Busbars:- TPN-600 A, Aluminium bus bars E91 grade, 1100 volts grade duly covered with heat shrinkable sleeves colour coded duly fixed on moulded brackets and covered all around by insulating/CRCA sheet having no exposed portion. Bus bar chamber to be selected so that it provides gap between Bus bar and heat dissipation conforming to IS standard -1 set. Incoming:- (i) MCCB 4 pole , 415 V with thermal magnetic release of capacity 400 Amps - 01 No (ii) CT's 400/5 -03 No with one selector switch . (iii) Ampere Meter 0 - 500 A with selector switch (v) Voltmeter with selector switch (vi) RYB indication lamps with toggle switch

Outgoing:- Separate cubical chamber with a cable alley not less than 300 mm width for installation/connecting the following switch gear with the main bus bar using aluminium bus link or copper conductor flexible wires suitable to the switch rating and connecting outgoing terminals of the switch gear with terminal blocks of appropriate current rating using flexible copper wires duly terminated by cable lugs and thimbles. (i) MCCB, 4 pole 250 A,35 KA - 01 No (ii) MCCB, 4 pole 160 A,25 KA - 02 No Note:- (i) A clear space of 200mm shall be kept from floor level for switchgear compartment. (ii) Each compartment shall be numbered / lettered as approved by GE. (ii) LT panel shall be fixed in PCC foundation as per manufacturer recommendation and minimum height clearance of 45 cm from ground level. (iii) the cost of PCC foundation shall deemed to be included in unit quoted rate. (iv) Contractor shall submit the GA drawings of LT Panel for approval of GE before placing the order

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in Including spreading, levelling. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing of distribution transformer step down 11 / 0.433 KV indoor /outdoor type of capacity upto 200 KVA after dismantling the transformer carefully , opening the top cover of transformer for inspection/repair, draining out the transformer oil from the housing complete,removing the carbon/sludge deposit in transformer housing core , replacement of unserviceable rubber bushes and washers, replacement of tap changer winding and thimbles, replacement of silica gel,replacement of top cover gasket set including pasting with pasting material,replacement of worn out nut and bolts , replacement of unserviceable of LT & HT bushes, replacement of conservative tank glass ,making all connection with suitable copper lugs ,filling of new transformer oil , reinstalling the top cover after cleaning conservator tank ,expulsion vent etc ,Meggering the LT and HT side of the transformer and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note : (i) Consumables like nuts bolts and washers are incluisive in th quoted rates,However other items shall be measured and paid separately in the respective items under supply only.

All as per srl item No.14.00 above but of capacity 11/0.433 , above but capacity above 200 KVA to 630 KVA complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only brass terminal rod with nuts , bolts washer and bushing suitable for HT and LT side of the transformer of any make and capacity upto 200 KAV complete all as specified and directed .

All as per srl item No 16.00, above but for capacity above 200 KVA upto 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only tap changing switch suitable for operation on 11/0.433 KV distribution transformer with tapping's on 2.5% , 5% and 7.5% on requirement basis for upto 500 KVA capacity transformer complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only superior quality silica jel inside the breather assembly and fixing properly with transformer complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only drain out/filling in oil valve screwed both ends with iron wheel head suitable for transformers up to 200 KVA capacity complete all as directed.

All as per srl item No20, above but capacity above 200 KVA upto 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed .

supply only HT / LT side box covers made of bakelite sheet 10 mm thickness with proper nuts bolts incl cutting sheet to required size , drilling holes for nuts/bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only transformer oil temperature gauge 0 -120 degree analogue dial type complete all as specified & directed

Material and labour for filtration and dehydration of transformer oil by dehydration machine to achieve the die-electric strength / strength/insulation value upto 65 KV/40KA (RMS) at standard gap of electrodes 2.5 mm for one minute in various capacity of transformers including insulation testing of oil with the help of suitable equipments before and after dehydration including BDV test complete all as specified and directed . Note : (i) Contractor will have to arrange the dehydration machine and transformer oil dielectric strength testing equipment as mentioned and same shall be deemed to be included in the item rate quoted (ii) Test result of transformer oil before before and after dehydration is required to submit by contractor duly signed by all concern . (iii) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before commencement of dehydration process . (iv) additional quantity of transformer if any required for making the oil level upto the requirement in transformer shall be measured and paid separately as supply and filling but its cost of heating shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item .

Supply and filling transformer power oil meeting IEC 60296-2003-11 , 3rd edition standard specification and ASTMD 1275B test requirement for corrosive sulphur of BDV not less than 65KV for filling in repaired transformer HT 11KV complete all as specified and as directed .

Disconnecting electrically and mechanically indoor/outdoor transformers inside the substation or outdoor type on outside plinth upto 630 KVA capacity, carefully for major/minor repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for draining out complete transformers oil from the transformers upto 630 KVA capacity at site which found major repair and storing the oil in suitable container (container to be provided by the contractor to keep aside for re -use (after repair) and lifting of core assembly by opening of top cover and other items for checking of faults/repair and lowering / refixing the same in its original position after inspection to make it ready for transportation to carry out rewinding work in workshop including transportation of unservicieable transformer upto 630 KVA capacity to workshop ( rete is deemed to be inclusive of transportation , T&P and man power ) complete all as specified and directed.

Re-installation of repaired transformer after minor repairs connecting electrically and mechanically, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour labour for alternative arrangement by hiring, transportation of transformer of capacity upto 250 KVA in place of unserviceable transformer on hire basis for 15 days including, installation, connecting and testing of transformer and return back after installation of repaired transformer complete all as specifed and directed. Note : (i) Repairing of transformer have to be completed within 15 days no extra cost will be paid toward hiring charges beyond 15 days . Moreover contractor shall not be allowed to shift the hired transformer until it is replaced by the repaired transformer . In case any fault /burning /peeling of painting and any other defects occured in hired transformer the contractor shall have to made good himself from his own expenses. (ii) Contractor should check the available infrasturcture and to be sure regarding safety of hired transformer before installation . The rete quoted is deemed to be include transportation cost, earthing lead etc. (iii) In case the defective transformer not repaired & installed on its site within the specified period of 15 days from the date of handing over to contractor a panelty recovery @ Rs 1000 /- per day will be charged from his dues. During this period contractor shall not be allowed to shift the hired transformer until it is replaced by the repaired transformer . No extra cost beyond 15 days will be paid to contractor on this account.

All as per item No 29.00 here-in -before but capacity of transformer 315 to 630 KVA.

Taking down the unserviceable copper winding from transformer of capacity upto 250 KVA, opening top cover, and carrying out the following work complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Dismantling of all attachment viz breather assembly, conservator, oil temperature gauge, HT/LT bushing etc. and keeping aside for reuse. (b) Taking out the core with winding assembly. (c) Removing of complete winding from core and dismantling the core, cleaning of core laminate sheet and keeping aside for reuse (d) Cleaning of complete transformer tank oil fins, removing of sludge, and making the inside surface of tank dry by blowing of hot air as directed and specified. (e) Painting of outside surfaces of transformer complete by means of spray machine as directed.

All as per item No 31.00 here-in -before but capacity of transformer 315 to 630 KVA.

(a) Repairs to the transformer of capacity upto 250 KVA as follows :- (i) Rewinding of HT/LT leg coil complete using copper wire /strip of appropriate gauge, size and turn as per existing with double paper coated insulation including all requisite insulating materials like packing sleeves, separator, tapes etc. heating, varnishing the core and winding assembly after framing up top and bottom steel structure of transformer all as specified and directed. (ii) Replacement of all insulating materials other than incorporated for rewinding of HT/LT coils as per existing. (iii) Fixing only HT procelain bushing with studs, nuts, washers 3 Nos. and LT procelain bushing with studs, nuts, and washers 4 Nos. and connection with primary and secondary windings and reconnecting with the main terminals as required and directed. (iv) Fixing only breather assembly, conservator, oil temperature gauge after proper cleaning, minor repairs etc. as required and directed. (v) Replacement of all unserviceable gasket from top cover, HT/LT bushing with new one by using rubberised gasket sheet 4.0mm/6.0mm thick duly pasted with suitable adhesive . (vi) Replacement of unserviceable bolts with new one and fixing of existing serviceable bolts, nuts, washers of different sizes and tightening properly. (vii) Repositioning of core and winding assembly inside the tank, assembling complete unit and making the transformer ready for filling oil and subsequent testing as directed. (b) M& L for transportation of repaired transformer to the original position (from where taken-down), disconnecting the alternative transformer, taking down the same,Re-installation of repaired indoor/outdoor transformer on 4/6 pole structure/plinth/inside sub station, connecting electrically and mechanically, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. (c) The contractor shall give written warranty of one year from the certified date of completion for the repaired transformer. Note :- HT/LT leg coils and transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule here-in-after as supply only.

All as per item No 33.00 here-in -before but capacity of transformer 315 to 630 KVA.

Supply only super enameled copper conductor wire of suitable gauge and size as per requirement for rewinding of 11/0.433 KV distribution transformer complete all as specified and directed .

Supplying and fixing in replacement, Porcelain Transformer bushing on LT (440 Volt) side, including brass stems conical bush and gasket after disconnecting electrically and mechanically for indoor/outdoor transformer of capacity upto 160 KVA and re-connecting electrically and mechanically, testing complete all as specified and directed. Note.The rates quoted is deemed to be included the cost of necessary labour charges for draining out & re-filling transforer oil, opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts washers and suitable size pad type bus bar almuminium and nut bolt washers.

All as per Serial item No 36.00 here-in-before but capacity 200 KVA to 315 KVA

All as per Serial item No 36.00 here-in-before but capacity 400 KVA to 630 KVA

Material & Labour for painting of transformer of capacity upto 200 KVA with existing colour, with spraying machine, after cleaning, preparation of outer surface of transformer, including writing of SM No, MES and capacity of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for painting of transformer of capacity 250 to 630 KVA with existing colour, with spraying machine, after cleaning, preparation of outer surface of transformer, including writing of SM No, MES and capacity of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.5 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 2.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32X6 mm by means of electric arc welding of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other side complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI earthing and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

Material and labour 32x6mm galvanised iron strip for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in pipe or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing as in repair welded steel wire fabric n. exc 4 kg/ sqm complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for steel section posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of new steel surface, by applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint after scraping/brushing and cleaning on new steel surface over a coat of primer including necessory preparation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for spreading of natural gravel nominal size not more than 50mm from the bay/yard manually without damaging any equipments, cable or parts of the 11 KV RMU/Transformers, spreading & levelling of finished gravel uniformaly in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface all as specified and directed

Servicing of voltage stabilizer by Disconecting the LT incoming and outgoing main cables of any size ,strip opening of the voltage stablizer of capacity from upto 200KVA , draining out the oil into a cleaned container (container shall be arranaged by the contractor ).Lifting up dimmer and transformer with help of tripoid and chain pulley etc (The T & P shall be arranged by contractor ),checking of all the parts ,cleaning and servicing of the container,dimmer,transformers coil and allied parts including replacememnt of minor parts like nut bolts ,connecting wires ,rubber seals /packing etc.( The repair/ replacement of the major parts shall be measured and paid seperately ) and reassembling the volt stablizer complete (in reverse order.).Refilling oil after dehydration and filtration/cleaning by centrifuging machine including testing of samples before and after dehydrations and filtration complete, and reconnecting the incoming and outgoing cable connection, commisioning and testing of the volt stablizer on load complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of dehydration of oil shall be measured and paid under respective item of schedule

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces steel by brushing/changing stain, greasy spots with thinner and apply two coats of spray painting with with super enameled smokes grey colour paint of approved by Dept. and writing the MES /SM No with white paint as directed to Servo Volage Stab. indoor/outdoor of capacity upto 200 KVA installed at various different locations complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply only in replacement of digital display unit (Auto control card) suitable for servo type voltage stabilizer with complete wiring suitable for 40 to 200 KVA stablizer. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement of Dimmer coil (Variable transformer) suitable for servo voltage stabilizer with complete wiring suitable for 40 to 200 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement of motor gear assembly suitable for 40 to 200 KVA capaicty servo type voltage stablizer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Dimmer gear assembly suitable for 40 to 200 KVA capacity servo type voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Panel lamp for servo type voltage stablizer 40 to 200 KVA capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Ammeter of Range 0 to 500 Amps with suitable size of C.T. (Digital type) for servo type voltage stablizer 40 to 200 KVA capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Servo motor 10 K.G. torque for servo type voltage stablizer 40 to 200 KVA capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Carbon Brush for servo type voltage stablizer of any capacity complete all as specified and as directed

Servicing of isolation transformer indoor /outdoor type of capacity upto 200 KVA after dismantling carefully , opening the top cover of transformer for inspection/repair, draining out the transformer oil from the housing complete , taking out the core and winding by disconnecting the internal connections , removing the carbon/sludge deposit in transformer housing core , replacement of unserviceable rubber bushes and washers, replacement of thimbles, replacement of silica gel,replacement of top cover gasket set including pasting with pasting material,replacement of worn out nut and bolts , replacement of unserviceable LT connector , cutting the burnt out winding and re-winding the same with suitable size of super enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge , insulating the winding connection by using fire proof sleeves and fire proof tape , varnishing the coil , keeping the coils in electric oven chamber for 24 hrs to remove the moisture , painting of complete body , marking MES/SM number etc replacement of conservative tank glass , re-installing thr core and winding inside properly , making all connection with suitable copper lugs ,filling of new transformer oil , reinstalling the top cover after cleaning and painting of housing , conservator tank ,expulsion vent etc , and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note : (i) Winding wire for making of coils ,HT/LT bushes , new transformer oil will be measured and paid separately . (ii) Contractor is required to submit test report for the repair duly signed by Engineer-in-charge before rinstallation . (iii) Cost of transportation shall be included in the unit quoted rate . (iv) Spare parts required if any shall be measured and paid separately .

Material and labour for preparation of surfaces for Isolation Transformer of any type of capacity upto 200 KVA , painting by scrapping damaged paint and painting with two coats of suitable paint as per existing one and writing MES/MS No with white paint on black circuit all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness .

Demolition of brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillar etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation.

Material and labour for brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius ,built in cement mortar 1:6 .

Material and labour 100mm thick cement concrete type D-2,1:4:8 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate )as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour 100mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in floor finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surface and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and complete all as specified and directed .
