Cable jointing kit for HT 11KV (Earthed) cable for out door end termination ,cold shrinkable type joint kit complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 Core XLPE armoured aluminium Conductor cable of size 95 sqmm including testing after jointing, fixing in replacement complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in approved soft/loose soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers each n.exc 25cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Sand cushioning and cover (using local tibba sand), 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after the cable is laid, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : 1. Approved local tibba dry sand after removal of vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used for sand cushioning and cover. 2. For payment purpose , only punned thickness will be measured).

Supplying and laying un-reinforced, precast concrete cable cover class HVP, type-I with peak size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40mm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material and Labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling for poles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in benching, coping for old and new pole etc including use of necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supplied and fixed, Stay assembly complete with 20 mm dia, 2000 mm long GI stay rod, with threaded ends and GI nuts, two number thimbles, MS galvanised clamps made out of 40mmx 6mm flat iron including MS nuts, bolts and washers, 300mm x 300mm x 6mm MS galvanised stay plate, stay bow, galvanized stay strand 7/4 mm including shackle and stay clamp and also including painting of exposed MS work with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer, material and labour complete all as shown in electrical plate No 1 of MES Schedule Part-I complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: -(i) Excavation & earthwork, concrete pit, loop type insulators shall be measured & paid for separately under appropriate items of this Schedule .)

Supply and fixing Lightening arrestor expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo amps suitable for33000 Volts including brackets, clamps, nuts, washers and connecting to 4 mm GI earth wire complete supplied and fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

GI pipe light grade 100 mm bore (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ road crossings/ fixed to poles /walls/ path /drain/floors with and including all necessary clamps, nut bolts and washers etc all fitting as required, supplied and fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately)

Supply and fixing Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Fe-290 grade E-165 including necessary nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape and size as directed and including applying two coats of aluminium paint (under & finishing coats) over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on exposed steel surfaces, supplied and fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note - (i) Sizes & types of members and shape of the cross arms etc shall be as required at site all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(ii) Un-exposed steel surfaces shall be given one coat of red-oxide zinc chromate primer only. Cost of the same is included in unit rate of the item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.)

Supply and fixing Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia. for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, 145 mm high and 255mm dia, ball & socket type, white, brown or green, single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, for working pressure 11000 volts complete complete supply and fixed in repair all as specified and as specified directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Danger notice plate of size 25cm x 20 cm x 1.60 mm thick, mild steel sheet, vitreous, enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull & bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps made out of 25 mm x 3mm MS flat iron including bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 11000 volts, supply and fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Switch air break, gang operated , triple pole, mechanically operated, horizontal type, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, having current rating upto 400 amps for working pressure 33000 volts with drop out type fuses supplied and fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made OUTDOOR type LT cubical panel board suitable for operation on 415 Volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50Hz supply system including bus bar chamber and cable allay, outer shell shall be made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, duly powder coated siemens grey shade and weather, vermin & dust proof, adequate air ventilation at sides & back, outer door shall be provided with double door , fixed with hinges and locking arrangements etc, suitable to accommodate the following mentioned fittings and inner shell shall be made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated & compartmentalized for each control gear including front openable single door with half nob type locking , including provision for taking out incoming and outgoing cables duly marked with riveted letter plates of appropriate size for each feeder /block cable, danger board, detachable plate at bottom for cable entry etc. and MC 100 pedestal for grouting in floor with suitable nut, bolts, washers etc. including foundation,all as specified and as directed. (a) 200 Amps aluminium bus bar for phases and 100 Amps for neutral duly insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves RYB heavy duty epoxy insulators in separate compartment and internally prewired.-01 set. Material and labour for construction of platform for transformer in PCC in the ratio 1: 2: 4 Type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates of size 3.0 m length x 2.0 m width x 1.20 m height from ground level including earthwork for foundation pit, 750 mm deep below average ground level, 100 mm thick lean concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 with fair finishing without using extra cement, three coats of white wash and preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ( Note:- Drawings of foundation of transformer's plateform shall be approved by GE before execution of work.)

Material and Labour for Earthling to poles/lighting arrestor/GOD Switch with and including galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.3 mm thick burried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 150 mm on all sides, connected to galvanized earth wire 4 mm dia upto 7.50 metre, with and including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted to earth plate at one end and connecting to continuous GI earth wire of HT/LT over head lines/GOD switch, lighting arrestors, equipments etc at the other end, GI wire encased in and including 20 mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings, from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25mm x 6mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe light grade and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and CI cover complete all specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I connecting earth electrode to test point with and including earthing lead including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m, material and labour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Notes for ser item No 25.00 here-in-before: 1. The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for all the above provisions. 2. PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 m away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner).

Description as per SI No-23 but earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 metres length,buried directly and referably vertically in groundin ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead galvanized iron strip 32mm x 6mm thick as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and thimbles complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 2 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
