Supply and fix energy efficient (not less than 3 star rating) electrical geyser, 25 liters capacity white/half white, superior polymer/glasslin coating steel inner tank with minimum 8 bar pressure rating, with energy saving insitu PUF, with all in built safety accessories like thermostat/automatic thermal cut out with ON /OFF /CUT out indicators all pre-wired and advanced 3 level safety including accessories like thermostat, pressurer release valve/presure reducing valve, non return valve, connecting PVC heavy duty pipe with brass ferrule fitting for HOT and COLD water connections fixed as per manufacturers recommendation, making necessary connection & testing on completion complete all as directed. Make-RACOLD/BAJAJ/USHA/HAVELLS/CROMPTON Note : Quoted rates deems to be inclusive cost of wall fasteners required for hoisting geysers. Any defect during warranty period shall be rectified by contractor from original manufacturer. All warranty card duly ink signed/office seal from distrubuter shall be handed over to MES on completion.

M & L Point wiring complete with 1100 volts grade, single core, PVC insulated FRLSH cable with multy-stranded copper conductor of size 4 sqmm nominal area, drwan through and including rigid,non-metallic PVC conduit pipe of suitable size, with all necessary fittings on wall/ roof surfaces, duly earthed with one run of single core PVC insulated FRLSH cable with multy-stranded copper conductor of size 4.0 sqmm nominal area, as continuous earthing wire connected to common earth dolly including 1.6mm thick fabricated MS sheet/electroplated terminal box, for mounting switches/ switch socket combination/ fan regulators terminal box, for mounting switches/ switch socket combination/ fan regulators etc covered with 3mm thick hylam sheet complete for one 15 Amps switch socket out let point on indipendent board or conecting with one industrial metal clad plug and socket with MCB SP all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace sheet metal enclosures with socket plug top, and MCBs single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB upto 20 Amps, 240 Volt capacity fixed flush to wall surface including making good to damaged surface of wall to match with existing specification and tested on completion complete including taking out old all as directed.
