M & L for Premix bituminous, macadam ( consolidated) thickness 75 mm or less with 4.0 % binder content(paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix laid with self propelling mechanical paver rolled and compacted by 10 to 12 tonne roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes : 1. The contractor shall quote the rate against Item considering 4% VG-30 bitumen content. Job Mix Formula as per CI. No. 505.3.3 of MORTH (5th Rev) for BM shall be worked out from any Govt Engg College Laboratory/ MES approved laboratory for obtaining optimum binder content (OBC) by the Contractor without any financial effect to the Dept and same be submitted to the accepting officer for approval. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted @ 42/kg of binder and no adjustment shall be made on plus side. 2. The BM shall be covered with top layer/wearing course within in a maximum of 48 hours. If ther is to be any delay, by the contractor the course shall be covered by seal coat to the requirement of Clause 512 of MORTH (5th Rev) before opening to the traffic. The seal coat in such cases shall be considered incidental to the work and shall not be paid for separately.

M&L preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushed for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc from black top surface, applying evenly a premix /tack coat with bitumen grade VG-10 @ 5.0 Kg per ten Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying Premix Bituminous asphaltic dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix and crushed aggregates of grading 2 with mixing of agrgregates and VG-30 bitumen in electronic operated 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant, transporting the hot mix from HMP to work site by tippers and laying with hyrdostatic paver finisher and as per approved mix and rolled & compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, complete all as per Clause 507 MORTH (5th Rev) specification and as specified and directed. Notes : 1. The contractor shall quotes the rate against Item considering 5.5% VG-30 bitumen content. Job Mix Formula as per CIause. No. 505.3.3 of MORTH (5th Rev) for BC shall be worked out from from any Govt Engg College Laboratory/ MES approved laboratory for obtaining Optimum Binder Content (OBC) by the Contractor without any financial effect to the Dept and same be submitted to the accepting officer for approval. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted @ Rs 42/kg of binder and no adjustment shall be made on plus side. 2. Cost of filler i.e. cement (Ordinary portland cement/OPC) is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. 3. After spreading of mix as per clause 507.4.7 entire surface during the operation shall be rolled with road roller 8-10 tonne (smooth wheeled) followed with vibratory road roller of 8-10 tonne static weight, followed by finished rolling with 6 to 8 tonne smooth wheel tendom roller as per Clause Nos. 507.4.8 and cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate.

M&L for 2.5 mm thick road marking thermo plastic reflective paint to be carried out mechanically with hot application of matrial(painting matrial @ 5 Kg/Sqm) and glass based @ 250 gm/Sqm conforming to CI No 803.4 of MoRTH in strip of 100/150 mm width on road surface complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement rectangular dual directional reflective cat eye of size 100mm x 100mm and 20mm high of impact resistance ABS plastic stud having ultra violet resistance colour with plastic strip containing 31 mini retro reflactive glass beads of colour white/red/yellow to each side and fixed with 12mm dia 120mm long zinc plated steel nails at the centre of cat eye by hammering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement road convex mirror of size 600mm fixed with stainless steel pole of size 50mm dia with grouting in PCC 1:2:4 of 300x300x300mm in base of minimum height 1.75m complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair LED based solar road studs 125x125x25mm made from aluminium alloy construction moulded body IP 68 water and dust proof, solar powered by nioncrystal solar panel type of battery one high capacity Ni-Cd rechargable battery in colour, flashers viewing distance 300 meters (minimum) can bear upto 25 Ton load complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 10.00 above but removal of existing LED based solar stud and refixed either same place as per specified and directed.

S&F in repair speed breaker made of ABS material with two RM highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA material are welded with ABS plate through ultrasonic welding process and then fixed to on to the speed breaker of size 750x75x250mm including surface to be make level as parential surfaces including dismantling/taking out of any type rusted/broken speed breakers Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Ser item No 12.00 above but removal of existing speed breaker and refixed either same place or other place as per specified and directed.

Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, bidg layout computer cut (Block Roman) italic of Indian- Each width 25 mm and height not exc 150 mm etc.as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, made out of retro- reflective luminious taps as per IRC standard, in approved colour, pasted ffirmly without appearance/ sign of bubbles on aluminium sheet complete all as specified and directed.on roads, avements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow

Dismantling of Bricks, paver block (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) complete all as specified and directed.

Only re-fixing obtain from dismantling of paver block (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) complete all specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) as per requred site condition etc complete all specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2, nominal mix by using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub floor, floor finished even and rough surface to receive the topping layer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth,park, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc of required strength thickness & size/ shaped made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator filling the pints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra Sand, complete all specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 cement 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without (1) grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of New or previously Untreated concrete,Brick, stone Surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, Sam not otherwise described two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all specified and directed
