Opening of AMF Panel, Cleaning of dust using blower & cleaning agents. Checking/Detecting, Removal of Faults, Re-wiring of old u/s wiring & Testing of Control Wiring complete as reqd and closing of AMF Panel after replacement of above u/s parts and testing on completion of job on existing load,cleaning and removing the sludge from DG setetc. as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to and including copper earth strip 20x3mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 in chamber, precast RCC cover 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade watering pipe, lugs, 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade protection pipe upto 7.5m

Repair and maint of AMF panel including,painting of panel dual coat of enamel paint insulation of bus baars ,welding of AMF panel to its angle iron frame,hinjes replacement,locking arrangement and all other small maint work as directed by engineer in charge
