M & L for Sub main wiring complete with two single core 2.5 sqmm,1100 volts grade, PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor FRLS cable with continuous copper earth conductor of 2.5 sqmm in and including PVC casing caping and accessories complete all as specified. (Note:- (i) Making good of disturbed surfaces will be done by contractor without any claims. (ii) 3 runs of 2.5 Sqmm conductor and one run of PVC casing caping shall be measured as one unit length.)

Supply and laying 15mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete laid and fixed to walls (including clamps)/fixed on pillars etc complete all as specified.

Supply and laying 20mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete laid and fixed to walls (including clamps)/fixed on pillars etc complete all as specified.

Supply and laying 25mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete laid and fixed to walls (including clamps)/fixed on pillars etc complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 20mm dia Gun metal Globe or Gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, non rising forged brass spindle class I and fixed with required necessary GI fittings complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 25mm dia Gun metal Globe or Gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, non rising forged brass spindle class I and fixed with required necessary GI fittings complete all as specified.

Supply and Fix rotational moulded polye thylene water storage tanks capacity 500 Ltr (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified.

Supply and Fix rotational moulded polye thylene water storage tanks capacity 1000 Ltr (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified.

Material and labour for PVC connection 15mm dia of 450 length with brass nuts and PTMT nuts complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Ball brass valves size 15mm, high pressure,with polythene float and flynut complete,screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified.

Cutting /Drilling of CI/GI water pipe line of 50mm bore size and reducing for connection of 25/20mm bore GI pipe with fittings and other assessories complete all as specified.

Cutting of bituminous/PCC/PQC road for laying of pipe line not exceeding 50 cm depth/width including making good to disturbed portion with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified.

M&L for mild steel work as in desert cooler stand made out of mild steel angle, FI etc including welding and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-16 complete all as specified.

M&L of air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed on roof with aluminum strip proper on GI Pipe/PCC by drilling, nut bolt etc complete all as specified.

S&F aluminum strip of size 25x3.15mm incl saddles/supporting insulators to run over the roof/wall complete all as specified.

S&F of test point terminal block made of gun metal or phasphorus broze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia, 25mm long hex head screw including tesp point inclosed in fiber box of size 125x125x50mm fixed on wall complete all as specified.

S&F GI strip of size 32x6 mm including mounting on including PVC /porcelain insulators on wall and burried in ground depth not less than 60cm in ground protected by GI Pipe 40mm dia medium grade complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI tubing 40mm dia medium grade in including necessary fittings for protected of GI strip burried in ground depth not less than 60cm in ground and grouting at roof top in cement concrete to mount the air termination rod complete all as specified. Note: PCC work for grouting on roof shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of Schedule.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping of GI pipe at roof top with form as required complete all as specified.

M&L for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick electrode and 32x6mm GI strip length up to 7.5 mtr as earth lead, buried directly in ground protected by GI pipe 40 mm dia medium grade (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate should not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level ,connected to 32X6 mm earth strip by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanized iron all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part I connected to earth test terminal point all as specified or as indicated including testing on completion (Rates inclusive of neccessary excavation in any type of soil,earth work,PCC pit,PCC cover,funnel with watering pipe,GI pipe 40 mm dia. medium grade protection pipe for earth strip in ground,wire mesh, common salt, charcoal etc.all as required at site for complete earthing) all as specified. Note :- (i)The earth pit shall be refilled by boulders free from vegetable soil. (ii)Testing of Earthing shall be carried out after completion of earthing and tested by contractor in presence of JE /Engr-in-Charge. Record shall be maintained. Payment shall be admissible only after satisfactory test results.
