M&L for Junction box made out of polycarbonate with IP 66 protection of size 300mm x 200mm x 105mm, rain protected slanted roof top, door pasted with rubber gasket, water tight with integrated membranes/metric knockouts for cable entry with cable glands, protection and suitable size of "connectwell" stud terminal (provision for socket bolting) 04 Nos suitable for 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 03 Phase 4 wire internal wiring system including MCB SP 06 Amps - 01 Nos and mounted on tubular / PCC Pole with suitable clamps, nuts, bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground level and connected to and including galvanized iron earth wire 4 mm dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers thimbles, etc as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connection to main switch board/Test point/panel/equipment and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, and removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc 50 metre, charcoal and salt in alternate layer 15 cm thick all around the earth plate electrode, MS funnel with wire mesh, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm bore for watering and 15 mm bore 7.50 metre long GI pipe light grade for earth wire protection fixed with poles with two clamps, made from MS flat 25 mmx3mm, bolts, nuts and washers, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C1, 40 mm thick RCC pit cover, etc complete all as specified & as directed. Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

M&L for Earthing to equipments / panels etc with & including galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to & including galvanized mild steel strip 32x6 mm as earth lead, including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted/ welded to earth plate at one end and other end of strip connected to transformer / GOD / Panel / equipment body / test point with two Nos nuts bolts or welding with steel structure, GI earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25x3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc complete with earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4 type B1) cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

M&L for dry sand (Local Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :-(i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm confirming to IS -5820 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing, (minimum 1.0m below) etc by trench less technology using necessary machine / manually without disturbing the top surface suitable for passing the GI protection pipe / cables, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 1100 Volts cable for indoor/outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 25 sqmm to 50 sqmm, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 1100 Volts cable for indoor/outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 sqmm to 150 sqmm, complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing 2.50 Sqmm three core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) for terminal box to street light / flood light fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Contractor shall be drawn through inside of the pole from bottom end of the GI bracket to Junction box and necessary hole shall be made for inserting of conductor and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in above quoted rates

Supply, installing, commissioning and testing factory made and tested (CPRI type test certified) LT feeder Pillar Box cubical type (KIOSK) of size as per IS specifications, 415 Volts, 3 Phase & neutral, 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC Supply system, protection class IP-53, dust & vermin proof for outdoor use, made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick, powder coated inside & outside of flint grey shade (RAL-7032), machine pressed, both side opening in two halves with provision of rubber beading and locking system, including aluminium bus bar of 600 Amp capacity, 4 strip in colour code mounted on porcelain insulator, bus bar chamber shall be provided with inspection covers for each MCCB/cubical switch shall have the independent opening, panel shall be mounted on angle iron frame and legs made from angle of size 50x50x5mm including internal wiring with PVC insulated stranded copper conductor FRLSH cables of appropriate size but not less than 6 sqmm with proper ferrule & cable glands, including danger notice sticker, comprising & including the following accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface and painting of steel tubular with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black and yellow strips 30cm each upto 1.50 metre height from top of PCC coping/pedestal and applying two coats of aluminium anti corrosive paint to remaining portion of steel pole including cross arms, brackets, bracings, clamps, hooks etc and marking pole number in letters & figures of size not less than 8cm height including preparation of old surfaces for painting complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing in Bus bar Chamber cubical type of size 80x50x40cm (Box Size) with bus bar chamber having 4 wire, 415 Volts, factory made dust proof vermin proof for outdoor using made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick powder coated, machine pressed, both side opening in two halves with provision of rubber beading and locking system, including aluminium bus bar of 150 Amp capacity, 4 strip mounted on DMC/Epoxy insulator, bus bar chamber shall be provided with inspection covers, each MCCB/cubical switch shall have independent opening, panel shall be mounted on angle iron frame and legs made from angle 40x40x6mm frame and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, legs grouted in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) complete including 01 Nos MCCB 100 Amp, 04 Pole, 415 Volts rupturing capacity not less than 25 KA, Icu=100% Ics, thermal magnetic trip with built in protection function for overload, short circuit adjustable type and tripping mechanism complete with spreader link complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in Bus bar Chamber cubical type of size 80x50x40cm (Box Size) with bus bar chamber having 4 wire, 415 Volts, factory made dust proof vermin proof for outdoor using made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick powder coated, machine pressed, both side opening in two halves with provision of rubber beading and locking system, including aluminium bus bar of 100 Amp capacity, 4 strip mounted on DMC/Epoxy insulator, bus bar chamber shall be provided with inspection covers, each MCCB/cubical switch shall have independent opening, panel shall be mounted on angle iron frame and legs made from angle 40x40x6mm frame and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, legs grouted in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) complete including 01 Nos MCCB 63 Amp, 04 Pole, 415 Volts rupturing capacity not less than 25 KA, Icu=100% Ics, thermal magnetic trip with built in protection function for overload, short circuit adjustable type and tripping mechanism complete with spreader link complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old existing steel tubular poles of any description and size including demolition of cement concrete and made good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation and earthwork including taking out pole from foundation, removing, breaking existing PCC and refilling after erection and disposal of soil and rubbish shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item and shall not be measured separately.

Dismantling insulators like Pin type, Shackle, Disc and loop type from existing electric poles of any description and any size including seggregating serviceable insulator and depositing to MES Store yard for re-use complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling MS work such as cross arms, MS clamp, supports of any size and shape, nuts, bolts, washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing unserviceable stay assembly and concrete etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Demolition of concrete and excavation of stay assembly shall be included in quoted rates of this item.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable LT over head line aluminium conductor and earth wire, steel reinforced ACSR conductors of any size/ type/capacity from existing overhead lines on lattice towers/steel tubular poles/PCC poles (of any height) complete complete all as specified and as directed.
