Testing the cables for finding of fault of HT cables with using of high voltage DC testing machine and locating the fault in the cables by fault locating machine to pin point exact position of fault, disconnecting faulty 11 KV HT cables taking out from trenches/poles/HT equipments of different size from botth ends, removal of Fault, Re-connections and testing of cables sfter removal of fault complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of schedule. (b) Rate including hire of HT fault Locater. (c) Material and labour for emergency maintenance work of HT/LT cable line during breakdown by deploying skilled persons at faulty site including transportation and other tools and plant required required at site for fault rectification. (d) Contractor or his rep shall not come to the site of breakdown within two hours of notification of breakdown. In case the contractor or his rep shall not come to the site of breakdown and start attending breaksown within two hours, a peralty of Rs 500 per fault per hour shall be imposed over contractor and shall be deduct from his dues.
