M&L 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with water proofing compound on brick work or concrete surfaces (Water proofing compound shall be paid for separately)

M&L uniform coat of bituminious primer @ 0.70 kg/sqm over cement plaster

Providing and laying 3 mm thick and weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm , APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm Sqm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under: Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane Including removal of old existing Roof treatment complete. Note :- Work will be executed up to 10.00 metre height quoted rate deemed to include scaffolding/ladders and safety equipments.

M&L for two coats of Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade .

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish outside MoD land and location to be find out by contractor himself complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match & including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in white/ coloured cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete & including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in white/ coloured cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. GI Metal Ceiling Lay in perforated Tegular edge global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of GI sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient ) of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation, and backed with a black Glass fiber acoustical fleece.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings

M&L Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M&L preparing old distempered or colour wash surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soof, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasing spots and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion of approved tint over and including a coat of putty in patches complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparing old distempered or colour wash surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soof, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasing spots and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion of approved tint over and including a coat of putty in patches complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparing old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Approved tint) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparation of old painted steel surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Approved tint) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparing old plaster/ concrete/stone surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soof, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasing spots and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Work will be executed up to 10.00 metre height quoted rate deemed to include scaffolding/ladders and safety equipments.

S&F in repairs stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off the premises and leaving the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 15 mm thick , plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on stone masonry wall surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or one side of lathing and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion paint of approved tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion paint of approved tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC on stone masonry wall surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or one side of lathing and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
