S&F in replacement of energy efficient LED smart colour temperature, CCT Controllable 15 W LED down lightiers with remote control, with dimming and CCT change option from 2700 K to 6500 K. housing made from powder coated, CRCA Sheet, opaque diffuser for glare free and optimum light with IP 45 degree of protection, voltage range 140 to 270 Volt, clear polymer diffuser to provide uniform and pleasant light output including making electrical connection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of U/S highmast flood light luminaire of HPSV/MH,with LED flood light fitting consist of PDC aluminium houseing in powder coated dia costing power coted in gray finish,high power LED with IP 66 protection, fins are provided on housing ,heat resistant tempered glass for protection with 5 kv surge protection of 150 W LED complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of energy efficient LED street light fitting of 60 Watt , epoxy powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing to act as heat sink for efficient dissipation of heat and antiquety designed aesthetically appealing landscape cum street light with IP 65 degree of protection, voltage range 140 to 270 Volt, clear polymer diffuser to provide uniform and pleasant light output including making electrical connection including bracket of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation & getting out in Soft/ loose soil etc for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms thick in soils complete all as specified all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate for pole base foundation and coping complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in pole foundation complete all as specified all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying/ fixing GI tube, light grade, 80mm dia for encasing cables for mechanical protection, laid under plinth/ floors/ path/ culverts or fixed on wall or concealed in wall/ floor or along poles or as street light polesor as mounting bracket, bent to shape with complete accessories such as bends/ sockets/ reducers/ saddles including necessary threading/ drilling works complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F LT Cable junction box outdoor shall be made out of Polycarbonate reinforced and size should be not less than 205mm x 255mm x 112 mm(upto Cable Size 10 to 25 sqmm). The Polycarbonate Junction Box shall be environment friendly, recyclable, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive. The Junction Box shall be rated for Degree of ingress Protection IP 66/69 in accordance with IEC 60695.Weatherproof, UV-resistant, rainwater-proof, temperature-resistant. The gasket material of junction box shall be Polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The Junction Box shall be complies with requirements of the standards IEC 60695 - . The Junction Box with Connectors or Terminal Trip or Bus Bar. The manufacturer of Junction Box / Enclosure shall submit a copy of IEC Certificate . For better safety the Polycarbonate enclosure and shall be fire retardant & self - extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695 - The impact strength of Polycarbonate enclosure / boards i.e. the Degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298 - 98 for IK 08 including one No. 4 pole connector and one no. MCB SP 'B' curved 6-32 Amp and chromium plated clamps and nut bolts, Glands as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified all as specified and directed.
