Dismantling old existing ACSR conductor of any type/size for reuse or to be diposite to MES store yard all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling old existing GI earth wire of any size complete.

Dismantling old existing MS cross arms of any type/shape.

Dismantling old existing Insulators of any type/shape all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of prestressed cement concrete poles complete of any size including PCC foundation and necessary excavation & earth work and making good to distubed surfaces as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling old existing stay as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & Fix Air break switch 200 amp, for HT 11 KV, 50 Hz AC, Gang Operated, triple pole, outdoor, horizonal / vertical mounting type (ISI marked), mounted on insulators and MS frame work, with fuse carriers & HT fuses, manually operated from ground level with locking arrangment including 65 mm pad lock with two keys, necessary electric connections, taking down old item complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cable end termination, jointing kit, HT 11 KV grade, heat shrinkable, outdoor type complete with jointing material suitable for HT XLPE cable 3 core 11 KV grade complete all as specified and directed of size 95 Sqmm x 3 core .

Supply, fixing & install Steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-64, 12.0 metres long complete all as specified. (a) Painting of poles with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint before fixing and one coat of aluminium paint after fixing complete, embedded portion shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous paint all as specified. (b) The portion above coping shall be painted in alternative bands of black & Yellow colour starting with white colour (each band of 30 cm wide) by two coat of synthetic enameled paint upto 1.5 m height .

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed.

M & L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of stay assembly / struts / poles etc.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including form work complete.

M&L earthing complete as per electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mmx600mmx6mm, buried directly vertically in ground in a pit depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 32mm x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing strip shall be protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 32mm bore light grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole / test point. Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be of inclusive of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, salt, funnel PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & tested complete. NOTE:- (i) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O, using 12.00 mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover. Reinforcement in cover shall be of 8mm dia TMT bars laid @150mm c/c both ways. (ii) Quoted shall include the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth wire/strip. (iii) Quoted shall include cost of 7.5 metre earth lead wire/strip. (iv) Earth electrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides

M&L for boring of existing road/path for laying of GI pipe Size 100 mm dia protection for UG cable including making good distrurbed area/surface all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing or laying galvanised steel tubing light grade (ISI marked) for protection of under ground cable on poles / walls under road crossing etc of size 100 mm bore including dismantling & taking down existing pipe.

Supply and fixing Route indicator 750X200X200mm with slant embossed facing including earth work and grouting 600mm below ground level etc complete all as specified & directed.
