Material and labour for removing the existing aluminium/ GI strip of any size from the top of building/ ground/ wall (roof/down conductor) of building upto G+6 height, making the strip straight and refixing the same in position using new screws/gutties/saddles etc on existing structure as requried complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long including taking out ofold damaged one and making good of disturbed surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for tubes, 'light grade', galvanised, with all fitting; laid in trenches for protection of GI strips or fixing of Air termination rods and fixed to walls and ceilings or cable protection laid in floors/ trenches and under road, complete all as specified and directed.of following sizes: -

(a) 50 mm dia nominal bore.

(b) 40 mm dia nominal bore

(c ) 25 mm dia nominal bore

Material and Labour for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw including taking out of old one all as specified and as directed.

M&L earthing complete with GaIvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore,medium grade 2.5 meter length burried directally and duly filled with highly conductive and anti corrosive compound of required quantity having chemical composition Bentonite 40%, copper sulphate 20%, Gypsom 5%, Graphite 10%, Alum 5%, Zinc sulphate 10%, Aluminium sulphate 10% burried in ground by digging a bore of 150 mm dia surrounded by soil friendly backfill compound non soluble in water including connection with earthing lead of 4.0mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shown in Plate No.2 to the earth test point all as specified and indicated making PCC pit of size 0.3 m x 0.3 m x 0.3 m (inner size) in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 8 mm dia MS bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 8 mm dia bar and testing on completion to achieve value not more than 2.0 ohm complete. (Note - GI earth wire upto 7.5 m included in the item).

All as per Item No. 8 above but using galvanised strip of size 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead all as specified and directed.

M&L for submain wiring alongwith earth continuity conductor with PVC insulated FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable (Phase - Red, Neutral - Black, Earth - Green) drawing into and including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit, medium grade, ISI marked ivory colour along with accessories of following nominal sizes:- (a) 2x4 sqmm + 1x4 sqmm earth wire in 20 mm dia conduit.

(b) 2x6 sqmm + 1x6 sqmm earth wire in 25 mm dia conduit.

(c ) 4x10 sqmm + 1x10 sqmm earth wire in 50 mm dia conduit.

Taking out sub main wiring of any size complete all as specified and directed.

The luminaire shall have rated system lifetime of min 50,000 burning hours before reaching at L70. cool white colour temperature (CCT 5000K) and a CRI 70. The luminaire shall meet IP 65/66 protection with THD 20% and PF 0.9. alongwith 1.2 Mtr long, 40mm dia GI light grade pipe 45 degree bend with fixing arrangement 02 Nos clamps,nuts bolts washer on wall/polsetc. complete all as directed.

S& F in repair integral LED flood light 70 W,230V, AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with 3000 K, cool white with a min system efficiency of 90 lumes/watt having system lifetime of 50000 burning hours IP 66 protection with driver inside a PDC housing philips Cat part No BVP LED 70 CW FG S1 PSU GR or equivalent to Havells/ CG as approved by GE.

S& F in repair integral LED fountain light 50 W 3000 K (WW) warm white with driver inside a PDC housing philips PSU GR or equivalent to Havells/CG as approved by GE.

S& F in repair integral LED post light max 35 watt.230V,AC post top lantern outdoor type with decorative for 360 degree indirect light of IP-65 protection water and dust proof 3000 K cool white colour tempature light with driver inside a PDC housing philips Cat part No CVP 182 LED 35W CW FG S1 PSU GR or equivalent to Havells/ CG as approved by GE.

S& F in repair tower crane LED red single aviation light 10 W, 180-280V, with a normal system efficiency of 100 lumes/watt having system lifetime of 50000 burning hours, IP 65 protection with driver inside a aluminium housing philips /Havells/ CG as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing in repair LED based Bollard 10 Watt with MS pipe housing with glare free PMHA Difuser, IP 65 hight of 1 mtr including Mortar Base and connetion wire of suitabe size complete all as directed.

S&F in repair MCB distribution board, tripple pole and neutral,(VTPN) powder coated CRCA steel sheet, suitable for MCCB incomer upto 160 Amps, 4 way 415 volts, degree of protection IP 43, IK-09 with reversible double door, recess mounted, having 250 Amps insulated tinned copper bus bar, neutral busbar, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnection, earthing connection, blanking plates in unused spaces as required.

MCCB in repair 415V, 63 amp, 4 pole, 16 KA (Ics=100% Icu) thermally adjustable between 70% to 100% with spreader links on both sides as per Legrand cat ref no. 420016 or equivalent in Schneider or Hager as approved.

All as per Item No. 19 above but of 100 Amps 4 pole 16KA.

All as per Item No. 19 above but of 125 Amps 4 pole 16KA.

S&F in repair MCBs of 'C' series having breaking capacity 10 KA, ISI marked including required wiring connections with copper lugs of suitable size provided in MCB DBs of following ratings:- (i) Single pole 6 to 32 amp. Make - Legrand cat ref no 408587 to 408595 or equivalent in Schneider or Hager as approved.

(ii) Double pole 10 to 32 amp. Make - Legrand cat ref no 408631 to 408636 or equivalent in Schneider or Hager as approved.

(iii) Double pole, 40 to 63 amp. Make - Legrand cat ref no 408637 to 408639 or equivalent in Schneider or Hager as approved.

(iv) Four pole 40 to 63 amp. Make - Legrand cat ref no 408700 to 408702 or equivalent in Schneider or Hager as approved.

Supply and fix PVC insulated copper conductor and over all sheathed in service connection including fixing in wall/floor as required of standerd conductor of cross section 4 Sqmm twin core cables complete all as directed.

All as per Item No. 23 above but of size 6 Sqmm nominal cross section of 4 core

All as per Item No. 23 above but of size 10 Sqmm nominal cross section of 4 core

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable(heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size (a) 16 sqmm 4 core.

All as per Item No. 26 above but of size 25 Sqmm 4 core.

All as per Item No. 26 above but of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core

Taking out old u/s XLPE cables of any size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC wire with copper conductor 1100 volts grade cross section area of size 1.5 sqmm 3 core for connection of light fittings complete all as directed.

Labour and tools for horizontal boring through road / path / floor for passing UG cables through 40 mm bore GI pipe as required and make good disturbed surface all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m deep for foundation of poles/stay/cable etc including getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to cable with dry fine sand in trenches 8 cm below the cable and 15 cm above the cable after laying including gently punning around cable complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and directed.

M&L for bricks well burnt sub class 'B' laid in trenches flat with width equal to length of brick for cable protection laid across the cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bus bar chamber pedastel type of size (75cmX60cmX40cm) outdoor type front opening made out of 2mm thick MS sheet suitable for 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz, AC supply system design totally enclosed, dust, weather & vermin proof duly painted and consisting with TPN aluminium bus bars of rating 400 Amps supported on 'F' class SMC insulators with 4 outgoing and one MCCB TPN 160 Amps, 16 KA reputed capacity fixed in PCC 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including danger plate etccomplete all as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of fidder piller panel board fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet suitable for 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz, AC supply system fabricated in compartmentalized design totally enclosed, dust, weather & vermin proof duly painted and consisting with TPN copper bus bars of rating 1.5 times that of controlling MCCB supported on 'F' class SMC insulators with 4 outgoing and one MCCB TPN incoming fixed in PCC 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including danger plate etc including taking down old complete all as directed not less than (750mmx650mmx250mm) and leg height upto .45mm installed on procelain insulators with bus bar chamber.protection class IP 42 class, front opening & compartmental type with approach for cable entry and for easy maintenance duly internally wired with FRLS, PVC insualated stranded copper conductor cable of 1.0 Sqmm including LED indicator for R, Y & B and comprising of the following :- Incoming : One number MCCB 160 Amps 4 pole 25 KA 415 Volts, 70-100%, 50 Hz Make Legrand /Hager/Schneider. Outgoing : (a) MCB DP 40 to 63 Amps 'C' series 10 KA AC 240 volts-05 Nos.
