M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of Ceiling (plastered or unplastered) including cornices, pillasters etc by brooming down or wire brushing removing dust, dirt etc scrapping smoke, soot, moulds, moss and efflorecent salts, removing oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion (white or tint as directed) on walls with brush leaving permises clean etc complete all as specified. Note : (i) Quantity of material shall be calculated based on constants given in Joglekar book and requisite quantity will be deposited by contractor immediately after approval of sample for safe custody in terms of Note on CA. (ii) The colour shall be machine mixed of approved shade prior to start the work at site, no mixing of colour shall be allowed at site.

M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of (wall/ceiling) any description wood, steel, iron , concrete, brick, stone etc. (Plastered or unplastered) including cornices, pillasters etc by brooming down or wire brushing removing dust, dirt etc scrapping smoke, soot, moulds, moss and efflorecent salts, removing oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of fire resisting paint surface with brush/roller complete all as specified. Note : (i) Quantity of material shall be calculated based on constants given in Joglekar book and requisite quantity will be deposited by contractor immediately after approval of sample for safe custody in terms of Note on CA. (ii) The colour shall be machine mixed of approved shade prior to start the work at site, no mixing of colour shall be allowed at site.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including chajja, facia, roof projection on roof and and wall etc (plastered or unplastered) including cornices, pillasters etc removing dust, dirt etc scrapping smoke, soot, moulds, moss and efflorecent salts, removing oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement base paint on external wall surface camouflaging pattern including 2 kg of fevicol per 30 kg of cement base paint should be mixed by using brush upto the 10 Mtr height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Quantity of material shall be calculated based on constants given in Joglekar book and requisite quantity will be deposited by contractor immediately after approval of sample for safe custody in terms of Note on CA. (ii) The colour shall be machine mixed of approved shade prior to start the work at site, no mixing of colour shall be allowed at site.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls (plastered or unplastered) including cornices, pillasters etc by brooming down or wire brushing removing dust, dirt etc scrapping smoke, soot, moulds, moss and efflorecent salts, removing oil and greasy spots and finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint in camouglaging pattern of required shade : old work (one coat applied @ .83 ltr/10 sqm approx complete all as specified. Note : (i) Quantity of material shall be calculated based on constants given in Joglekar book and requisite quantity will be deposited by contractor immediately after approval of sample for safe custody in terms of Note on CA. (ii) The colour shall be machine mixed of approved shade prior to start the work at site, no mixing of colour shall be allowed at site.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of ordinary tint etc complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on walls of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of stone/brick surface of wall in CM 1:6 and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper on newly plastered walls to prepare the surface even and smooth over once coat of alkali resistant priming paint including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on concrete surface as in ceiling/chajja/facia and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 mixed on stone masonry/concrete surfaces/roof projections/chajjas upto the height 10 Mtr complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified.
