Removing unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe, tightning complete charpoy i.e. loose check nuts, elbows, long rails & short rails and supply and fixing 12mm thick (7 ply) plywood, BWR grade ISI marked of size 1980mm x 900mm and three numbers MS flat iron of size 40mmx5mm of required length between the long rail on equal distance to provide more strength to plywood. MS flat iron shall be fixed with appropriate size (75 mm long and 6 mm dia) round head bolts and nuts with washer at ends and 30mm long and 6mm dia round head bolts and nuts with washer at centre. Three holes on each long rail and two holes on each short rail shall be made by drill machine and shall be fixed with nuts, bolts washer to plywood. Sufficient number of GI washers of suitable size/thickness on top to maintain the ply wood top in levelled position and one GI (heavy weight) washer on underside before tightning the nuts shall be provided and each nut shall be tightend with check nut. Stiffners shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including embossing 'MES' on all the four sides of plywood top complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The size of plywood viz 1980mmx900mm is firm. No tolerance in size of plywood shall be accepted. The plywood shall be provided in one piece for each chorpoy).
