M&L for disconnecting suction/delivery lines and coupling, taking down from foundation base frame, opening including dismantling of centrifugal pump set of capacity 2 HP and replacement of worn out spare parts and re-assembling, installation in same location,commissioning & testing complete all as directed. Notes:-(i) The spare parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as "Supply only" under the relevant item here in after. (ii) Unit rate shall be deemed to include for all minor spares/extras.

Supply only the following spare parts for centrifugal pump set of capacity 2 HP against serial item No. 3.00 here in before as per existing make . Note :- All spare parts shall be fixed in the pumps only after prior inspection & approval of Engineer-in-Charge

M&L Disconnecting all electric/water connections from the electric panel/water line, lifting of submersible pump set of capacity 15 HP from the bore well for repairs of submersible pumpset with the help of electric hoist / manually chain pully block including opening of flanged joints of column pipe and stacking it in safe custody for re-use as required all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Lowering of vertical type submersible pump set of capacity 15 HP into the bore after repair upto 190 m below ground level with the help of chain pully block including new rubber gasket between flange joints with nut / bolt / washers of column pipe (3 m length) making electrical connections, testing and commissioning of pump set for satisfactory operation complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of submersible pumpset cap 15 HP including repair and maint, greasing, oiling and assembling, testing and commissiong all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Spare parts for submersible pump 15 HP capacity as reqd are measured and paid seperately. (ii) Spare parts required for replacement of existing worn out parts shsll be measured and paid separately under item No 7.01 to to 7.07 Labour for replacement/fixing of the supply only and minor parts such as Nuts and bolts items shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.

M&L for taking down defective induction motor of following capacity from the foundation, disconnecting the electric connections, coupling pully and transporting to work shop for repair, cutting down and removing existing burnt out copper winding, cleaning of slots and rewinding with solid copper conductor (winding wire) complete including varnishing, drying, ovening, overhauling, bearing, greasing and fixing in the same position, making necessary electric connection and testing of induction motor complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix in replacement Earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 0.60 cm buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to the galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 15 mm bore GI light grade pipe from earth plate and upto 3 m along pole fixed with 2 clamps made from mild steel flat iron 25 x 3 mm bolts, nuts and washers etc. Earth plate shall be surrounded by packed layer of coal dust 300 mm and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top, 20 mm GI light grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cover of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 8 cm thick reinforced with expanded metal weighing not less than 4 kg/sqm, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation and earth work, all as specified and shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing point and testing on completion all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : PCC Chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 m away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manners.

Collecting raw water and treated water from borewell and RO Plant respectively and testing of both for chemical and bacteriological analysis from Govt/NABL accredited laboratory monthly or whenever required or ordered by Engineer - in-charge.

M & L for preparation of old painted exposed surface of centrifugal pump set of capacity 2 HP/ 5 HP, with suction line from UG sump to pump set and delivery pipe line and outlet pipe line from pump set to wall/pit as observed inside pump house, operating valves ( Non return valves/sluice valves/Gate valves) any size by removing dust, dirt, oil, grease etc and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of superior quality as per existing colour or as appropriate colour using spray gun and writing SM/MES No to pump sets with white paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply and mixing (day to day operation) NSF certified food grade RO antiscalant for effective in controlling deposition of organic/inorganic scalants and such as calcium carbonate, calcium sulphate, Barium sulphate, strontium sulphate, calcium flouride, iron, colloidal material, silica and other organic contaminants. Antiscalant should be effective over a wide pH range all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement superior quality micro filter jambo of existing size 6inch/24 inch as per existing filter all as per speicified and directed by Engr - in- charge

Supply and fix in replacement rotameter/flowmeter suitable for RO Plant of capacity 10000 Ltr/Hour as existing in RO panel or Raw water line complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of water tank 50000 ltrs at RO plant, removing sludge / sand / dirt by means of manual / sludge removing pump, cleaning the sumps with bleached water and washing with sodium hydrochloride liquid, drying and applying one coat of lime wash internally and spraying anti bacteria liquid, writing date of cleaning on outer wall of sump with white paint on black base for following capacity of sumps all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note - (i) Sludge / sand / dirt shall be disposed off from the sump at a distance beyond 150 m as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. (ii) Cost of all T&P such as ladder etc is deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Supply and fix in replacement CPVC pipe 50 mm dia ISI marked including fittings such union, elbow, tee, sockets etc, resistant to corrosion, can withstand high pressure including cutting, jointing and testing satisfactorily as per existing including taking down old one all as per speicified and directed by Engr - in charge

Supply and fix in replacement anti scaling dosing pump as per existing size and capacity installed at RO Plant all as per specified and directed and Engr -in -charge.

Supply and fix in replacement low pressure cut out switch as per existing installed at RO Plant all as per specified and directed and Engr- in - charge.

Supply and fix in replacement high pressure cut out switch as per existing installed at RO Plant all as per specified and directed and Engr- in - charge.

Supply and fix in replacement Multi port valve as per existing installed at RO Plant all as per specified and directed and Engr- in- charge.

Supply and fix pressure guage assembly 0 to 100 Psi or 7 kg/cm2 as per existing installed at RO Plant including taking down old one all as per specified and directed and Engr - in - charge.

S &F electric shock treatment chart printed on A0 size paper duly plastic laminated and fixed inside a wooden/PVC photo frame of 50 mm width with 3 mm sheet glass and 6 mm plybood backing and suitable hanging arrangement to wall with hooks/steel chain etc, including taking down old U/S one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S &F First aid chart printed on A0 size paper duly plastic laminated and fixed inside a wooden/PVC photo frame of 50 mm width with 3 mm sheet glass and 6 mm plywood backing and suitable hanging arrangement to wall with hooks/steel chain etc, including taking down old U/S one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement hard teak wood display board double door type made of size 1200 mm x 900 mm with frame duly painted with suitable double coat paint complete with inside rexine for fixing of papers with movable glass fittings & locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement thin film composite (TFC) polyamide 8040 RO membrane in 400 Sqft surface area as existing suitable for RO plant of capacity 10000 Ltr/Hr complete including all fitting such as end caps, end cap overrings, end connector & overrings, metal lock rings, metal strap & support all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
