M&L in replacement of earthing complete with galvanised iron strip 32mm x 6mm and galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, burried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 105 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion

M&L in replacement of provision of brick masonry valve pit chamber of 3mm thick MS sheet and angle iron frame of 40x40mm including black bituminous paint and 1200x1200x1000mm size (internal dimensions) including necessary excavation and earth work and frame with cover complete all as specified.

Taking down old rusted hydrant valve and Supply & fixing landing valve hydrant type A confirming to IS 5290 with 63 mm dia gun metal instantanous type single headed outlet complete with all accessories for connecting hose pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of weather proof standard fire hose box made of 18 gauge MS Sheet 800mm X 600mm X 250mm with double door with 4 mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside yard complete all as specified.

Material & labour of CP hose cotton breaded of size 15 mtr long of dia 63mm including couplings at both ends to fix at one to hydrant valve 63 mm and other end fix in nozzle complete all as specified.

Material & labour of Branch pipe gun metal 63 mm instantaneous inlet, made threaded outlet, 15mm bore nozzle long complete all as specified.

M&L of PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, 40 mm graded stone aggregate filling and mass concrete, road finishing, trust/protection blocks for pipe lines/ installation damaged PCC paths concrete complete all as specified.

Cutting of existing road/PCC path for laying of pipe line complete all as specified.

Excavation of trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.5 M wide and n.exc 1.5 M in depth for taking out / laying of pipe lines and getting out forming bottom surfaces to required gradients complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated surplus materials to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the unseviseable CI/DI pipe lines including all fittings with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead and cleaning the pipes internal/external for reuse the following bore of pipes:-

Refixing and laying only CI/DI pipe with spigot end socketed any class in available length obtained from item No.25 tested complete in trenches all as specified and directed for the following bore of pipe:-

Supply, laying in trenches, under floor, under road, connecting, jointing and testing ductile iron pressure pipe centrifugally cast ISI marked with socket and spigot ends confirming to IS-8329/2000 standard length of K-7 specification with outside zinc coating complete including necessaary rubber gasket joints complete of the following sizes. Note :- (i) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Rubber gasket joints shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Dismantling the defective squrrel cage induction motor from bed,disconnecting control wirings and earth wiring,dismanlting the couplings,transporting from pump houses to civil work shop for following replacement/ repairs works, including cleaning the winding, improve the insulation to required IR value,inspecting the core of stator,rotor,dynamic balancing & balance tesing of rotor,inspecting of cooling fan etc,replacing worn/rested nut, bolt,washer and re-assembling the motor,transporting to civil work shop to pump house, connecting with necessary electrical connections,fixing & aligning motor with pump including testing and commissioning of 100 HP Capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of the items replaced will be paid separately under respective items

Rewinding complete with appropriate guage of supper enamelled copper wire as per existing guage and turns with insulating materials of best quality including varnishing (insulation) ovening and all as directed.

Replacement of existing u/s ball bearing of suitable size - 02 Nos.

M&L for replacement of existing u/s pump coupling MS with rubber inserssion bronze bush with nuts and bolts complete alongwith making required allingement for smooth running (without vibration) of pump motor all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of existing u/s fan blade all as directed

M&L for replacement of existing u/s fan casing

M&L for replacement of existing u/s connection plate incl copper terminals nuts, washers, cable lugs and connection plate and screws all as directed.

M & L for disconnecting and removing the defective centrifugal pump of 100 HP capacity connected with Diesel engine of any make from the installed position by putting dummy plate to suction and delivery line,opening the pump, renewal the worn out parts, and dismantling of impeller and metal filling on pitted cavity and balancing the impeller,plolishing the shaft, distance piece,replacing shaft sleeves,wear rings,bearing, check nut & studs,gland resizing, key way, key, lantern ring, bearing housing and balancing the shaft assembly,assembling the pump with new gasket & gland packing and greasing complete all as directed.

M&L for carrying out Servicing of Diesel engine driven split case multistage pump set of capacity 92 to 100 KW installed at fire fighting location. M&L for Detachable joint of size 200 mm bore, minimum 200 mm long and testing on pressure incl cutting existing pipe joints any type at leakages and providing required material including necessary earth work all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No.31 above but 100 mm bore.

M&L for carried out checking of control panel wiring of firefighting sytem with all controls inluding replacement of all pressure switches (03 Nos) and wiring as per existing design etc for controlling of pressure of pipe line by jockey pump, electric/ diesal operated firefighting pumps and 2 coat of paint with existing color over one coat of primer etc complete The following will carried out are as under : a) The jockey pump start when pressure gone to maintain below 2.50 Kg/Cm2 in line. b) When pressure below 2.50 Kg/Cm2 than the centrifugal pump start to maintain the pressure in pipe line. c) If the electric supply is not avail the command goes to Diesel engine pump to maintain required pressure in pipe line. d) Replace the pressure switchs as per existing model - 03 Nos e) replace all internal wiring with 4 Sqmm as required length/ core with required copper lugs, etc f) replace the contractors ML 6 - 02 nos g) replace the motor protection relay - 02 nos h) replace the up to 250KVA - 02 Nos i) replace of change over - 01 nos

Dismantling of sluice valve of size 100/150/250 mm dia from existing pipe line and remove the spindle and inner gate and replace with new stainless steel spindle and required lathe work for inner gate at work shop and re-assembling the valve on its original position and testing complete all as specified and directed.
