Sacrifical galvanic anodes shall have atleast a 5 year track record and pass 500 hours salt sprey test as per ASTM B418 Type II zinc alloy, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Additional Reinforcement: Check the diameter of the existing rebars and if the diameter is less than 30% of the original diameter, provide additional reinforcement. Cut 12mm dia bars as main reinforcement to the required length with proper development length. Tie them to the prefixed shear connectors so that the additional rebar acts monolithically with the existing ones and core concrete.

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Additional Reinforcement: In the case of the shear reinforcement also, if the diameter of the rebars are reduced, provide 8mm dia stirrups in the form of 2 "U" shaped bars. Tie them properly so that it has a tight contact with the main bars.

M&L for Shear Connectors by drilling 12mm dia holes up to a depth of 75mm maximum and fixing 8mm dia L shaped anchor rods as shear connectors at every 300mm c/c on the surfaces of the columns/beams or any other structural member as the case may be. Clean the same using air or blower and make sure that there are no fine particles present in the hole and filled the holes with one or two component styrene free vinylester resin anchor or two components, styrene & cement free epoxy- acrylate fixing and anchoring compound. At this stage push the shear connector gently in to the hole and finish the excess resin which comes out of the hole and allow the shear connectors not to be disturbed for Minimum 20 minutes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M & L for Hard drawn steel wire fabric n exc 4Kg/Sqm cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia supplied and fixed in reinforcement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F of new steel or rebars by drilling holes with 10 mm to 20mm dia and 100 to 200mm deep as per IS code of 10D formula and filling the holes after inserting of reinforcement dia 8 to 16mm for anchoring at ends/shear connector and filled the holes with one or two component styrene free vinylester resin anchor or two components, styrene & cement free epoxy- acrylate fixing and anchoring compound ( having the technical parameters mentioned in material specifications) using standard sealant applicator gun after drilling holes of required diameter at required locations, for holding / fixing / placing in position the steel mesh reinforcement at desired level/ stretching, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M & L for applying bond coat on the prepared old surface of concrete/masonry to receive new polymer mortar/polymer modified mortar or micro concrete with two coats of Sika-Latex Super SBR or equivalent as per manufacturer specifications. Laying of reinstatement polymer mortar or micro concrete shall be completed within the overlay time of bonding coat. This bond coat act as bonding agent between old and new concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for applying to the damaged concrete portion of slab/ columns/ beams/ chajjas/ parapet / roof projection/ balcony/ staircase with single component, fiber reinforced, dual shrinkage- compensated thixotropic, cementitious patch repair mortar Renderoc SP40 (having the technical parameters mentioned in material specifications) capable of applying up to 20-25mm thick in double layer initially by hand and finishing with troweled carefully compacting the same around the rebar and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface with an average specified thickness and Make, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for providing pourable, shrinkage compensated, free flowing and self-compacting superior performance micro concrete Renderoc RG65 factory design with selected cement, aggregate and other chemicals. Recommended water and coarse aggregate maximum 15% of bag to be added at site as per manufacturer instruction. Product should strictly meet the requirement of Compressive strength @28 days ~65 N/mm2 (ASTM C109)/ Flexural strength @28 days ~10 N/mm2 and Tensile adhesion strength @≥ 3.5 N/mm2 (28 days, +30 °C) (EN 1542) or as per manufacturer instructions and mixing concrete with mechanically electrically operated mixer machine etc , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for rendering 15 mm thick readymade plaster on inner/outer walls/columns/beam/chajjas/parapet/slab etc with UltraTech READIPLAST by adding 17-19% of potable water by weight of material. For thickness above 15 mm it is recommended to be applied in multiple layers. Ready-mix plaster shall complies with IS 1661-1972, IS 2250-1965, IS 2402-1963 and confirms the Compressive strength @ 28 Days- 10-12 Mpa/ Bulk density- 1500-1600 Kg/m3, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :The rate quoted by contractor shall include cleaning of surface and including taking down old plaster, application as per instruction all as specified and directed)

“M & L for applying injection grouting through the nozzles. Drilling the holes of 12mm dia up to 100mm deep and fixing of nozzle of 10mm with using below make chemicals. Inject the polymer based cement grout with cement to RCC wall/ceiling in adequate pressure and seal the nozzle complete as per manufacturer instruction and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for providing and application of two coat of Water based concrete curing compound with low viscosity wax emulsion using Sika Antisol E - WP of Sika or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE, as concrete curing membrane over the applied polymer mortar as temporary curing membrane as per the technical specifications and manufacturer's instructions , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Application of drilling and fixing NRV steel injection packers atleast of (12mm x 100mm long) by suitable machine followed by injecting low viscosity solvent free epoxy resin grout by suitable grouting pump at a pressure @ 3-6 Kg/cm2 or as instructed by manufacturer. After 24 hours, cut the nipples and seal it with polymer-modified mortor of Renderoc SP40 & equivalent as per specifications given , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: NRV packers/Nozzles shall be considering 600 x 600 mm in grid fasion at honeycomb area and 150 mm c/c along the crack.(depth of drilling should be 200 mm)

M&L for Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

M&L for CARBON WRAPPING (Use for Beam & Slab); Providing 230 GSM each double layer Carbon fiber wrap for Slab and beam after proper and adquate surface preparation, rounding of edges in circular pattern applcation of primer followed by epoxy putty layer upto 3 mm to level the surface, application of saturent with pesting of carbon fiber sheet. overlaping of two adjecent sheet shall be minimum 100 mm on either sides. Application of 2 coats of anti-carbonation protective PU Coating after complition of the system , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for the surfaces which are to receive the coating or treatment, must be free from oil, laitance, grease, wax, dirt or any other form of foreign material adhering on it before the waterproofing job started. Dust free the surface, including removing of existing treatment/ old felt / loose plaster / concrete etc. and repair with polymer mortar by adding bonding agent (SBR). Repairing of slab, parapet wall junction, cracks and other large blowholes by open in “V” shapes & filling by polymer mortar or putty followed by fiber mash tape with SBR in conjunction with cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for cement based Polymer modified anti corrosive rebar coating system ('Sika Top Armatec -108" of Sika or equivalent of Dr Fixit/Fosroc ) to existing reinforcement all as per manufacture's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note: Mode of measurement shall be affected surface area of column, beam, slab, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for one layer of 20 mm thick concrete (comprises composition 1:2:1 plain cement concrete i.e. one part of cement (43 gde OPC) Two part of fine aggregate and one part of 10 mm and down size trap stone aggregate ) mixed with 'Sprayset SL' Fosroc ( Equivalent of Sika /Dr Fixit) 2 to 2.5 % by weight of cement and 12.5 to 16.5 litre of water mixed as per manufacture's instructions and guniting by pressure nozzle with a delivery capacity of 2.5 Kg per Sqm over column , beam, roof,slab etc , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC (Nominal Mix ) type B-1 1:2:4 (20 mm graged aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors roofs, landings,and in shelves complete all as specified and including demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Credit retrived shall be deposited safely to AGE B/R-I Stores on his own arrangement, contractor shall not have any claim for this

Taking down / dismantling ceiling plaster,cutting surface in square or rectangular pattern & remove loose material all around the exposed reinforcement and binding/welding mild steel XPM wire to exposed reinforcement,and applying the concrete rich mix 1:1.5:3, using 6mm stone aggregate and making the surface level and curing for 6-7 days and ceiling plaster in 1:3 etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered/asbestos cement surfaces of ceilings & applying three coats of white wash , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastred surfaces of wall,by Vaccume based sanding machine, and applying two coats of exterior emulsion acyrlic weather proof antifungal paint over a coat of exterior grade primer by Auto Roller, including necessary scffoldings , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surfaces of wall by Vaccume based sanding machine, removal of nails etc & filling cracks/hole with putty, and finally washing with watering and applying two coats of exterior emulsion acyrlic weather proof antifungal paint over a coat of exterior grade primer by Auto Roller, including necessary scffoldings , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- (i) The work against serial items 01 to 23 & 25 of BOQ for the structural rapair and strengthening and rehabilitation and roof treatment shall be executed by the company’s authorized applicator firm only. (ii) Contractor have to get prior approval of applicator or authorized agency by submitting its authorization letter to this office for approval prior to commencement of work. Department will conduct an official varification from manufacturer of its authorised agency and provide authorise supervisor from authorise agency for complete execution of spl work. (iii) Contractor shall submit 10 year warranty certificate for structural repair and 10 year warranty for roof waterproofing treatment work over roof is mandatory after completion of work. (iv) The cost of Scaffolding work required at certain places is including in the respective items catered for repairs itself. No extra shall be paid for the same.
