4 pole, 25 KA with adjustable thermal over load release . 50 Hz, 415 volts grade - 1 Nos. Note- (i) Rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of PCC foundation/pedestal and connected earth work. Dismantling old existing ACSR conductor of any type/size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old existing MS cross arms of any type/shape complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of prestressed cement concrete poles/RCC poles/Steel poles complete of any size including PCC foundation and necessary excavation & earth work and making good to disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & install steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screw as specified Type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) and providing with 02 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete with suitable brackets and fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Earthwork and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item.

S&F in replacement of conventional street light fitting any type/capacity with LED street light fitting 70 W (IP-66) with integrated lens for asymmetrical light distribution, system lumen output of ≥ 6500 (± 2.5% )lumens, system efficacy ≥ 100 lm/W, LED lumen efficacy ≥ 120 lm/W, CCT 3000K~6500K, CRI 70, electronic driver, 10 kV in-built surge protection, Output open/short circuit protection, phase to phase protection, over-voltage protection, etc. as per IS-15885, THD10%, PF ≥ 0.95, housed in pressure die cast aluminium housing including necessary fabrication for fixing of LED street light complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F polycarbonated unbreakable Junction box with fuse provn and suitable connection for three phase incoming cable, single phase out going cable endorsed in thermo plastic enclosure. Shock proof safe IP 65, weather proof, rust proof, dust and water proof internally embedded gasket with provn for cable entry through glade of size 300mmx200mmx105mm along with MS Clamps copper bus bar for three phase connection and 02X MCB SP 6 Amp 10 KA incl single phase 2.5 sqmm copper conductor PVC sheathed as required at site for electric connection to LED lights and connecting wire from JB to LED fitting as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing or laying galvanised steel tubing light grade (ISI marked) for protection of under ground cable on poles / walls under road crossing etc of following sizes including dismantling & taking down existing pipe complete all as specified and as directed of following sizes:-.

M&L for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore hole in existing road/ path for insertion/ laying of 40/50 mm bore GI pipe protection for UG cable including making good distrurbed area/surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L earthing complete as per electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.0mm thick, buried directly vertically in ground in a pit depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less then 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 25mm x 4mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing strip shall be protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 40mm bore light grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole / test point. Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be of inclusive of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, salt, funnel PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & tested and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for Pedestal of Pole etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of pole including necessary formwork, fair finishing to exposed surface using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of Pole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F heavy duty PVC insulated aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade two runs of cable with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection three core stranded aluminium conductor of size 4 Sqmm ISI marked drawn through steel pole from junction box to street light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & install steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410-SP-64 (12.00 meter long) including drilling holes and painting outside complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Earthwork and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item.

M&L Mild Steel work such as angle iron fencing post struts and flat iron fillets etc of grade Fe-310-0, including drilling holes, punchng and making channels for street/flood light fittings including all necessary cutting, welding drilling, bolting or riveting etc and including bands strap support steel screw as required,10mm dia MS bar as in tie bars/horizontal bars fixed to secure the Light fittings on posts complete and rolled mild steel Framed work on poles with & including hooks. Note:- The channel should be symmetrical and should be painted with two coat of aluminium paint and wiring for the light fitting should be insulated from the iron channelcomplete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning LT feeder pillar box outdoor type, plateform mounted, compartmentalised and confirming to IP-54 suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system all as specified and directed having busbar chamber with insulated copper busbars 200 Amps rating installed on porcelein insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and with base frame of 40x40x5 mm angle iron, powder coated finish over two coat of red oxide primer, front and rear opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement including a lock with two keys, internal wiring with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable,FRLS cables ISI marked of adequate size but not less than 2.5 Sqmm. Note- Rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of PCC foundation/pedestal and connected earth work.

S & F LED Flood light fitting of 250 W including LED lamps complete with body robust corrsion resistant superior finish and without any crackes or through holes made in a single piece by high pressure die cast aluminium alloy. The luminaries shall be monolithic construction totally enclosed dust and water proof with minimum IP66 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of thermoplastic, polystyrene unbreakable junction box size 260x210x116 mm suitable for pole mounted outdoor type IP 65 insulated complete with FI clamps & nuts, bolts, washers and including terminal block heavy duty with phase seperators between R,Y,B terminals, one MCB SP 10 amp 10 kA,all duly fixed on din channel, cable glands for cable entry complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of old U/S LT Panel and Supply, install, testing and commissioning factory made CPRI approved and tested, LT feeder pillar box, indoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 V 3 phase and neutral 4 wire, 50 Hz AC Supply system having busbar chamber with insulated copper busbars of 300 Amps rating in color code RYB with 3 phase and neutral installed on porcelain insulators with busbar chamber. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, protection class IP 42 and made of 2 mm thick CRCA MS Sheet and MS angle iron frame work (made out of 40mmx40mmx6mm thick), powder coated finish on outside surface and powder coated finish inside surface (of approved shade), compartment type aprons for cable entry and internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size not less than 4 sqmm with proper ferrule & gland complete and also comprising of the following:- Incoming (a) MCCB 160 Amps, 4 pole, 25 KA 415 Voltss, 70-100% with phase separator Thermal Magnetic type 50 Hz -01 Nos. (b) LED indicating lamps (R,Y & B) - 01 Set. (c) Digital meter for Voltage, ampere etc. Outgoing (a) MCB TPN 63 Amps 'C' series 10 KA AC 240 Volts alongwith phase separator -04 Nos. (b) MCB DP 20 Amps 'C' series 10 KA AC 240 Volts -01 Nos. (c) Fixing arrangement using angle iron 40x40x6mm mounting on floor upto height 0.6 m from level. Grouting of angle iron should be in approriate depth (not less than 0.30 mtr) including necessary excavation and PCC work. (d) Existing LT cable to be connected with LT Panel and outgoing connection to be prepared as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The size of the panel should not be less than 800x600x300MM (LxBxD) and the compartment of Incoming and all outgoings should be isolated.
