Earth work in excavation in Hard Rock by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m all as specified and directed by Engineer-incharge

Returning filling in including , spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in any type of soil all as specified and directed by Engineer-incharge

Removing excavated material in Rocks exc 500 M but not exceeding 1.5 KM and depositing where at a level not exceeding 1.50 metres above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-incharge

Removing excavated material in any kind of soil exc 250 M but not exceeding 500 M and depositing where at a level not exceeding 1.50 metres above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-incharge

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exc 30cm thick; watering, ramming / rolling and finishing to required size, shape etc not exc1.50 Mtr high from base in solids complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-incharge

Rolling and consolidating to required gradient and camber of formation surface (cutting or filling) of roads with 8 to 12 tonne power roller including filling in depressions which occur during rolling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-incharge

M&L for laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) granular sub base course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified table 400-1 of Morth specifications for Road and Bridges works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel , crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required the material are mechanical ly mixed , spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity , and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the maximum dry density. Consolidation to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of Morth Specifications for Road and Bridge Works 2013 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-incharge

M & L laying 100 mm thick (compacted thickness) WMM laid in two layer of 50 mm each Confirming to grading given in table 400-13 of morth specification for road and bridge work 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean crushed graded aggrigate and grainular materials premixed with water to dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required and directed. The finished surface tollerence to be as per table 900-1MORT&H specificationfor road and bridge work 2013 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-incharge . Note:- 02 Layers of 50 mm each shall be considered as one unit.

M & L for preparing un-surfaced WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-incharge

M & L using paving bitumen VG-10 applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer on WMM @10 kg/XSqm as per clause 502.2.2 of MORTH specification complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-incharge

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (BM) 50 mm thick for grading 2 as given in Table 500-10 on page No 177 of MORTH with 4.5% binder content (VG-40) by weight of total mix with rock dust filler 2% as per design mix using Sensor paver with Marshal stability 9.0 KN at 60 degree C, laid to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-incharge Note :-Job mix formula shall be Carried out as per SSR and as specified hereinafter. Adjustment of less Quantity of paving bitumen used as per Job Mix fiormula shall be done at supply only bitumen rate @ 54.00 Per KG.No Adjustment of plus Quantity of paving bitumen used as per Job Mix fiormula shall be carried out.

M & L Preparing of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cake mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to removed all loose dirty etc.applying evenly a tack coat of VG-10 grade paving bitumen @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm with mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M&L for laying 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen (VG-40), mixed in hot mix plant, laid with Sensor paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-Job mix formula shall be Carried out as per SSR and as specified hereinafter. M & L for sand stones curbs roughly rectangular stone of size should not less than 300 mm wide and 30-45 cm in length, dressed and not less than 5 cm thick so that the maximum depressions from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceeds 6 mm fro top and esposed surface of side and 20 mm for the rest of surface of side and 20 mm fro rest of surface jointed in CM 1:6 and stuck finish compete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 75mm thick moorum/red bajri, spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required in berms of roads complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Squared rubble stone walling Jodhpur type, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted , built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra over Squared rubble stone walling Jodhpur type for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for key pointing in CM 1:4 to squared rubble walling Jodhpur type uncoursed or brought up to course complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Surface channels and drains etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note -Quoted rates shall be including forming fair and finished shall be )

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles etc. including use & waste of necessary form work.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipe 450 mm dia class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm as in bed concrete for pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of stone masonry or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer on newely plastered surface all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like not exc 15cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with 20% glass beads (intermixed) spread and laid by automatic mechanical machine engine at approx temprature of 160 degree celcius with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing Retro reflective regulatory sign board of size 900mm dia meter made out of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro-reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge . Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 4mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50 x 50mm square post made of M.S. angle 50 x 50 x 4mm, 4 Mtr long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement . Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
