M & L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L switch air break gang operated device Triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps complete

Supply and fixing of dropout fuse unit expulsion type for outdoor air break switch (GOD) single pole, mounted on and including insulators for 11000 Volts working pressure fixed to and including MS channel with nuts, bolts, washers etc. synthetic bounded fuse carrying tube complete with line tabs and suitable for current carrying capacity upto 10-60 Amps only all as specified and directed.

S & F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for fixing and connection of lightening arresters non linear resistor type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 10 Kilo Amp of rating 11 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, Single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, laying of cables etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material (Soil) n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm depth in soil.

Supply and spreading clean dry sand in trenches for cushioning all as specified for cable protection complete all as directed.

M & L for 40 to 50 mm thick roughly hammer dressed stone 25 to 30 cm wide and not less than 60 cm long, laid dry and abutting each other with gap adjacent slab not exc.10 mm for protection of UG cable complete all as directed

Supply and fix Galvanised steel tubing, light grade, with fittings and MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc of 80 mm dia bore for cable protection on pole, road crossing or ground in pillars for fixing gate light etc complete all as specified.

Supply and lay XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of 240 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Supply, install, commission and testing cubical type LT panel board, outdoor canopy type, manufactured by a CPRI approved factory, floor mounted, dust & vermin proof, front and rear operated door with necessary locking arrangement made of 50 x 6mm MS angle iron frame work and CRCA sheet of 3.15mm thick duly painted with two coats of powder coated paint of approved shade after seven tank treatment process both internally and externally. The panel shall be suitable for 415 Volts, 50 HZ, 3 Phase 4 wire system and shall be complete with suitable capacity copper bus bar (1.5 times the incoming switch gear current rating) with suitable size of PVC insulated copper conductor, thimbles glands complete all as specified and directed with the following accessories and necessary PCC foundation. Note:- TD Drawing of the same to be approved by GE and duly recommended by Engr-in-Charge before manufacturing of panel:- (Main panel Board)

M & L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less then 2.25m deep bellow ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5m deep below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip of 32 x 6mm earth lead by means of bolt, nuts, washers of galvanised steel earth strip protected by and including GI pipe 40mm dia bore (light grade) and connected to main test point as directed and including concrete pit in PCC(1:3:6)type C-1 precast RCC(1:1.5:3)type A-1 cover slab 54 x 5 cm reinforced with 4mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia TMT bar embedded in precast cover slab funnel wire mens 20mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) for watering charcoal and salt in alternate layers, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as shown on electrical plate No3 of SSR part-I complete all as specified.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6 mm thick buried directly in ground preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 mtr deep below normal ground level connected with and including galvanised iron wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of nuts bolts and washers of galvanized iron protected by 15mm dia (medium grade) GI tubing, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm bore GI tubing (light grade) watering pipe , including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab of size 350x350x50mm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm c/c in both ways and 10mm dia MS handle (01 No) of suitable size, charcoal and salt in alternate layers necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil all as shown in Electric plate No. 3 of SSR part-I and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate for pole / struts foundation/CSS plinth etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping/transformer plinth including necessary from work all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out soft soil for transformer foundation all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for flat formwork (For Transformer Plinth) to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work; vertical or to batter and for fair surfaces of finished concrete surfaces all as specified and directed.
