Taking down Chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exc. 1.50 Sqm but n.exc 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description area not exc 1.00 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) door frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs.The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides.M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame., complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F to existing door frames 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames, complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 50 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specfied and directed. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames,minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e.depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 35mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specfied and directed. Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately.

S&F powder coated (thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 50 micron) anodised aluminium door shutters, with aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, 150 mm long handles 2 Nos and 150 mm long tower bolts 2 Nos in each door shutter, 100 mm long hinges 3 Nos in each door shutter,anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets any thickness including cover fillets and snap grid complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anodised aluminium snap grid 605x605mm frame work for false ceiling using main tee of size 25x35x1.50mm & cross tee of size 25x35x1.50mm, aluminium anodized angle section 25x25x1.50mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F supported hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to RCC roof slabs/iron truss by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC insulation panels with EPS stuck to 1mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium/G.I./M.S. as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater , Ventilating pipes, including bolts , if required; hooks ( stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and lintle hanges; large hasps and staples ; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters ; knee piece inserts; two way and three ways straps , plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting holes in brick walls exceding one brick wall but n.exc two brick wall, built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pressed steel frame made out of MS Sheet 1.25mm thick for doors of size 105 x 60 mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc including one shop coat of priming complete all as specified and directed. Note:- During fixing of chowkhat, surface shall be make good in plumb with existing finishies like cement plaster simlar wall tiles, floor tiles etc as per site requirement.

S&F Steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and avg width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick plain framed panelled door shutter, factory made (any number of panels) of 2nd class hard wood with lock rail and panels of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces including 2nd class hard wood beading 20mm wide tapering from 10mm to 5 mm on one side of shutter & fitted to chowkhats. The size of rail and style shall be as per IS –1003 (Part-I) (wood shall be kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed & skelton shutters (factory made) open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc divided into squares with plain chamfered or rounded mitred and rabated sash bars any number, edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut mitred beads for securing glass etc; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I Section- 8 clause 8.24 (a) and fitted to frames/chowkats as in door shutters. (wood shall be kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made PVC single door frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as per specification and drawing of SSR Part-I and the door frame to be fixed to the wall using MS screw 75mm long with PVC fastener as per manufacturer's, instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness) and size from metal frame glazed with putty and removal of debris to a distance n.exc 100 mtr and depositing where directed complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for 3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares n.exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F for 5.5 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specfied and directed. Note for item No 45.00, 46.00 & 47.00:- The work will be executed upto G+3 storey Bldg.

S&F 12mm thick gypsum board/tiles for insulation and acoustic purpose of size 600mmx600mm fixed with screws with staple on snap grid as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on wall to make PVC frame including PVC fillet & PVC strips complete all as specifed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F special insulated triple layer glass consisting of combination of 6mm clear toughened and laminated glass made of 6 mm thick tinted toughened glass and 3 mm thick coloured (film) and 12mm thick air gap for insulation, fixed with silicon sealant all around in shape of frame and including dismantling/hacking out of old damaged glass and removal of unserviceable glass, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The tentative size and shape of glass as per site are as under:- (a) 1315/1475x1650mm trapezoidal shape (b) 1165/1295x1660mm trapezoidal shape (c) 1270/1935x1670mm trapezoidal shape (d) 1405/1520x1660mm trapezoidal shape (e) 1345/1445x16700mm trapezoidal shape (f) 1055/1085x1630mm trapezoidal shape (g) 1025x1600mm Rectangle shape (h) 945/1055x1575mm trapezoidal shape (j) 1285x1665mm Rectangle shape (k) 1285x1665mm Rectangle shape (ii) This sizes are tentative, the exact size and shape with inner or outer faces etc shall be measured at site for the correct size & Position of glass so that correct fitment of glass as per sie requirement can be met out". (iii) These glasses are required to be replaced for ATC Tower which is on more than 12 Mtr height and working spaces in narrow widths. The assessment for fixing arrangement shall required special T&P Ladders etc. the quoted artes shall be inclusive of the all these arrangements/aspects (iv) The contractor shall quote his rate in per square metre of triple layer glass as specifie in description of item.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of anydescription by cutting or without damage of structure not otherwise provided complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grill gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters walk ways railing frame work of ceiling etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing new wooden surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description not otherwise described exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.
