Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 110mm x 120mm x 24mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling and taking out old unserviceable / broken road stud / cat eye of any type. Notes :- (i) Cat eye solar reflective shall be of Model “DA 972’ of make ‘DARK EYE’ or equivalent of make GREENLITE / 3M / TATA BP / Avery Dennison / Alexis / Oscar / DEV / Surya / Sharp Eyez. (ii) Reflector shall be positioned at the best eye guiding level so that drivers shall be warned from a safe distance.

M&L for repairs to pot holes, not exc 1 square metre each, including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, on existing road surfaces, and making good applying evenly a tack coat of paving bitumen of grade VG-10 at the rate of 05 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam with crushed and graded stone aggregate mixed together with 4% of paving bitumen of grade VG-30 by weight of total mix, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping, depth of pot holes exc 30mm, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Job mix formula of premix bituminous macadam shall be approved by CWE.

S&F speed bump highly resistant to severe impacts and harsh weather conditions and pre coloured material (Black/Yellow) and UV stabilizers keeps them perpetually colourful, studded with reflectors on either side, they are clearly visible to motorists during night hours, installation after cleaning the surface, mark the nailpoints, grout the holes and clean the surface again and applying appropriate epoxy to the nails provided with the bumps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including dismantling of old unserviceable/ broken speed bumps of any type & size. Make : SPEED BUMP shall be of model No "DA 1006" of make Dark Eye or equivalent make of 3M / Greenlite / TATA / Avery Dennison / Alexis / Oscar / DEV / Surya / Sharp Eye.

M&L for Moorum / red bajri in road side berms or paving, laid in layers 100mm soread thickness, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using with 8 to 10 tonne mechanical power road roller including watering as in granular sub base and light wearing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing black top bituminous surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor through air jet to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a premix/tack coat of paving bitumen grade VG-10 at the rate of 05 Kg per 10 Sqm of road surface by sprayer operated on hot pressure mechanism, Providing and laying spreading 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) of Premix Bituminous Concrete with crushed aggregates of grading 2 as per design based on Job mix formula with 5.5% bitumen binder content (bitumen of Grade VG-30) by weight of total mix including heating bitumen to the required temperature, mixing bituminous concrete in automatic and temperature controlled hot mixing with electronic operated 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant, transporting the hot mix from HMP to work at site by tippers and laying, spreading uniformly by means of hydrostatic paver finisher and rolling and consolidating to the required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, complete all as per Clause 507 MORTH (5th Rev) specification and as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Paving bitumen of Grade VG-10 for premix/tack coat and bitumen of Grade VG-30 for Bituminous Concrete shall be used and procured by the contractor under his own arrangement and at his own cost. (ii) Cost of all the materials, T&P, labour etc. required for preparation of surfaces, applying tack coat, providing and laying bituminous concrete including procurement of bitumen as specified here-in-before, stone aggregates & sand, cement etc., rolling and all other elements required for entire completion of the job shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item.

S&F road safety Convex Mirror of size 800mm dia made of one piece polycarbonate lens with hood for road turning, intersection, curves, ‘T’ junction, etc, unbreakable & strong, mounted on & including 2.50 metre long vertical pole made out of 50mm bore mild steel medium grade pipe duly powder coated, fixed with adjustable clamp, pole fixed in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block of size 450mmx450mmx450mm deep including necessary excavation & earthwork, complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling of old unserviceable / broken mirror with pole of any type & size. Make – 3M / Dark Eye / Greenlite / TATA / Avery Dennison / Alexis / Oscar / DEV / Surya / Sharp Eyez. Notes: (i) A mild steel base plate of size 250mm x 250mm x 3mm shall be welded at bottom of pole. (ii) All steel & iron surfaces other than powder coated shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer.

M&L for Thermo plastic road marking 2.5 mm thick painting (lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on new or previously treated road surfaces) with road safety spikeries glass beads including preparation of new or previously treated road surfaces and applying paint by using special applicator machine with heating arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F delineator with ABS round body with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA ( Polymethyl Methacrylate) and mounted on 50mm dia duly powder coated, antirust, anti theft steel net, overall 600mm height, delineator shall be fixed in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block of size 300x300x350mm deep, including necessary excavation & earthwork, complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling and taking out old unserviceable / broken delineator of any type. Notes :- (i) Delineator shall be of Model “DA 952 GP’ of make ‘DARK EYE’ or equivalent of make GREENLITE / 3M / TATA BP / Avery Dennison / Alexis / Oscar / DEV / Surya / Sharp Eyez. (ii) Reflectors shall be positioned at the best eye guiding level so that drivers shall be warned from a safe distance.
