Dismantling of depriciated cross arms (Clamp, nut bolts) / channels/ supports etc care fully from site , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for steel structure, cross arms bracing supports ,clamps, back plates of any type, section incl. nuts, bolts, washers, welding ,bending cold or hot in any size and shape, over & including M&L two coats of aluminium paints over & including M&L single coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Restringing/refixing only of ACSR/ rabbit conductor of street / security light feeder including straightening properly on insulators and binding with aluminum taps /binding wire /conductor jumper etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Single conductor shall be measured as one length for re-stringing.

Supply and Fix in replacement of XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional 16 sq mm 4 core, laid in trenches/ducts /encased in GI pipe /fixed to pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional 10 sq mm 4 core, laid in trenches/ducts /encased in GI pipe /fixed to pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600mmx600mmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth (earth pit not less 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earthing strip 32mm x6mm thick by means of bolt nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified & shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR part-I 2009 connected to earth test point as specified and testing on completion including provision of 40 mm dia light grade pipe up to 7.5 mtr length as protection & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade including all excavation & earth work in any type of strata incl PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover including charcoal , salt, funnel, all as directed at site. Note : Rate included for excavation & earth work in any type of strata as shown in electric plate no-3 in SSR Part-I.

M&L for Motorized Auguring/driling in road of dia sutable for laying of 40/50 mm dia GI tubing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C -2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole /struts/stay assembly etc complete all as directed by EIC.

Material and labour Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B -1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/copping including necessary frame work ,fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete form, all as directed by EIC.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for laying of cable and foundation, erection of poles, struts/stays, leveling of yard etc not exceeding 10 M² on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and depth exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.0 m, for erection of poles, struts/stays, leveling of yard etc not exceeding 10 M² on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm including spreading, leveling and watering all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil/rock) and depositing at a distance not exceeding 50m where, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light luminaire 45 Watt, outdoor type with high performance pressure die housing with toughened glass and high power LED light source, with secondary optics and IP 66 protection, efficacy 110LPW and including GI pipe 32/40 mm dia bracket of 1.5 m in length mounted on pole or fixing on external wall of bldg, including drilling holes, nuts & bolts 2 coats of red oxide primer on GI pipe and fixing with wall security light on building wall connecting cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Material for replacement of unserviceable MCB SP 0.5 Amp, 10 KA 240 Volt complete fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix electric contactor three phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, upto 50 Amp load capacity suitable for street light timer box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix electric contactor single phase, 230 Volt, 50 Hz, upto 40 Amps load capacity suitable for street light timer box complete all as specified and directed.

Note : - The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of Zebra painting at the bottom of pole.

M&L for disconnecting and re-connecting of burnt LT XLPE cable to OH conductor on pole/ equipment including removing of faulty part of cable, preparation of cable for connection, suitable AL lugs, nut bolts etc and as directed on site by EIC. Note: The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive cost of earth work for taking out LT cable loop and refiling.

Material and labour for writing pole number of minimum size 10 cm height with black paint over base of yellow paint on PCC/steel poles of LT/HT supply complete all as directed by EIC.

Material and Labour for ZEBRA painting of PCC/steel poles 9/11 m long alongwith road upto 1.5 m height from pedestal, with two coats of enamel synthetic paints in 30 cm height incl painting of pole coping with white paint all as directed by EIC.

M&L for trimming and pruning of trees between a span of 2 poles up to a safe distance from the over head lines incl cutting branches of size not exceeding 80mm dia complete all as directed at site and disposal of branches/bushes to a distance and clearing the site all as directed by Engineer-in-charge NOTE:- 1. The necessary man power, tool & plant, cutting tools and JCB required for cutting/pruning of branches is deemed to incl in the rate quoted for the job. 2. Proper shut down will be taken by the authorised rep only. 3. One Job will be considered for trimming/ prunning of one complete tree branches of given size.

Supply and fixing in replacement of burnt / unserviceable timer switch, digital time Switch, Astronomical type 40 A 3 pole/230V including contactors, MCB, along with switch for (auto/manual) on and off , complete distribution board and clamps as per requirement complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fixing in replacement of burnt / unserviceable timer switch astronomical time watch digital type along with switch for (auto/manual) on and off including MCB as per requirement complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix security light termination box pole junction box of size 250×200×100 mm, weather proof, including arrangement along with 3 phase 4 wire almunium busbar with insulators and including MCB SP-0.5 amps rating with provision of MCB, incl Power Terminals 16sq.mm - 6 No. The Junction Box shall be insulated and made out of Polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced. The Polycarbonate JB shall be environment friendly, recyclable, UV resistant, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive. Degree of Ingress Protection IP 65, Pole Mounting type, including M32 Cable glands for 10/16sq.mm x 2/3.5/4.0 Core cable I/C & O/g .- 2 Nos with terminals, MCB, Cable Glands,Al lugs etc complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply only in replacement of PVC insulated, sheathed weather proof, aluminium solid conductor of size 1.5 sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L in repair/replacement of PVC conduit 20 mm rigid non metallic including of all tee, bends, elbows etc including fixing accessories GI bracket of suitable size with nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix GI pipe Bracket of 25/32 mm bore size, light grade pipe bend to shape of approx length 1.5 Mtr incl 2 Nos. MS Clamp of flat iron of suitable size complete with nut , bolt, washers Including two coats of aluminium paints over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed at site.

Dismantling of insulators any type any size from existing poles all as directed.

Supply and fix pin type porcelain insulator, vitreous white brown or green including one galvanised mild steel spindle two GI washer and GI Nuts 100 mm height 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified.

Supply and fix shackle type porcelain vitreous white insulator 1100 volt grade 75 mm in height and 90 mm dia including galvanised mild steel strap of size 31mm x 3mm , 12 mm dia insulators bolts, washers and nuts complete all as specified.

Material and labour in replacement for prestressed cement concrete poles 9 M long of size 102 mm x 172 mm at top and 102 mm x 279 mm at bottom class-10, conforming to relavent latest IS including dismantling and refixing of cross arm, security light fittings, brackets or any other existing fittings etc connecting, testing including dismantling and removal of broken pole and coping complete all as specified and directed at site. NOTE:- (i) Earthwork, PCC will be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (ii) Removal of dismantled items from site are included in rate quoted by the contractor.

Supply and fix in replacement LED flood lighting luminaire 100 watt with PDC Housing and with min IP65 protection and unique flood optics to ensure uniform distribution including required fixing arrangements on high mast/flood light bracket/channel complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair of pathway/garden lights any type incl replacement of LED/PCB/DRIVER 15 to 20 Watt as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of PCB of garden/gate/pathway light any type and cap 15 to 20 watt all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement IP65 rated LED 20 watt, post top light ideal to lit up parks, garden ways and heritage sites complete assembly crompton cat part No. LTPH-20-CDL or equivalent in other makes all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement of garden light LED 10 watt, IP65 rated inverted pyramid tripod type LED Bollard with soft 360 deg light distribution light ideal to lit up parks, garden ways and heritage sites complete assembly crompton cat part No. LBSN-10-CDL or equivalent in other makes all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement of garden light LED 10 watt, IP65 rated pressure die cast powder coated housing with PC diffuser efficient high output LED light ideal to lit up parks, garden ways and heritage sites complete assembly crompton cat part No. LBLA1-10-CDL or equivalent in other makes all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement of solar module of capacity 40W size of module as per existing complete with accesories all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix in replacement of lithium battery of capacity 44 Ah 12 Volts complete with accesories including fixing in existing space by means of making hole and using fasteners to fit in existing space all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix in replacement of motion sensor suitable for solar light as per existing all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix in replacement of complete control card suitable for solar light as per existing all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED lights PCB complete capacity 30W 12 Volts circular in shape as per existing all as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F in replacement 'ON' LOAD change over switch, 4 pole, 250 Amps, 415 Volts with sheet metal enclosure side handle operated & repair assembly according to existing panel and as per existing make & model including taking out old Old u/s changeover switch, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, stringing, testing and commissioning of ACSR insulated rabbit conductor size 6+1/.35 mm binding with insulators including binding material and connection of all service connections/existing cables complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Rate of dismantling of old conductor is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 2 core 10 sq. mm nominal cross section in service connections complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement HDPE pipe of size 50 mm bore, double wall corrugated (DWC), pressure rating 10 kgf/sqcm, laid in trenches for UG LT cable protection including passing the cables from pipes one end to another complete all as specified and directed.
